Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust, service quality and product quality on consumer loyalty at CV. Naisha Madu Nusantara in Pekanbaru. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis using SPSS Version 25 with a total sample of 96 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a simultaneous test (f test) and a partial test (t test). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially trust, service quality and product quality affect consumer loyalty at CV. Naisha Madu Nusantara Pakanbaru. The close relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 78.40%. While the remaining 21.60% is determined by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of skills and work safety on the productivity of craftsmen at Sentra Pandai Besi Teratak Rumbio Jaya. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The population in this study were all machete craftsmen who were members of the Rumbio Jaya Teratak Blacksmith Center, amounting to 62 people. While the sample is taken from the entire population as a sample using the census method or total sampling, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples (Sugiyono, 2017:67). Hypothesis testing is done by testing simultaneously and partially testing. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially skills and work safety affect the productivity of craftsmen at Sentra Pandai Besi Teratak Rumbio Jaya. The contribution of the craftsman's productivity variable is 53,9% determined by skills and work safety while the remaining 46,1% is determined by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This reserch aims to determine the effect of skills and work commitment on the performance of PKS employees at PT. Kampar Tunggal Agrindo, Kampar Regency. The population in this study were all PKS employees at PT. Kampar Tunggal Agrindo by using the slovin technique by determining the sample to be 57 employees. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. The results of this study conclude that skills and work commitment affect the performance of PKS PT. Kampar Tunggal Agrindo with a significant value less than 0.05. The results of the study using a partial test that work commitment has more influence on employee performance. There is a strong relationship between the variables of skills and work commitment to employee performance at PKS PT. Kampar Tunggal Agrindo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada nasi uduk djeng nara di bangkinang kota menggunakan metode Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) merupakan analisis tingkat kesesuaian harapan pelanggan dengan kinerja atau kenyataan yang diterima oleh pelanggan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang makan di nasi uduk djeng nara bangkinang kota dengan menggunakan teknik unknow populations. Dari hasil penghitungan unknow population diperoleh sebanyak 97 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara secara keseluruhan pelanggan merasa puas dengan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Nasi Uduk Djeng Nara di Bangkinang Kota yang dibuktikan dengan hasil olahan data yang menunjukkan item pernyataan lebih banyak masuk ke kuadran C yaitu sebanyak 13 (tiga belas) item.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-actualization and reward simultaneously and partially on the work performance of employees of PT. Multisarana Agro Lestari Pekanbaru. Job performance can be said to be the result of work in quantity and quality that has been achieved by an employee on the implementation of tasks based on responsibilities and main tasks and functions. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis with a total of 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by using the f test and t test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially self-actualization and reward have an effect on work performance. The closeness of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 79.60%.

Abstract

Pengembangan kapasitas diri seorang wirausaha, saat ini sangat penting untuk dapat lebih kompeten dalam melakukan kegiatan bisnis melalui pelatihan-pelatihan yang menunjang kemampuan kewirausahaan. Permasalahan yang sering dijumpai, banyaknya wirausaha muda didesa yang kurang bisa memaknai arti pentingnya kewirausahaan yang didalamnya terkandung kompetensi pengetahuan dan kreatifitas baik itu dalam memasarkan produk, mengelola keuangan bisnis, mengelola organisasi bisnis dan mampu beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi. Melalui kegiatan PkM ini, pemuda pemudi wirausaha Desa Teratak Kecamatan Rumbio Jaya Kabupaten Kampar dapat membentuk jiwa kewirausahaan yaitu percaya diri, optimisme, disiplin, motivasi, memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan,suka tantangan, memiliki tanggung jawab dan human relationship.

Abstract

This Study aims to determine flexible work, career development, and adjustments to the motivation and performance of PT Sumber Penikarya employees. The sampling technique used is quantitative data by distributing questionnaires. Respondents in this study were 67 employees of PT Sumber Penikarya. The research method uses descriptive data, corner feasibility tests, structural analysis and hypotheses, PLS evaluation and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that flexible work and career development have an effect on motivation, while career development has an effect on performance, but flexible work, motivation and motivation do not affect performance. An employee, who puts in the best possible time, will increase motivation and morale. This will also increase good performance results and provide good career opportunities as well. For this reason, companies need to offer a form of flexible working hours, so as to improve employee performance and a strong desire of employees to remain in the company. Company leaders should also provide concern for employees by monitoring the development of employee performance, as well as being more open and transparent about opportunities or information regarding opportunities and opportunities for promotion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fleksibel kerja, pengembangan karir, dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi dan kinerja karyawan PT Sumber Penikarya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan data kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kusioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 67 karyawan PT Sumber Penikarya. Metode penelitian menggunakan data deskriptif, uji kelayakan angket, analisis persamaan struktural dan hipotesis, evaluasi PLS dan uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan fleksibel kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap motivasi, sedangkan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, namun fleksibel kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi tidak pengaruh terhadap kinerja. Seorang pekerja yang menempatkan waktu sebaik mungkin akan meningkatkan motivasi dan semangat kerja hal ini juga akan meningkatkan hasil kinerja yang baik dan memberikan peluang karir yang baik juga. Untuk itu, perusahaan perlu menawarkan suatu bentuk jam kerja yang fleksibel sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan keinginan kuat karyawan untuk tetap bertahan di perusahaan. Pemimpin perusahaan juga sebaiknya memberikan kepedulian kepada karyawan dengan cara memonitoring pengembangan kinerja karyawan, serta lebih terbuka dan transparan terhadap kesempatan atau informasi mengenai peluang dan kesempatan promosi jabatan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan dari variabel Display, Promosi Media Sosial dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan data sekunder, yang diperoleh dengan metode kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sampel yang digunakan untuk meguji hipotesis sebanyak 90 pelanggan, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Insidental Sampling. Alat analisa data digunakan model regresi linear berganda, sedangakan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan Uji F dan Uji t pada alhpa lima persen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa variabel Display, Promosi Media Sosial dan Lokasi Berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Koefisien Korelasi (R) diperoleh sebesar 0.804, artinya terdapat hubungan erat antara variabel Display, Promosi Media Sosial dan Lokasi dengan Keputusan Pembelian. Selanjutnya kontribusi variabel Display, Promosi Media Sosial dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 74,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 25,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not the promotional activities carried out by the Agro Nadiin Sungai Pinang Tourism Park in Kampar Regency through social media using the EPIC Model analysis (emphaty, persuation, impact, communication) are analyzed separately using the average score method. to know the effectiveness of each dimension of social media. Promotion carried out by the Agro Nadiin Sungai Pinang Tourism Park, Kampar Regency, namely through social media Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. The population and samples were taken from 300 visitors to the Taman Wisata Agro Nadiin Sungai Pinang, Kampar Regency, using census techniques. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the promotion carried out by the Taman Wisata Agro Nadiin Sungai Pinang, Kampar Regency has been effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with service quality at Nasi Uduk Djeng Nara in Bangkinang Kota using the importance-performance analysis (IPA) method. Importance-performance analysis (IPA) is an analysis of the level of conformity of customer expectations with the performance or reality received by the customer. The population in this study were customers who ate Nasi Uduk Djeng Nara Bangkinang Kota using unknow populations. From the results of the calculation of the unknow population, there were 97 samples. Based on the results of the study, it shows that overall customers are satisfied with the quality of service provided by Nasi Uduk Djeng Nara in Bangkinang Kota as evidenced by the processed data which shows that more statement items enter the C quadrant, as many as 13 (thirteen) items.
