Abstract

At this time, the development of various kinds of cosmetic brands is increasing and very diverse from time to time and products circulating are increasing rapidly, causing market competition. Everyone has their own choice in making a purchase decision. Brand equity and halal labels are one of the factors influencing purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand equity and halal labels on purchasing decisions for wardah products in the people of Muaro Jambi Regency, especially consumers at the 6666 beauty cosmetic shop. The number of samples in this study were 88 people using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection through questionnaires, observations, interviews as well as documentation. The results of the study show that brand equity has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for wardah products. The halal label shows that there is a negative and insignificant effect on the decision to purchase wardah products. Brand equity and halal labels together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for wardah products. This illustrates that the value of Adjusted R2 Square is 0.165, that the contribution of the independent variables and the dependent variable is 16.5% and 83.5% is influenced by other factors that are not part of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to find out empirical evidence about the effect of inflation, exchange rates and interest rates on third party funds. The independent variables in the research are inflation, exchange rates and interest rates. The type of research used is quantitative. Quantitative research. The objects in this study are all BUS (Sharia Commercial Banks) whose data is listed on the Financial Services Authority (OJK) website in 2018-2021. Sources of data in this study are: Secondary data. Where secondary data is data obtained from a second source or secondary source of the data we need. Secondary data sources obtained through the OJK, BPS and BI websites from 2018-2021. The sampling method in this study is the number of companies that were sampled in this study were 15 companies. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial reports. Statistical methods using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the inflation variable t test (X1) has an effect on Third Party Funds. The Exchange Rate Variable (X2) has an effect on third party funds. Interest Rate Variable (X3) has no effect on third party funds. This study test F (simultaneous test) Inflation (X1), Exchange Rates (X2) and Interest Rates (X3) Obtain the result that the Independent variInflation, Exchange Rates, Interest Rates and Third Party Funds.able has a simultaneous (simultaneous) influence on Third Party Funds, namely 0.000 <0 ,05.

Abstract

Desa Sebrang Sanglar ini banyak terjadi pernikahan di bawah umur, apakah mereka sudah bisa mengelola manajemen keungan keluarga pada rumah tangga, karena manajemen keuangan keluarga ini sangat penting, bagi yang sudah berumah tangga maupun individual, masalah yang sering terjadi didesa sebrang sanglar adalah masyarakat belum atau kurang memahami manajemen keuangan rumah tangga secara syariat Islam dimana banyak masyarakat yang mengunakan keuangannya untuk berpoya-poya yang menyebabkan prilaku boros karena didalam Islam menjelaskan jika ada seorang yang memanfaatkan harta diluar batas keridhoan Allah dan mengingkari nikmatnya perbuatanya dapat disamakan dengan perbuatan setan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, deskriptif merupakan penelitian eksplorasi dan memainkan peran yang amat penting dalam menciptakan hipotesis atau pemahaman orang tentang berbagai variabel sosial, studi ini disifatkan sebagai eksplorasi jadi tidak bertujuan menguji hipotesis, atau membuat generalisasi. Alasan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif adalah bahwasanya dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk medeskripsikan dan menginterpretasikan kondisi atau hubungan yang ada, pendapat yang berkembang, proses yang sedang berlangsung akibat atau efek yang terjadi, atau tentang kecendrungan yang tengah berlangsung. Sebuah keluarga harus mampu memahami manajemen keuangan keluarganya dengan baik tanpa adanya pemahaman mengenai manajemen keuangan maka akan sulit untuk mengatur keuanganya, sehingga uang yang didapatkan akan selalu terasa tidak cukup. Perencanaan dan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga adalah proses merencanakan keuangan untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan keuangan baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang untk kegiatan keluarga, Pengeluaran adalah kegiatan manusia menggunakan atau memakai barang atau jasa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan. Mutu dan jumlah barang atau jasa dapat mencerminkan kemakmuran konsumen tersebut, semakin tinggi mutu dan semakin banyak jumlah barang atau jasa yang dikonsumsi, berarti semakin tinggi pula tingkat kemakmuran konsumen yang bersangkutan sebaliknya semakin rendah mutu kualitas dan jumlah barang atau jasa yang di konsumsi, berarti semakin rendah pula tingkat kemakmuran konsumen yang bersangkutan.

Abstract

Traditional markets involve many small and medium enterprises which are relatively large in number compared to the existence of modern markets whose expertise tends to be controlled by only a few people who have large capital. The purpose of this study is to determine the market potential for traders and the role of the auduri market in improving trader welfare. The type of research method used is qualitative research, using the type of field research (field research. The results of this study reveal that the potential of the auduri market towards traders is very good. This is evidenced by the results of research on 35 traders who said the auduri market has a location close to community settlements, high purchasing power of the community for the goods offered and the existence of a market structure. While the role of the market in improving the welfare of traders can be seen from the results of research that reveals traders feel helped by them selling there. From the proceeds they can meet the needs of their families, send their children to school and those who were once unemployed to have jobs. So it can be concluded that the role of the auduri market is very helpful for them in the economic welfare of their families.

Abstract

Financial reports have the aim of providing information on the financial position, financial performance and cash flow reports of an entity that is useful for a large number of users in making economic decisions by anyone who is not in a position to request special financial reports to meet these information needs. Research with the title "The Influence of the Level of Understanding and Readiness of MSME Actors on the Implementation of Sak Emkm on MSMEs in Telanaipura District, Jambi City". This research uses a quantitative type of research. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. With a sample of 76 respondents in the Telanaipura sub-district, Jambi City. The results obtained in this research show that the variable level of understanding and level of readiness together have a significant influence on the implementation of SAK EMKM in MSMEs in Telanaipura District, Jambi City

Abstract

In the word of investment investors’ interest in investing is influenced by financial literacy factors, apart from that, the return is the consideration for investing. This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and returns on interest in investing in the FEBI UIN STS Jambi sharia investment gallery. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression data analysis methods. The research results show that financial literacy has a significant effect on investment interest, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Return shows a significant effect on investment interest, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Meanwhile, financial literacy and return simultaneously have a significant effect on investment interest. The influence of these two variables is 42.8%, while the remaining 57.2% is influenced by other variables outside the variables in this study.

Abstract

The community of Rantau Karya Village is a community of which some are breeders, especially in the Honey Cultivation sector which is owned by the community of Rantau Karya Village, Geragai District, Tanjabtim Regency. With this honey cultivation, the community can fulfill their daily needs. The purpose of this research is to find out how the profit sharing system is implemented in the cooperation between owners and managers of honey cultivation in Rantau Karya Village, Geragai District, Tanjabtim Regency and to find out how Islamic business ethics reviews the implementation of the profit sharing system for honey bee cultivation in Rantau Karya Village. In this research, the method used is a qualitative method by checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research are the owners and managers of honey cultivation. The application of the profit sharing system in the Mudharabah contract in honey cultivation in Rantau Karya Village is as Mudharib who carries out an activity or business and the owner is as shahibul maal who entrusts the cultivation to the manager to manage. Every time the harvest season arrives every 2 weeks, the owner shares the honey basil with the manager. 70% owner and 30% manager, that is the initial agreement between the owner and manager that has been agreed upon by both parties. So the author analyzes that, basically if all profit sharing activities are carried out correctly and in accordance with what Islam teaches then the profit sharing can be said to be valid, but if the profit sharing activities are not carried out correctly and are contrary to what Islam teaches, then for these results can be said to be invalid. If it is related to honey cultivation in Rantau Karya Village, Geragai District, Tanjabtim Regency, in its implementation it can be said to be in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics in accordance with the characteristics of the Prophet, namely (Siddiq, Tabligh, Amanah, Fathanah).

Abstract

This research aims to find out Sharia marketing strategies and the inhibiting and supporting factors of the Sungai Muluk Village farmer group, this research is qualitative type using primary and secondary data sources. The object of this research is a number of members or red ginger farmers from Sungai Muluk village. Data was obtained directly from 15 respondents using data analysis methods, namely observation, interviews and personal documentation, then the data was processed using data processing techniques and SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that: The red ginger farmer group in Sungai Muluk village, in implementing their marketing strategy, uses the characteristics recommended or guided by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, namely Theistic, Ethical, Realistic and Humanist, the marketing strategy implemented by the red ginger farmer group Sungai Muluk village is not running smoothly because there are several inhibiting factors, namely, insufficient capital, competition and price and supporting factors, namely product and location.
