Abstract Kuta beach is one of the most visited places in Bali, it offer a great beach with a perfect wave to surf and become a number one spot for any tourist who come to Bali for surfing. With that being said the accident rate of water related accident in the area is very high, to manage the risk and ensuring the safety of the area Gede Berata a Balinese partnering with two Australian Kevin Weldon and Alan B Welpton founding The Indonesian Surf Life Saving Association/ Badan Penyelamat Wisata Tirta or more known as Balawista. This job require a very high standard of commitment, not only a competent staff but also need a sufficient equipment to help the rescue activity, it also require a high standard of operation procedure to ensure that the rescue are done in a safe and efficient manner to ensure the safety for both of the victims and rescuers. The goals of this research are to know how far Balawista implement health and safety procedure when doing daily operation, and what are the other factors that impacting the performance of Balawista. The data are collected using an observation method and in-depth interview and using purpose sampling method, data analytic method using qualitative descriptive. With this paper writer hope that Balawista will be able to do their job professionally by implementing health and safety procedure considering the high importance of their job and by doing that they will be able to increase the safety for both of the victims and rescuers.

Travel located rafting on the Ayung Rivers is a tour that is visited by tourists.This raises the more recent stand rafting companies that make the competition tighter. With the amount of competition it is very important to have a marketing strategy is right on target for Sobek rafting in order to maintain its existence. This study aims to assess the strengths and weaknesses of Sobek rafting. Data collected by observation, interview, and literature study. The results showed that the strength factor Sobek rafting is the quality of the guides are given already has considerable experience, adequate facilities, safety (security) in following the rafting tour of an early start to the end of the trip and Service (service), while weaknesses are of standard implementation imposed by torn to serve tourists not run properly because of a lack of supervision. A vigorous marketing is very important but also must be balanced with adequate services to maintain the confidence of tourists to come back to use the services Sobek rafting. Pantai Batu mejan (Echo Beach). Beach Echo Beach is located in the village of Canggu, northern district of Kuta, Badung regency. Distance traveled to this location approximately 14 km from the city of Denpasar. Many foreign tourists come this beach for sunbathing, swimming and surfing while enjoying the beautiful scenery at sunset (sunset). The beach is famous as a sport surf for foreign tourists. The purpose of this study to determine the potential of Echo Beach and to determine the development strategy in Echo Beach. The method of research is qualitative descriptive analysis with SWOT approach. The technique of collecting data is divided into four: observation, in-depth interview, documentation and literatureFor informants using purposive sampling technique. Results from this study is the tourism potential held in Turkish Echo Beach as a tourist attraction is the natural potential as sport surfing. Cultural potential that there is a sacred place (temple) and the Rejang Dance and Mask Dance. In anticipation of threats and weaknesses and increase the opportunity and power to develop the potential of Echo Beach Beach this to be sustainable, then reviewing the SWOT approach for Coastal Development Strategy in Echo Beach. The research is located in Villa Sanyas area of Seminyak-Kuta Bali. The research was conducted to find out how the management villa sanyas, and also to know the factors that make the tourist stay at villa sanyas feel uncomfortable. the choice of Seminyak as the location of this research according to th place where the tourism grows fastly. On the development stage, that tourism area still need various research from some point of view. Thus, this research focuses to identify factors which affects the uncomfortness during stay in Villa Sanyas Seminyak. This research is very important and could be reference as solutions for comfortness of tourists in Villa Sanyas. The method of data collecting in this research are observation, interview, and documentation to analyze the data collected with descriptive qualitative analysis while primary data and secondary data. The determining of informants use is purposive sampling. Results of the study found that most tourist who stay at villa sanyas feel disturbed by the noise can be heard up to the villa, besides that also some employees who work in villa sanyas not fluent in english. Based on the report, can be suggested to the villa management to improve the quality of service toward the tourists who stay, then the tourist will feel comfort. Abstract In the development of a tourist area, especially the development of tourism will generally follow the pattern of grooves or tourism area life cycle is known as the Tourism Area Life Cycle (TALC). This paper aims to find a position that tourism in Serangan Village, so it can later be known by both programs suitable for the development of the area. The needs of the data used to meet, namely, observation, literature review and interviews with some of the residents and community leaders in the village attack. The collected data will be described later analyzed by descriptive. Observations show that the position of the Serangan Village in Tourism Area Life Cycle analysis is at a stage 2 or the stage engagement (involvement). In this phase, the increase in the number of tourist arrivals in the Serangan village has increased every year and the local people who were there already started to supply the needs of tourists as a cafe or restaurant and homestay but still on a limited scale. Local people have started actively promoting in several blogs and web is also working with several travel agents. The creation of a forum for the community to develop into a more concerted Serangan village to be planned future namely the formation of a group of fishermen who called Karya Segara. The group is very active fishing village of attacks and protecting the environment are very enthusiastic about the preservation of underwater attack. Starting from the initiative group of fishermen began to attack this village known and increasingly shows its uniqueness in terms of environmental conservation. This it can be concluded that the position of the Serangan Village in Tourism Area Life Cycle analysis is in phase engagement (involvement) were associated with the facts on the ground.

ABSTRACT The development of tourism in essence to develop and utilize the destination and tourist attraction in the form of a beautiful natural resources, the diversity of flora and fauna, cultural, historical, archaeological objects and cultural diversity. In order to achieve the objectives of tourism development of the Development of tourism should be directed to the use of natural resources, the greater the resources you have, the greater the hope for achieving development goals and the development of tourism. Based on studies that revealed the problems, how the carrying capacity of the physical environment on the feasibility of tourism attraction tirta gangga, Karangasem regency Ababi village? To unravel this issue, this study uses primary and secondary data sources, whereas the type of data used is also quantitative and qualitative data. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews, and literary study. Analysis of the data used is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that, tourism development in the tourist destination, has an influence on the physical environment. In terms of its physical environment, support the building in a popular tourist destination such as supporting the existence of a tourist destination has been organized than previous years.

The presence of online transportation services in Ubud Village is considered a threat to the existence of conventional transportation services. Far-reaching price differences trigger conflict. This study aims to analyze the existence of conventional transportation services in the Ubud Village in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This study uses qualitative and quantitative data with primary and secondary data sources. Data obtained through the study of literature, observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The techniques for determining informants and determining the samples used are purposive sampling and incidental sampling. This research uses descriptive-qualitative analysis techniques and the Importance of Performance Analysis. The results showed that conventional transportation services still existed in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 due to an organization formed under the auspices of the Desa Adat which prohibits the operation of online transportation services. This research is expected to be a reference for the Bali Government and the Regency of Gianyar Government in compiling a policy regulation governing tourism transportation services in the Ubud Village. Marine tourism activities are feared to give pressure through tourists’ crowds who visit to USAT Liberty Wreck as the main attraction in Tulamben. The utilization should be not undermining the quality of physical attraction and the tourist comfortness. Research is conducted to find out the ability of physical carrying capacity on this popular dive spot. Qualitative and quantitative data are collected by observation in land and underwater, depth interview with interviewess and literatures study. Then Data is processed by stages: (1)data reduction, (2)data explanation and (3)verification. Research begins by mapping of marine tourism activity in Tulamben. The result of calculating physical carrying capacity in USAT Liberty Wreck is 306 person consisting of 102 dive guide and 204 tourist in static condition on diving space at same time, compared to the amount of tourist arrival in 2014 for 173 person per day. In conclusion, tourist arrival does not exceed capability of physical carrying capacity USAT Liberty Wreck. Key words: Pyshical Carrying Capacity, Marine Tourism, USAT Liberty Wreck

Yasa Putra Sedana is an art studio engaged in dance and percussion, In its activities, Yasa Putra Sedana must be able to compensate with good service to tourists so that tourists feel happy and comfortable. This study aims to analyze the level of tourist satisfaction with the quality of services provided by employee, in order to determine the level of satisfaction of tourists who come to the Yasa Putra Sedana Art Studio and then can be further evaluated. This research was conducted at the Yasa Putra Sedana Art Studio in Banjar Pengaji, Melinggih Kelod Village, the District of Payangan, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province, the type of data in this study used quantitative and qualitative data, where the data were obtained using a questionnaire distribution method, in-depth interviews, observations / Observation and documentation. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique, and then the data obtained were analyzed with a qualitative descriptive technique using a Likert scale. The results of this research is, that the level of tourist satisfaction with the quality of service at the Yasa Putra Sedana Art Studio gets a very satisfied value, this is obtained from the results of the calculation of the average score obtained from the distribution of questionnaires from the level of performance and level of importance to all the indicators that affect the level tourist satisfaction, obtained a yield of 101.189% (very satisfied). Nungnung Waterfal is located in Pelaga Village, Petang District, Badung Regency. Nungnung Waterfal have several potentials that can be developed into a natural taourist attraction. It is the researchers wanted to know the potential of what is owned by NungnungWaterfall that can be developed into a tourist attraction. Types of data and data sources used are the data Qualitative, Quantitatif, primary data and secondary data. Collection data by Observasi, interviews, library, and using purpose sampling method, data analytic method using qualitative descriptive that applies the facts found in the field. Nungnung Waterfallhas the potential of natural and artificial potential that could be developed into a tourist attraction. Natural potential possessed NungnungWaterfallis landscapes, mountains, waterfalls, and forests. As for the potential of artificial owned by Nungnung Waterfallnamely supporting facilities including a gazebo for resting place for tourists and take pictures in the area of Nungnung Waterfall.
