Abstract

Asbtrak: Fungsi etika pemerintahan adalah untuk me-wu¬judkan good governance and clean government dalam organisasi pemerintahan. Hal ini meru¬pa¬kan tuntutan bagi terselenggaranya mana¬je¬men pemerintahan dan pembangunaan yang berdaya guna, berhasilguna dan bebas korupsi, kolusi, maupun nepotisme. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, diperlukan sistem akuntabilitas, tran¬sparansi, keterbukaan dan aturan hukum yang baik sesuai dengan penerapan/tuntutan ke-bu¬tuhan pada seluruh jajaran aparat negara yang di¬bimbing oleh norma, nilai-nilai dan etika agama. Di sinilah, kontribusi penting dari pemikiran Sayyid Quṭb. Kata Kunci: etika, keadilan, sistem politik, syūrā.

Abstract

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman dari masa ke masa semakin bertambah pesat, pola kehidupan masyarakat juga semakin berkembang dengan pesatnya. Permasalahan-permasalahan yang timbul dari pola perkembangan kehidupan masyarakat semakin banyak dan salah satunya terkait permasalahan hawa nafsu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah penafsiran mufassir tentang hawa nafsu dan solusi efektif pencegahan hawa nafsu pada kisah nabi Yusuf dalam Al-Qur’an. Penulis memilih pembahasan ini karena permasalahan-permasalahan yang timbul dari pola perkembangan kehidupan masyarakat semakin banyak dan salah satunya terkait permasalahan hawa nafsu. Banyak masyarakat yang kurang memahami hawa nafsu, sehingga banyak yang terjerumus dalam hal-hal yang menyangkut hawa nafsu. Kurangnya pemahaman dan ilmu terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah yang berkaitan hawa nafsu, menyebabkan manusia di kuasai oleh hawa nafsunya yang semakin liar dan sulit di kendalikan.Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif yaitu, menguraikan pembahasan dan hasil penelitian atau penulisan berbentuk deskripsi pembelajaran antara tentang hawa nafsu dan solusi efektif pencegahan hawa nafsu pada kisah nabi Yusuf dalam Al-Qur’an sehingga menjadi gambaran yang utuh. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah, Pertama penafsiran mufassir tentang hawa nafsu yang ada pada kisah nabi Yusuf AS. yaitu: senantiasa  menyuruh kepada kejahatan, condong kepada syahwat dan mengajak kepada kesenangan hawa nafsu. Keduasolusi efektif dalam mengatasi hawa nafsu yang bisa kita teladani dari kisah nabi Yusuf AS. yaitu dengan memegang teguh ketaqwaan. Dengan ketaqwaan inilah nabi Yusuf AS.  bisa menghadapi berbagai macam cobaan dan godaan hawa nafsu yang mengajak kepada kejahatan.

Abstract

Crime is becoming more widespread, with varied motives and often involving influential elites. The consequences of crimes committed by these elites are enormous, affecting not only themselves but also their families, institutions, and others. Therefore, addressing the increasing crime committed by influential elites requires efforts focused on prevention rather than just heavy punishment. One potential solution is through a religious approach, particularly by referencing the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). Several hadiths teach the concept of Zuhd, which emphasizes avoiding excessive wealth accumulation and enjoying giving and sharing blessings with others. This article aims to present the Prophet’s teachings on leading a humble life and not excessively valuing wealth. The study employed qualitative research methods, including a literature review of relevant library sources. As a result, this article emphasizes that the Prophet taught that the orientation of human life should not solely focus on fulfilling worldly demands but also on having faith in the afterlife. Prophet Muhammad (SAW) exemplified Zuhd in his life, and his example needs to be emulated in the modern world today. Elite individuals who embody Zuhd will be more capable of restraining themselves from committing crimes while fulfilling their duties. This is because the attribute of Zuhd encourages everyone capable of committing a crime to refrain from doing so.

Abstract

This paper examines the "mission of the Qur'an in Moral Therapy" with the focus on the issue: What is the mission of the Qur'an in Giving Moral Therapy? through theoretical contributions, can explore the mission of the Qur'an as a solution to moral therapy, while its practical contribution, as a new academic paradigm in providing solutions to moral decadence in this modern era. The purpose of this study is to identify the mission of the Qur'an in Providing Moral Therapy. Observing the above terms, then the type of research presented is the Library Research means that all data sources required in this study are various materials or papers relevant to this research related to the mission of the Qur'an in moral therapy, using the method of inductive thinking, deductive and comparative. These three methods of scientific thinking are not partially actualized but are implemented in an integrative manner. Furthermore, the resulting research findings are four dimensions of the Qur'an's mission in moral therapy, namely: (1) the dimension of the Qur'an as the ocean of science; (2) the dimension of the Qur'an as the basis of aqidah and sources of law; (3) the dimension of the Qur'an as the basis of motivation and source of value; and (4) the dimension of the Qur'an as a medicine (bidder) various liver diseases.

Abstract

Abstract: The Constitution of Medina is the most important element in the establishment of Civil Society. This constitution by the collective consensus of the population of Medina as a common reference in multicultural social life, that is diverse in religion, race, ethnic and nation. This constitution was formed to create social integration after the migration of the Prophet Muhammad SAW to Medina and anticipating the emergence of different interests which often triggers horizontal conflicts caused by tribal fanaticism and religion underlying the social life of Medina. The study of this article is qualitative – descriptive with a historical approach. This study seeks to explore the values contained in the Medina Charter by reflecting the values of leadership of the Prophet  Muhammad SAW Medina Period. The result of the study found that: the Constitution of Medina is a Charter of peace to unite the tribes that are still tribal and often in conflict which is contained in the policies and principles of the state ot the Prophet Muhammad SAW that are democratic and humane in the frame of spirituality by upholding the values of brotherhood, openness, equality of right, respect for human right and law enforcement.Keywords: Medina Constitution, Pluralistic Society, Civil Society Abstrak: Konstitusi Madinah merupakan unsur terpenting tegaknya Masyarakat Madani. Konstitusi ini terbentuk atas konsensus kolektif penduduk Madinah sebagai rujukan bersama dalam kehidupan bemasyarakat yang multikultural yang beragam agama, ras, suku dan bangsa. Konstitusi ini dibentuk untuk menciptakan integrasi sosial Masyarakat pasca hijrah Nabi Muhammad Saw ke Madinah dan mengantisipasi munculnya perbedaan kepentingan yang sering memicu konflik horizontal yang disebabkan fanatisme kesukuan dan agama yang melatarbelakangi kehidupan sosial Masyarakat Madinah. Studi artikel ini yaitu kualitatif-deskriptif dengan pendekatan sejarah. Studi ini berusaha mengeksplorasi nilai-nilai yang termaktub dalam Piagam Madinah dengan merefleksikan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan Nabi Muhammad SAW Periode Madinah. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa; Konstitusi Madinah merupakan Piagam perdamaian untuk menyatukan kabilah atau suku-suku yang masih bersifat kesukuan dan sering berada dalam konflik yang termaktub di dalamnya kebijakkan dan prinsip kenegaraan Nabi Muhammad Saw yang demokratis dan manusiawi dalam bingkai spritualitas dengan menegakkan nilai-nilai persaudaraan, keterbukaan, persamaan hak, penghormatan hak-hak asasi manusia, dan penegakan hukum.Kata Kunci: Konstitusi Madinah, Masyarakat Pluralistik, Masyarakat Madani

Abstract

Merujuk ke Piagam Madinah, secara eksplisit tertulis nama beberapa golongan dan beberapa suku. Nampaknya, Rasulullah sangat mengetahui tentang keadaan dan politik setiap kelompok tersebut. Nabi Muhammad SAW dapat menepatkan diri sebagai pemimpin Madinah di tengah-tengah berbagai suku yang mengamininya sebagai pemimpin masyarakat. Islam ditanamkan oleh beliau sebagai satu kesatuan Agama dan Politik Rasulullah berhasil menciptakan satu bangsa di bawah satu naungan kepemimpinan, suatu perwujudan dari gagasan besar berupa prinsip kehidupan nasional Arabia, dan beliau mampu menjadikan Islam sebagai agama yang menghasilkan rekonsiliasi.

Abstract

This article examines two types of Lampung communities, Pepadun and Saibatin, which have interesting differences, especially in the context of their traditional marriages. Both Lampung Pepadun and Saibatin are unique in terms of their customs, traditional dress and marriage process. However, the focus of this article is on how Islamic symbolic values are reflected in the marriage ceremony of the Lampung Pepadun community. The research findings show: 1). The Lampung Pepadun community has three types of marriage, namely honest marriage, semanda marriage, and pineng ngerabung sanggar marriage. 2). The relationship between Islam and Lampung culture can be considered as an inseparable entity, where Islam that developed in Lampung was influenced by its local culture, while Lampung culture also experienced a rich influence from Islamic values. As a result, the combination of the two resulted in a syncretic culture with its own characteristics.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the values of Rahmatan lil-‘Alamin in the Qur’an and to analyze their relevance to character education based on humanity within the framework of Pancasila. The research employed a library research method with a tafsir maudhu’i (thematic exegesis) approach to Qur’anic verses related to Rahmatan lil-‘Alamin, complemented by analyses of classical and contemporary tafsir, academic literature, and relevant previous studies. The results of the research indicate that the values of Rahmatan lil-‘Alamin, including compassion (rahmah), justice (‘adl), tolerance, integrity, solidarity, and social responsibility, are substantially aligned with the second principle of Pancasila, namely Just and Civilized Humanity. The integration of Qur’anic values with Pancasila has practical implications for strengthening character education, which can be realized through contextual curriculum development, humanistic pedagogical approaches, teacher role modeling, and the establishment of an inclusive school culture. Therefore, this study affirms that the internalization of Qur’anic values and Pancasila can serve as a strategic foundation for shaping a generation that is morally upright, possesses integrity, shows empathy, and actively contributes to building a just, peaceful, and civilized Indonesian society.
