Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the efforts of employees at BRI Bank Teuku Umar Sub-Branch Office in overcoming the workload pressure received so that the performance of each employee can be maintained so as to avoid turnover intention (intention to change jobs). This study uses qualitative data types that use 6 people as research informants. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique, by way of observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained from this study are that the workload pressure received by employees at BRI Bank Teuku Umar Sub-Branch Office does not decrease employee performance, because each employee has a way to deal with stress resulting from work pressure received. efforts to overcome this pressure in the form of taking leave, exercising, traveling with family to carrying out hobbies that are liked, so that the perceived work pressure does not affect employee performance and intentions to move jobs from the company.

Abstract

Digitalization in agriculture is becoming increasingly important for improving efficiency and sustainability, but small-scale farmers often face difficulties in adopting digital technologies because of various constraints. This study proposes an open-source intelligent system platform called UDAWA (Universal Digital Agriculture Workflow Assistant) to assist small-scale farmers in digitizing greenhouse management processes. The first variant of this platform, UDAWA Gadadar, was designed as a cyber-physical agent to control and monitor greenhouse instruments. UDAWA Gadadar was built using a 5C architecture approach and farmer-centric design thinking, utilizing an ESP32 microcontroller and a power sensor module to ensure performance and energy efficiency. The UDAWA Gadadar prototype was tested in a small-scale greenhouse with promising results, with an average remaining memory of 175 KB in the non-SSL mode and 122 KB in the SSL mode. Cost analysis indicates that this platform is relatively affordable for small-scale farmers, with a total component cost of USD 33.7 per unit. A decision matrix analysis involving five different greenhouse models in Pancasari Village, Buleleng Regency, Bali, showed that UDAWA Gadadar has high relevance and potential for adoption, particularly in models GH3 and GH5, with compatibility scores of 0.27. This study contributes to the development of appropriate and accessible digitalization solutions for small-scale agriculture, with future work focusing on developing other physical agent variants and a digital twin for enhanced cultivation simulations.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has led to the emergence of financial technology lending (fintech lending), including online loan services that offer convenience and accessibility. However, these conveniences often come with hidden risks, particularly for individuals with low financial literacy. This community service program was conducted in Sumerta Village, East Denpasar, Bali, aiming to increase public awareness and understanding of personal financial management and the dangers of illegal online loans. The program implemented an interactive educational approach through public seminars, direct discussions, and the use of printed and digital media such as posters and stickers. The activities successfully raised community awareness regarding how to identify legal and illegal loan platforms and how to manage personal finances more responsibly. The initiative also empowered local residents to become financial literacy advocates within their communities. Overall, this program demonstrates the importance of strengthening digital financial literacy at the grassroots level to protect communities from predatory lending practices and to build sustainable financial behavior.

Abstract

Fenomena pengoplosan bahan bakar minyak jenis Pertamax yang marak terjadi di berbagai SPBU telah menimbulkan kerugian ekonomi yang signifikan bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaturan perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen yang dirugikan akibat peredaran Pertamax oplosan dalam perspektif hukum nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual melalui telaah mendalam terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, literatur akademik, dan doktrin hukum terkait perlindungan konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun hak-hak konsumen telah dijamin secara normatif, implementasinya masih lemah, terutama pada aspek preventif berupa pengawasan mutu dan distribusi. Perlindungan hukum yang diberikan selama ini lebih bersifat represif melalui pemberian ganti rugi setelah kerugian terjadi. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya pembentukan regulasi turunan dan sistem pengawasan yang lebih transparan untuk menjamin hak konsumen atas barang yang sesuai standar serta mengembalikan kepercayaan publik terhadap pelaku usaha.

Abstract

In an effort to ensure the success of the 2024 elections and the creation of peaceful democracy, one approach that can be taken is educating first-time voters on the use of social media. The active role and participation of first-time voters are crucial for the progress of the Indonesian nation. In this regard, the role of academics through community service is very important in ensuring the success of the elections. This community service activity is carried out through thematic community service projects. The goal is to enhance the understanding of first-time voters in Sumber Kelod Village, Denpasar City. The educational method is implemented through socialization using brochures. This socialization is very beneficial and provides new insights for first-time voters. The results of this education are significant in shaping a generation of intelligent, critical, and responsible voters. With sufficient knowledge, high political awareness, and an independent attitude, first-time voters can participate actively and effectively in elections, thereby contributing to a better and higher quality democratic process. Continuous education is essential to ensure that each new generation of voters is prepared to face the challenges and responsibilities in their political lives.

Abstract

Tanah sebagai aset ekonomi dan objek hak milik yang dapat dialihkan melalui transaksi jual beli sering diperdagangkan dengan nilai di bawah NJOP, sehingga menimbulkan implikasi hukum dan perpajakan yang perlu dikaji secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara komprehensif legalitas transaksi jual beli tanah di bawah NJOP serta konsekuensi perpajakannya, sekaligus menguraikan peran PPAT dalam menjamin kepastian hukum. Penelitian menggunakan metode hukum normatif melalui analisis literatur terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, yurisprudensi, dan referensi akademik terkini minimal terbitan tahun 2020. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa transaksi di bawah NJOP tetap sah secara hukum selama memenuhi asas konsensualisme dan dituangkan dalam akta otentik oleh PPAT, namun berpotensi menimbulkan sengketa pajak dan ketidakseimbangan beban fiskal. Implikasinya, diperlukan penguatan regulasi, verifikasi nilai transaksi yang lebih ketat, serta peningkatan tanggung jawab PPAT dalam memberikan edukasi hukum kepada para pihak guna menjaga keadilan fiskal dan mencegah sengketa ke depan

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi digital mendorong lahirnya strategi pemasaran agresif seperti flash sale yang memunculkan problem yuridis terkait batas antara promosi sah dan dugaan praktik predatory pricing. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kedudukan flash sale dalam perspektif hukum persaingan usaha Indonesia, khususnya dalam kaitannya dengan Pasal 20 UU No. 5 Tahun 1999. Kajian menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif yang menelaah peraturan perundang-undangan, doktrin, dan perbandingan dengan regulasi Tiongkok untuk memperoleh pemahaman komprehensif mengenai dinamika harga dalam ekosistem digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kekaburan norma dalam menentukan unsur “harga sangat rendah dengan maksud menyingkirkan pesaing,” karena mekanisme harga di platform digital dipengaruhi oleh algoritma dan kebijakan sistemik, bukan semata kehendak individual pelaku usaha. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa flash sale berpotensi menjadi instrumen eksklusi pasar ketika dilakukan secara masif oleh pelaku usaha dominan, sehingga diperlukan penyempurnaan pedoman penegakan hukum persaingan usaha di sektor digital. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi penguatan regulasi dan peran KPPU dalam memastikan praktik perdagangan digital berlangsung secara adil dan kompetitif

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product assortment, in-store display, price perception partially and simultaneously on consumer impulsive purchases. The sample in this study was 70 Iwaka Supermarket consumers. Data analysis techniques used Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient Test, F Test and t Test. From the results of the study, it was found that product assortment had a positive and significant effect on consumer impulsive purchases, in-store display had a positive and significant effect on consumer impulsive purchases and price perception had a positive and significant effect on consumer impulsive purchases. Suggestions that can be given by researchers are that Iwaka Supermarket should increase the variety of product sizes, so that later products with various size variations are available, rearrange shelves that have not looked attractive and provide discounts in large purchases on some products that have higher prices than competitors and build a comfortable store atmosphere, so that later it can create a feeling of pleasure when consumers shop.
