Abstract

This article aims to analyze and describe the implementation and implications of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) for orphans and street children at the Berkas Bersinar Abadi Lamongan foundation. This article uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects in this study were the head of the foundation, members of the Islamic religious education supervisor, orphans and street children. The results showed that: (1) Islamic religious education for orphans and street children at the Berkas Bersinar Abadi Lamongan foundation was divided into three trainings; Akidah Education, Moral Education, and Moral Education, (2) the implementation of Islamic religious education for orphans and street children at the Berkas Bersinar Abadi Lamongan foundation which is applied to objects of development such as religious values ​​or religious values ​​with good morals or noble character, congregational prayers, recitations and several other forms of religious activities as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad and his companions. (3) Positive implications; can interpret the two sentences of the Shahadah. Forming children's mental and character, and always being grateful for every gift He has given in this life.

Abstract

Pengalihan kebudayaan akan membuat generasi semakin dewasa dalam bersikap. Ada beban baru yang harus dipikul sebagai tanggung jawab guna melestarikan dan mengembangkan kebudayaan yang ada serta siap untuk terus menerus meningkatkan kemampuan dan keahlian semasa hidupnya. Pendidikan nasional akan berjalan dengan baik, jika kehadirannya mau menerima kritikan dan saran dari masyarakat serta lingkungan. Pendidikan yang dihasilkan dari budaya lokal kemasyarakatan akan mampu mencetak lulusan yang berkualitas, karena terdapat umpan balik pada sistem pendidikan itu sendiri. Dengan perubahan dan perkembangan yang terjadi berdasar kearifan lokal masyarakat akan mampu mempengaruhi roda sistem pendidikan masyarakat. Kekuatan dan kekhasan pendidikan yang tercipta berdasar budaya lokal masyarakat akan mampu memperkokoh pondasi sistem pendidikan. Artikel ini mencoba melakukan analisis akan penyesuaian pendidikan sesuai zaman berdasar perubahan atau inovasi guna meningkatkan dan memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan berdasar sendi-sendi tertentu.

Abstract

Nilai karakter yang tercantum pada buku siswa mata pelajaran PAI kelas I merupakan sumber belajar wajib pada implementasi kurikulum 2013 ini, karena pada dasarnya buku siswa dapat mentransformasikan ilmu pengetahuan dan nilai-nilai kehidupan yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi Inti dan Kompetensi Dasar yang diajarkan. Oleh karena itu buku siswa yang diterbitkan oleh pemerintah perlu dianalisis terlebih dahulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis muatan nilai karakter dan kesesuaian pendidikan karakter yang tertuang dalam buku siswa dengan KI dan KD yang terdapat dalam buku siswa mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di Sekolah Dasar dalam kurikulum 2013 dengan menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan (Library research). Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa muatan pendidikan karakter yang tercantum pada buku pendidikan Agama Islam kelas I terdapat 20 nilai karakter.

Abstract

Guru memberi materi dengan metode ceramah, anak menerima materi dari penjelasan yang telah diberikan oleh guru, tugas yang diberikan berupa lembar kerja siswa dan buku kerja anak. Anak mencatat angka  atau huruf/kata tanpa menciptakan konteks belajar terlebih dahulu. Dalam hal ini, pendidikan akademik atau intelektual anak berkembang dengan baik karena mendapat rangsangan atau stimuslus yang besar, sedangkan untuk yang non akademiknya kurang mendapat rangsangan atau stimulus atau seringkali disepelekan sehingga interaksi sosial sesama teman menjadi kurang. Penelitian memiliki rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana kemampuan interaksi sosial anak yang diajarkan dengan metode bermain peran dan adakah pengaruh bermain peran terhadap interaksi sosial anak usia dini pada kelompok A di RA Thoriqul Ulum Sajen, Kecamatan Pacet Kabupaten Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre – eksperimental design dengan tipe one grup pretest–posttest dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan data dengan pertimbangan tertentu.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode bermain peran dengan interaksi  sosial anak. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai rata –rata kemampuan interaksi sosial anak sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan bermain peran yaitu 45.55 menjadi 60.95. Hal ini juga dibuktikan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dimana nilai sig.< 0,05.

Abstract

Nowadays, the phenomenon of the full day school program is quite attractive to the public. Full day school seems to answer all the concerns of parents who are no longer able to protect their children from negative behavior such as juvenile delinquency, drugs, brawls, and gadget addiction. This study aims to analyze the application of full day school in shaping the religious character of students at Raudhatul Jannah Pepelegi Junior High School, Waru Sidoarjo. This qualitative research found that the full day school program at the institution not only offers a system that combines general science and religious knowledge, but also includes additional study hours. Full day school tries to shape the religious character of students both in their devotion to God Almighty and in the practice of their social life. Full Day School is in line with the Islamic epistemology of Bayani, Irfani, and Burhani about the combination of intellectual and spiritual intelligence. Raudhatul Jannah Junior High School as an institution that implements a full day school program so far has been able to shape the religious character of its students through habituation activities as well as in religious activities held in schools. This success is due to the role of teachers as good role models and the cooperation of parents.

Abstract

The role of the principal as a leader must be distinct from the existing leadership style. The leadership style of a top school influences teachers' good and bad performance in the school institution where they teach. The purpose of this article is to find out: (1) The leadership style of the principal of SDN 1 Munung. (2) Teacher Performance at SDN 1 Munung. This research uses a qualitative approach with the case study method, with a single case study type. Researchers used data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and concluding the data that has been presented and reduced in guaranteeing the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and sources. The results of the study concluded that the leadership of the principal of SD Negeri Munung uses two leadership styles, namely the authoritarian leadership style, in disciplining teachers in daily attendance and completing administration. In comparison, in the following leadership style, namely the democratic leadership style, the principal gives freedom for teachers to develop their abilities in various activities. Subsequent data found that the teacher's performance at SD Negeri Munung was beyond doubt because administrative completion was always early, complete and correct, so SD Negeri Munung was the only Impact school in Jatikalen that received the BOS Performance award.

Abstract

Pendidikan mempunyai peran dalam membangun ahklak pada manusia, karena pendidikan merupakan sarana untuk membentuk sumber daya manusia yang lebih baik. Pendidikan akhlak mempurnyai peran penting dalam proses pembentukan karakter. Pendidikan akhlak merupakan tujuan dari pendidikan pendidikan islam, sehingga setiap aspek proses pendidikan Islam selalu dikaitkan dengan pembinaan akhlak yang mulia. Dalam pendidikan akhlak dari pemerikiran KH. Hasyim Asy’ari tercantum dalam karya beliau Adab Alim Wal Muta’alim yang membahas peran akhlak dalam proses pendidikan. Penilitian ini merupakan metode library research (studi kepustakaan) dengan menggunakan literatur (kepustakaan), baik berupa buku, jurnal, catatan, maupun laporan hasil penelitian dan penelitian terdahulu yang kemudian dikumpulkan sebagai sumber penelitan sehingga menjadi analisa secara deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini memaprakan relevansi pendidikan akhlak melalui pempikiran KH. Hasyim Asy’ari dari beberapa aspek yakni khusyu’, bersikap wira’i, berperilaku zuhud (rendah hati), berperilaku tawadhu’, berperilaku saling sayang antar sesama, berperilaku sabar, memanfaatkan waktu, menghindari hal-hal maksiat, dan intropeksi serta muhasabah diri. Pemikiran tersebut dapat digunakan dalam dunia pendidikan sebagai standar pandang mengenai persoalan etika dan akhlak pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, dan peserta didik serta panduan pengembangan kelembagaan Pendidikan Islam, terutama persoalan Akhlak peserta didik.

Abstract

The recruitment process is very important to obtain an effective recruitment result. Recruitment is carried out according to the needs of the school. This study is aimed to analyze the planning, organization, and implementation of the recruitment of educators in strengthening the quality of human resources at SMP-IT Hikmatul Ummah Mojosari. This research belongs to qualitative research with a field research approach. The data collected are in the form of primary data obtained from primary sources and secondary data obtained from other parties. The data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicated that the planning, organization and implementation of the recruitment of educators at SMP-IT Hikmatul Ummah Mojosari were carried out by the Curriculum Department after receiving approval from the principal and the foundation. The information dissemination utilizes social media and family networks which were based on the principle of recruiting educators objectively by considering several aspects of the requirements: the national education standards about teaching staff and the standards set by the institution.

Abstract

Purpose- This research has the purpose to meaning is the application and influence of the My Happy Route game-based learning media in learning Arabic for class VIII students at MTs Al-Mas'udy. Design/methodology/approach- This study uses a pre-experimental design type of research in the form of one group pretest-posttest design so that it does not use the control class, only uses the experimental class. Findings/results – There is a significant effect before and after the implementation of the My Happy Route game media, which is 19%. Previously, the average student score was 67.03, but it increased to 86.71. Originality/value - As a teacher who is always required to be creative, this media is very good to use in teaching and learning activities, both indoor and outdoor. Paper type – Research paper

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the implementation of the learning project based on PAI learning in increasing the creativity of students at school SMK Ma’rif NU Gresik. This article used a field research type of research using a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the researchers conducted the validity of the data with a credibility test model to increase persistence in research. Data analysis, namely data reduction, display, and conclusion. The subjects in this study were the head of the madrasa, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and class students XI SMK Ma’rif NU Gresik. The results of this study are as follows; 1) The implementation of the Project Based Learning learning model in improving students' communication skills, activeness, and creativity in fiqh subjects includes learning planning which includes three stages, namely introduction, core activity, and closing; 2) The supporting factors for implementing the Project Based Learning learning model are professional teachers, positive student motivation, adequate educational facilities. The inhibiting factors are the different levels of students’ abilities and the lack of time allocation.
