Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to implement information technology and all community activities in using technology to support operations and management at PT. Gojek Indonesia. Management information systems that are developing at this time provide convenience facilities for technological advances so that they are fast in capturing the information needed for decision making. Information systems in essence existed before the creation of technology that was created at this time, but with a computer-based information system it can provide steps and breakthroughs that are considered fast, precise and also accurate in processing fiber processing data. E-commerce in the current electronic trading system or also called e-commerce or is said to be the distribution, purchase, sale, marketing of goods and services through electronic systems such as the internet such as the internet or television, websites or other computer networks. E-commerce can make things easier by using electronic systems. The application of e-commerce at PT. Gojek Indonesia is well integrated. The results can be seen from the structure of the application offered has provided a conceptual framework form by connecting between processes and also the interface of an e-commerce application, with consumers ordering, the service process until the completion of the services that have been used.

Abstract

Hospital employee satisfaction can be measured by looking at the organizational management system that is part of every routine activity at the UIT Makassar Tourism Hospital. This source of information can be used among managers to find out the value of organizational management to strengthen supervision and communication efficiency. Employee satisfaction levels can be measured through the Job Description Index (JDI). This study aims to assess the level of employee satisfaction in the organizational management system. The research method used is that the population is all employees at the UIT Makassar Tourism Hospital in 2024 totaling 4345 people with a sample used in this study using the slovin formula of 410 employees. The number of samples in each installation or in each field/section is calculated based on the proportion of the number of employees and the type of employees in each installation or in each field/section. The results of this study stated that most employees were able to make good assessments in each Job Description Index (JDI) indicator, including: General Overview of Job Conditions (78.8%); income and compensation received amounted to (59.0%); the chance of promotion to the position of (67.5%); quality of supervision (74.5%); support for one-unit co-workers is (73.5%) and current working conditions are (72.8%). If the results of the assessment of the six indicators of JDI conclude that the value of employee satisfaction can be stated to be satisfied as seen with the organizational management system at the UIT Tourism Hospital Makassar, therefore there are 12.3% of employees who express dissatisfaction with the organizational management system at the UIT Tourism Hospital in Makassar. The conclusion of the results of this study is that many employees give an assessment that the income and compensation received by employees are bad and very poor. However, this research has implications for increasing income opportunities in the form of salaries as well as opportunities for career paths to be realized through job promotions.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the relationship between organizational commitment, competence and work ability on employee performance at the Surabaya City Government Administration Bureau. With a quantitative and explanatory approach, data was collected through observations, questionnaires and documentation from 57 employees. Although the number collected was slightly reduced to 50 responses which could be analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between organizational commitment and increased employee performance. However, although competency and work ability have an impact on performance, the relationship is not significant. The implications of this research underline the importance of organizational commitment in improving employee performance in the government sector. By understanding that organizational commitment has a strong impact, management can focus more on strategies to strengthen employee commitment to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the Surabaya City Government Administration Bureau.

Abstract

This study is to analyze the Influence of Workload and Performance Allowance on Performance Through Work Motivation of Employees of the Central Statistics Agency of West Nusa Tenggara Province. This study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Samples were taken using the Statified Proportional Random Sampling technique, with a sample size of 170 respondents. The method of collecting data related to the research problem was carried out using the questionnaire method. The analysis in this study uses PLS (Part Least Square). The results of the study indicate that workload has a significant effect on work motivation, workload has an effect on employee performance, performance allowance has a significant effect on work motivation, performance allowance has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has an insignificant effect on employee performance, workload has an insignificant effect on employee performance through work motivation, performance allowance has an insignificant effect on performance through work motivation.

Abstract

This activity aims to develop the character of the young generation with good physical health through military education at Dodik Belanegara Rindam III Siliwangi, West Bandung. The methods applied include the preparation and implementation of the program, involving the entire academic community. The evaluation results show that the activity went smoothly, and the participants successfully achieved the set goals, showing improvements in physical health and character strengthening through discipline and teamwork. The discussion covers the program's success, involvement of all parties, and benefits felt by the participants. Limitations in logistics and the need for more in-depth evaluation are identified as areas for improvement. Meanwhile, suggestions for further development include the application of comprehensive evaluation methods, increased inter-institutional collaboration, and the development of a more contextual curriculum. Key findings from this study include the program's success in shaping the character and health of the younger generation, highlighting the importance of military education as a means of holistic character formation at the higher education level. These findings provide a basis for the development of similar programs in the future, with a focus on the necessary improvements to enhance their positive impact.

Abstract

This activity aims to evaluate the effectiveness of socialization and mentoring activities in managing Business Identification Numbers (NIB) in Singosari District, Malang, East Java. The main objective is to increase the understanding and awareness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) about the importance of business legality and NIB management procedures. This activity was carried out from January to March 2024 involving 20 MSMEs and led by lecturers from the Indonesian School of Economics, Surabaya. The method includes socialization and individual consultation sessions to provide practical information and direct guidance in managing NIB. Evaluation using a qualitative approach shows that socialization and mentoring activities are effective in increasing the understanding and confidence of MSMEs in managing NIB. Participants experienced an increase in knowledge about the benefits of NIB, such as access to financing and opportunities for participation in government programs. However, there are limitations in the accessibility and sustainability of the program. Suggestions for the future include expanding the reach of socialization, strengthening cooperation, and utilizing technology to support the sustainable growth of MSMEs in the region. This activity makes a positive contribution to supporting MSMEs in managing their businesses legally and sustainably in Singosari District.

Abstract

This activities is based on the low capability of teachers in implementing the learning process with the teaching factory model at SMK Muhammadiyah Kutowinangun. The appropriate teaching factory learning approach used at SMK Muhammadiyah Kutowinangun because it produces competent and work-ready graduates. The purpose of this research is to improve teacher capability to be more productive in implementing learning with the teaching factory approach. The focus of this research is on productive teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah Kutowinangun. The challenges of this research experienced by teachers because they are required to leave the teacher-centered learning strategy to the student-centered learning strategy. This school action research was carried out in two cycles in each cycle through the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of this study obtained a value with an average of 94 (A) and a percentage of completeness of 91.67%. With this training, productive teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah Kutowinangun are able to implement teaching factory learning better. The conclusion of this research is that the workshop carried out is expected to be able to provide an increase in the capability of teachers and educators in the learning process using the teaching factory learning model.

Abstract

Entering the current era, there are many unemployment everywhere even though they have graduated from high school / vocational school or even bachelor. The unemployment rate is caused by the quality of vocational graduates who are not yet in line with industry needs, in addition, they are also less interested in entrepreneurship. This is because they are still shy and do not have confidence so they spend more time to play and have fun with friends. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy and family environment on entrepreneurial spirit through personality. This research is a quantitative study using an approach cluster proportional sampling with primary data by distributing questionnaires to vocational high school students in Surabaya. The number of samples in this study were 180 vocational students. The data analysis method uses SEM. The results showed that entrepreneurship education influences entrepreneurial personality, self-efficacy influences entrepreneurial personality, family environment influences entrepreneurial personality, entrepreneurship education influences entrepreneurial spirit, self-efficacy influences entrepreneurial spirit, family environment influences entrepreneurial personality and entrepreneurial personality influences entrepreneurial spirit entrepreneurship. This can be concluded that entrepreneurship education influences the entrepreneurial personality of students in Vocational High Schools in Surabaya. This can be used as a provision in his life after graduating from school because in the entrepreneurial world there are many risks and challenges that must be faced. Self-efficacy affects the entrepreneurial personality of students at the Vocational High School in Surabaya.
