Abstract

Pondok Pesantren memiliki peranan penting di masyarakat, khususnya terkait persoalan agama. Saat ini, di tengah perkembangan zaman alumni pondok pesantren dituntut tidak hanya mahir dalam hal keagamaan saja, melainkan juga hal lain salah satunya adalah ekonomi. Pondok Pesantren Manahijul Huda sebagai pondok pesantren yang telah lama eksis di tengah-tengah masyarakat Desa Ngagel Kecamatan Dukuhseti Kabupaten Pati memiliki banyak alumni yang dinantikan kiprahnya di masyarakat. Sebagai upaya untuk memberdayakan para alumnus Pondok Pesantren Manahijul Huda khususnya di bidang ekonomi, maka tim KPD LP2M UIN Walisongo Semarang mendirikan sebuah konveksi penjahitan baju. Di kecamatan Dukuhseti terdapat beberapa lembaga pendidikan yang terdiri dari 3 Madrasah Aliyah, 3 SMK, 6 Madrasah Tsanawiyah, dan 8 Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah, yang memiliki total siswa sekitar 4.000 orang. Selama ini sekolah-sekolah tersebut saat hendak membuat seragam sekolah (Batik, Pramuka, Kaos Olahraga dll) untuk para siswa, selalu pergi jauh ke kecamatan lain, bahkan ada yang ke luar kabupaten Pati. Peluang inilah yang dilihat oleh Tim KPD LP2M UIN Walisongo untuk mendirikan usaha konveksi sebagai upaya untuk memberdayakan alumni sekaligus membantu sekolah-sekolah di kecamatan Dukuhseti dalam menjahitkan seragam para siswanya

Abstract

Islam has comprehensive roles in some aspects of human activity. It enlarged from theological aspect to political aspects. Some former colonized countries where Islam was coexisted, this religion became an embryo of nationalist movements during colonization era. This essay scrutinizes the role of Islam in escalating nationalism during colonization era and it relation with the states in post colonization era in four former colonized countries namely Brunei Darussalam, India, Indonesia, and Malaysia. By using comparative method, the essay researched some main literature (library research) related to Islam and nationalism. It was founded that Islam has significant roles in nationalist movement in the four analyzed countries through several channels. Meanwhile, in the post-independence era, the relation between Islam and state system are variably. In India, Islam is separated from state system (secular). In contrast, Islamic ideology became the main sources of state system in Brunei Darussalam (adopted entirely) and Malaysia (adopted partially). Then, Islam in Indonesia seems like “a gray zone” because the country does not using Islamic law but still adopting Islamic thoughts in several cases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pengguna layanan melalui kepuasan pengguna layanan aplikasi Visiting Jogja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengguna aplikasi Visiting Jogja. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sejumlah 84 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji dan validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur (path) dengan bantuan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap loyalitas pengguna layanan melalui kepuasan pengguna layanan aplikasi Visiting Jogja. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung 171.251 > F tabel 3.94.

Abstract

Lembaga pemerintahan desa harus mampu mengelola dan mempertanggungjawabkan seluruh proses pengelolaan informasi dalam bentuk arsip. Dokumen arsip pada pemerintahan desa ini masih dalam bentuk lampiran kertas. Pengetahuan sumber daya manusia di pemerintahan desa ini sebagai pengelola dokumen kearsipan dikatakan masih belum sepenuhnya memahami pengelolaan arsip dinamis secara digital, sehingga banyak dokumen arsip dinamis masyarakat yang masih belum bisa diakses secara digital, dan karena masih dalam bentuk. dokumen manual (kertas) - Dokumen arsip dinamis tidak tersusun rapi. Pengabdian masyarakat dengan metode Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) dapat memberikan pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan arsip digital yang dinamis. Kegiatan ini memberikan banyak pengetahuan kepada para peserta mengenai pengelolaan digitalisasi arsip secara efektif dan efisien. Selain itu kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman kepada aparat desa di pemerintahan desa ini mengenai pengelolaan digitalisasi arsip dinamis, meningkatkan kualitas kinerja aparat desa dalam pengelolaan arsip dinamis, memberikan referensi terkini terkait pengelolaan arsip dinamis sesuai standar kearsipan. Aparat desa tidak boleh mengambil risiko terkait miss komunikasi, dengan adanya arsip digital akan melindungi arsip-arsip tersebut dalam mengakses dokumen-dokumen penting secara digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this village sustainable development research is to describe how the implementation of SDGs on the goal of quality village education in Sri Mulya Village. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. This study looks at the implementation of village SDGs on the goal of quality village education by looking at the SDGs score on the goal of quality village education. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of village SDGs on the goal of quality village education is not optimal. The suboptimal results can be seen from the lack of synchronization between the data on the Ministry of Villages website and those in the field. This shows that data updating is not optimal so that data updating needs to be improved.

Abstract

The suboptimal integration of sustainability indicators in regional road policies in East Kolaka Regency, Indonesia, has resulted in infrastructure development that does not pay attention to environmental, social and economic aspects in a balanced manner. This study aims to analyze the integration of sustainability indicators and identify implementation barriers in regional road infrastructure policies in East Kolaka Regency. Employing a qualitative approach and thematic analysis, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document reviews involving key actors from government agencies, civil society, and the private sector. The findings reveal that sustainability integration has been pursued through the use of environmentally friendly technologies, improved economic connectivity through agropolitan strategies, and community participation in planning processes. However, implementation remains challenged by complex geographic conditions, limited human and financial resources, political interventions, and administrative constraints. These findings highlight the importance of localized sustainability indicators and the need for improved governance and inter-agency coordination to achieve inclusive and sustainable road development.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang bertajuk FIA UB Mengabdi ini menyoroti bagaimana BUMDes dan pengelolaan informasi di wilayah Kabupaten Malang mampu menjalankan sektor perekonomian ketika masa pandemi COVID-19 terjadi. Dalam rangka mengkhususkan sasaran FIA UB Mengabdi dan mempertajam analisis tentang pembahasan literasi digital, berikut juga kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Sumbersekar, maka arah kegiatan FIA UB mengabdi memfokuskan pada pendekatan literasi digital khususnya manajemen website desa. Dikarenakan Tim PKM melanjutkan Program Inisiasi Kampung Literasi yang menjadi binaan FIA UB dan digagas sejak tahun 2020 silam. Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan Asset Based Based Community Development dengan mengenali potensi, tantangan dan peluang. Tujuan akhir dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman dan perubahan perilaku masyarakat melalui pendekatan kognitif. Perilaku yang diharapkan berkaitan dengan kesadaran berinovasi terkait pengelolaan BUMDes berbasis literasi digital dalam hal ini dimanifestasikan oleh website resmi Desa Sumbersekar. Perubahan perilaku dan peningkatan pemahaman yang dimaksud tidak bisa terjadi secara instan, oleh karena itu diperlukan komitmen dan konsistensi dalam melakukan program ini. Tindak lanjut kesadaran dari akademisi dan masyarakat untuk memiliki keinginan belajar mengenai pengelolaan website baik secara mandiri maupun berkelompok.

Abstract

The aim of this village sustainable development research is to describe the implementation of village sustainable development goals in Sri Mulya Village, Sinar Peninjauan District, OKU Regency, South Sumatra Province. Apart from that, this research also aims to identify factors that can support or hinder the implementation of village sustainable development goals in Sri Mulya Village, Sinar Peninjauan District, OKU Regency, South Sumatra Province. The theory in this research uses the theory put forward by Soren C. Winter (2006). According to Winter, the success of implementing a policy can be seen based on 3 variables, namely the behavior of inter-organizational relations with the dimensions of organizational commitment and inter-organizational coordination, the behavior of implementers (lower level bureaucracy) with the discretionary dimensions and the behavior of the target group with the dimensions of positive and negative responses. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research. The research results show that the implementation of village sustainable development goals in Sri Mulya Village as seen from the 3 variables of Soren C. Winter (2006) has not been implemented optimally with problems including: Commitment is only verbal because there is no concrete action which causes there is no sense of awareness to be involved, Coordination between organizations is limited to reporting without any feedback as an effort to provide guidance on the implementation of village sustainable development goals in Sri Mulya Village. The village government takes the decision as a form of discretion. The decision taken was to continue updating the data with existing human resources, because there were elements implementing data updates who should have been involved but did not help. The community gave a positive response in the form of cooperation during village data collection. Abstract

Road infrastructure development is a key factor in driving economic growth and improving the quality of life of people in the regions. East Kolaka Regency, as a developing region, faces challenges in implementing road development policies. The method used was descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected through observation and interviews. Data analysis was conducted using a thematic approach through several stages, starting from understanding the data to producing a report. The results showed that policy implementation was influenced by administrative regulations and problem-solving strategies. National regulations are the main reference in technical aspects, while regional policies focus on prioritizing according to local needs. Various strategies are applied to overcome challenges, such as data-based planning, community participation, phased development, bureaucratic reform, institutional collaboration, and structured monitoring. Although an action plan has been developed, it is still necessary to strengthen institutional capacity, optimize financial resources, improve data-based monitoring, and integrate sustainability principles

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the half-life and obsolescence of literature in Archival Journal articles for 2016-2020. This study applies a quantitative approach through the half-life analysis method. The population in this study used all samples, namely all articles in the 2016-2020 Archival Journal, which amounted to 54 articles with 1137 citations. Data collection uses digital data archiving techniques. The findings show that, on average, the half-life of literature is 8.6 years and follows the degree of updating of reference sources according to the Ministry of Education and Culture, which mentions reference sources of not more than ten years. Overall, the Archives Journal articles for 2016-2020 show that they are up to date because they are more influenced by new citations with 573 (50.3%%) citations, while obsolete citations with 564 (49.6%) citations. Even so, the use of outdated literature is still significant. Many factors become the reason, such as book citations and laws and regulations have more influence on Archival Journal articles for 2016-2020; limited references to archival knowledge in Indonesian; in addition, it is supported by the relatively slow development of archival science in Indonesia.
