Abstract

This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Mojosari Mojokerto, the type of research carried out was qualitative research methods. This research approach uses a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were principals, teachers/employees, and students. In collecting data, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation methods, while data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and triangulation. This study aims to find out how the planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision are carried out by school principals and to find out how the process of implementing and evaluating school principals in improving student achievement at SMAN 1 Mojosari. The results of the research carried out are: the management function carried out by the principal is to use planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. Furthermore, the strategy carried out by the principal is to plan programs for students starting from the lesson plans and extracurricular activities, while for teachers to make guided activities and guidance. In the process of implementation, the principal determines school policies, motivates educators and staff performance personnel, allocates human resources, and develops a culture of local school wisdom. Then in the evaluation process the principal monitors all the results of activities that have been carried out from the predetermined plans, measures individual and school performance, takes corrective steps.

Abstract

This article aims to describe: 1) explain the management of the Management Information System, 2) explain the decision making based on data in the Management information system. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. All collected data were then analyzed using data in a few stages from reducing data, presenting data, to drawing evaluation conclusions. Research informants were the Headmaster of MI Darussalam, the School operator, and Teachers. The results showed that. The Role of Management Information System in Decision Making in MI Darussalam: (1) The components in the Management Information System has been fulfilled, (2) management of management information systems centered on two people, (3) The flow of MIS management in MI Darussalam is the process of data input, data processing, and data storage, (4) The head of the Madrasah puts forward the principle of deliberation to make decisions. (5) The Management Information System is used as a database for making decisions and making program activities. (6) There is a Decisive Support System (DSS) that is used, but it is still constrained.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the importance of maintaining character education, especially for children during a pandemic, and to find out how far the role of parents is to help maintain the success of the above objectives. This article uses the research library method by examining library data such as books, magazines, documents, historical stories, or related research objects. This character requires maximum support from the guardians of students when outside of school activities to continue to guide, direct and be a role model to behave and have noble character wherever the students are by adjusting the situation, conditions, and abilities of the child. Learning without face to face using technology is a challenge in itself for educational institutions, teachers, guardians of students, and students themselves, but in the current era, every element is required to immediately adapt and continue to be productive and force themselves to find opportunities and development for the benefit of education itself.

Abstract

Madrasah mulai didirikan dan berkembang pada abad ke 5 H atau abad ke-10 atau ke-11 M. pada masa itu ajaran agama Islam telah berkembang secara luas dalam berbagai macam bidang ilmu pengetahuan, dengan berbagai macam mazhab atau pemikirannya. Pembagian bidang ilmu pengetahuan tersebut bukan saja meliputi ilmu-ilmu yang berhubungan dengan al-Qur’an dan hadis, seperti ilmu-ilmu al-Qur’an, hadits, fiqh, ilmu kalam, maupun ilmu tasawwuf tetapi juga bidang-bidang filsafat, astronomi, kedokteran, matematika dan berbagai bidang ilmu-ilmu alam dan kemasyarakatan.[1] Aliran-aliran yang timbul akibat dari perkembangan tersebut saling berebutan pengaruh di kalangan umat Islam, dan berusaha mengembangkan aliran dan mazhabnya masing-masing. Maka terbentuklah madrasah-madrasah dalam pengertian kelompok pikiran, mazhab atau aliran. Itulah sebabnya sebahagian besar madrasah didirikan pada masa itu dihubungkan dengan nama-nama mazhab yang masyhur pada masanya, misalnya madrasah Syafi’iyah, Hanafiyah, Malikiyah atau Hanbaliyah. Berdasarkan keterangan di atas, jelaslah bahwa penggunaan istilah madrasah, sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam maupun sebagai aliran atau mazhab bukanlah sejak awal perkembangan Islam, tetapi muncul setelah Islam berkembang luas dan telah menerima pengaruh dari luar sehingga terjadilah perkembangan berbagai macam bidang ilmu pengetahuan dengan berbagai macam aliran dan mazhabnya. Pada awal perkembangan Islam, terdapat dua jenis lembaga pendidikan dan pengajaran, yaitu kuttab yang mengajarkan cara menulis dan membaca al-Qur’an, serta dasar-dasar pokok ajaran Islam kepada anak-anak yang merupakan pendidikan tingkat dasar. Sedangkan masjid dijadikan sebagai tingkat pendidikan lanjutan pada masa itu yang hanya diikuti oleh orang-orang dewasa. Dari masjid-masjid ini, lahirlah ulama-ulama besar yang ahli dalam berbagai ilmu pengetahuan Islam, dan dari sini pulalah timbulnya aliran-aliran atau mazhab-mazhab dalam berbagai ilmu pengetahuan, yang waktu itu dikenal dengan istilah “madrasah”. Kegiatan para ulama dalam mengembangkan ajaran Islam di tengah-tengah masyarakat Islam maju dengan pesatnya, bahkan dari satu periode ke periode berikutnya semakin meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to rationalize the Aswaja-based Islamic education strategy to counter radicalism. This research method uses literature by analyzing published, unpublished books, journals and research that are in line with the theme of moderate Islamic education through NU-an Aswaja. The results of this study are that NU implements an educational education commanded by LP Maarif NU and principled on al muhafadhotu ala al qodimi as sholih wal akhdu bil jadidi al aslah to aim at forming humans who are rahmatan lin naturalin. In learning the values that are strengthened and internalized are tawazun (balanced), tawassuh (moderate), i`tidal (fair and heartless) and tasammuh (tolerance).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the 2013 curriculum on educational materials especially for children with special needs. The method used in this research is literature study by analyzing the results of previous research and elaborating in content analysis. The result of this research is the need for a special curriculum for Islamic religious education material for special school children. It needs material simplification and a simple evaluation because not all special school children are able to evaluate according to general material. Teachers need patience in carrying out the learning process and also need to master various methods so that children don't get bored.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sekolah dalam menerapkan pendidikan Inklusi di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian atau informannya adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas/walikelas dan guru pembimbing khusus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Dalam hal pengoptimalan pengelolaan pendidikan inklusi, peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemegang keputusan tertinggi di suatu lembaga sangat memengaruhi arah dan tujuan yang hendak dicapai oleh lembaga tersebut. (2) Ada banyak faktor penghambat terhadap pengelolaan pendidikan inklusi di SDN Mentikan 1 Kota Mojokerto  dari awal pengelolaan sampai dengan sekarang. Namun, faktor yang paling mendasar dan sangat memengaruhi adalah permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan anggaran. (3) Upaya yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah membagi dan memprioritaskan masalah yang memang tidak bisa diselesaikan oleh SDN Mentikan 1 sendiri kemudian menjadikannya bahan aduan ke Dinas terkait dan pusat sumber yang bertempat di SLB Pertiwi yang kebetulan ditunjuk langsung oleh dinas pendidikan provinsi jawa timur sebagai sekolah aduan terkait pengelolaan pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe the implementation of an integrated curriculum based on multiple intelligences at the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic Boarding School, Mojokerto. This article uses a qualitative approach, in which this research was conducted at the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic boarding school, Mojokerto. Meanwhile, as an informant to find out what the researchers studied were the management coordinator, the student coordinator and the teachers. The data collection techniques in this study are in-depth interviews, observations or observations of educational activities, and documentation. And for the data validity technique, which includes source triangulation and data triangulation techniques. The results of this article are, namely: the history of the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic boarding school in Mojokerto, synchronization or integration between general education and Islamic boarding school education to support each other for a complete education, starting from the planning of an integrated curriculum which includes planning superior education programs and suggestions for infrastructure in the implementation of the practice. in-depth, integrated curriculum implementers in implementing each program or preparing natural resources, and integrated curriculum supervision which is carried out to become a benchmark in the achievement of students who are diverse or have multiple intelligences, and then can make development policies in future planning.
