Abstract

Based on data from the PT PLN Bojonegoro main substation, there were 3 disruptions a month, which caused several distribution feeders to trip. One of the causes of a trip in this protection system is due to an error in the coordination settings between the Over Current Relay (OCR) and the recloser. The aim of this research is to review the value of the OCR and recloser settings on the 20 kV distribution channel at the Bojonegoro Main Substation to maximize how the protection equipment works in the event of a disturbance. The calculation results for the recloser are 0.07 seconds, the incoming OCR is 0.27 seconds, and the outgoing OCR is 0.11 seconds. Meanwhile, the existing TMS OCR and recloser values are 0.1 seconds, the incoming OCR is 0.25 and the outgoing OCR is 0.2 seconds. . Comparison of the TMS OCR incoming, OCR Outgoing, and recloser value settings has a difference of 0.03 seconds, 0.0.02 seconds, and 0.09 seconds.

Abstract

This study aims to define the need for Merdeka curriculum-based electronic modules for physics learning phase F. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires, and observation. The results showed that teachers and students used technology in learning physics. They realize that using teaching materials such as electronic modules based on the Merdeka curriculum is essential. However, the number of physics teaching materials is still limited, especially the electronic modules for physics learning phase F. Phase F teachers and students need physics teaching materials based on a Merdeka curriculum. Some students who have not met the minimum learning outcomes try to find these teaching materials through tutoring outside of school. Indicators of Merdeka curriculum-based teaching materials include: 1) teaching materials have process skill syntax, 2) learning is structured using the Understanding by Design approach, and 3) teaching materials have components that support strengthening the Profil Pelajar Pancasila in learning. This is by the mandate of learning in the Merdeka curriculum. The development of physics teaching materials needs to be done to achieve the objectives of learning physics in the Merdeka curriculum.

Abstract

Pollinator insects are insects that help the pollination process in plants by transferring pollen to other plants. The pollen attaches to the hairs and legs of the insect at the time when the pollinator's insect is foraging. This study aimed to analyze the diversity index and dominance index of pollinator insects in the Kebun Raya Institut Teknologi Sumatera. This research was conducted at the Kebun Raya Institut Teknologi Sumatera, specifically the orchard (guava and dragon fruit) and aesthetic garden. This study used purposive sampling by taking data directly at the observation site. Data analysis was used to calculate the diversity of pollinator insects within the ecosystem. The analysis involved calculating the diversity index (H') and dominance index (D). The study shows that pollinator insects come from 5 orders: Coleoptera, Diptera, Hemiptera, Hymenoptera, and Lepidoptera. Each observation location in the Kebun Raya Institut Teknologi Sumatera has a moderate category diversity index: guava orchards 1.93, dragon fruit orchards 1.53, and aesthetic gardens 1.60. The dominance index of each observation site showed values with low categories, namely guava orchards at 0.18, dragon fruit orchards at 0.32, and aesthetic gardens at 0.28. Visiting activities in the morning are dominated by the family Apidae, while daytime and afternoon are dominated by the family Nymphalidae. High temperatures lead to decreased activity of pollinator insects.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction through digital service innovation at BNI Agen46 Menteng Main Branch and to propose strategic recommendations for developing digital services that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method with a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationships among variables, supported by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests to ensure the robustness of the findings. The results indicate that both service quality and product quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. These findings highlight that improving service and product quality is crucial for strengthening customer loyalty and fostering sustainable long-term relationships. Furthermore, based on SWOT and TOWS analyses, this study proposes strategic recommendations that leverage internal strengths and external opportunities, such as optimizing brand reputation, fostering collaboration with fintech companies, and enhancing digital service features to be more responsive to customer needs.

Abstract

This research aims to identify students' misconceptions about momentum and impulse material using a four-tier diagnostic assessment instrument to implement learning evaluation in the Merdeka curriculum. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques carried out through assessments and interviews. Interview data is used to reinforce assessment data. The instrument used in the study is a four-tier diagnostic test on momentum and impulse developed by the researchers. The results showed that 50% of students experienced misconceptions about momentum matter due to the assumption that if two objects move with the same kinetic energy should have the same speed so that the momentum of both objects can be determined by ignoring their velocity. Then, as many as 13. 9% of students experience misconceptions about the law of conservation of matter momentum because of students' assumptions that ignore direction on velocity vector quantities. In other physics concepts, some students are less careful in calculations. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for teachers in designing more meaningful Merdeka curriculum-based learning plans to help students better understand the concepts of momentum and impulse.
