Abstract

The research was conducted by providing assistance to improve School Action Research (PTS) skills at the Permata Sari Foundation in Jakarta, which has approximately 30% of teachers with a pure science background, and 40% of young teachers have not received Teacher Professional Education (PPG). The condition of the teachers is a problem for the development of education at the foundation, so training is needed to conduct PTS. This assistance aims to provide knowledge and insight into 21st Century learning as a basis for teachers and Principals to plan PTS, so that they can improve the learning that is their responsibility. The assistance method is carried out by providing in-depth study of 21st Century learning materials, PTS theory, and providing guidance to teachers in planning PTS proposals. The assistance activities carried out by the Team from Indraprasta PGRI University were to increase insight and direct practice for teachers and Principals to prepare PTS Proposals. The assistance method was implemented by providing intensive training and practice in compiling PTS Proposals. The results of the study showed that teachers were able to plan PTS with the concept of 21st Century learning. There are five teachers who plan research in the realm of learning models, two teachers are interested in conducting PTS in the field of learning methods, two teachers plan PTS in improving learning media, and two teachers are interested in conducting action research in the field of attitudes and motivation. This study concludes that intensive and periodic mentoring with continued practice in a planned manner through online communication so that the PTS that have been made can be implemented by teachers and the Principal at the Permata Sari Foundation Jakarta, so that they can produce written works in the form of good articles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi mengajar terhadap kinerja guru . Metode Penelitian merupakan penelitian survey. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 80 siswa diambil secara acak di SMA Negeri 3 Kabupaten Bone pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen angket menggunakan skala likert. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, semua data memiliki distribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Begitu juga motivas mengajar memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah kepemimmpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi mengajar mempunyai hubungan yang kuat terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci : Kepala sekolah, Motivasi, Kinerja guru

Abstract

Pengabdian ini mengimplementasikan pendekatan Pembelajaran Mendalam bagi guru Yayasan Pendidikan Kristen Papua (YPKP) Sentani Jayapura sebagai respon terhadap rendahnya kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa Indonesia berdasarkan hasil PISA 2022. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru di lingkungan YPKP Sentani dalam mengimplementasikan Pembelajaran Mendalam, sehingga dapat menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih bermakna, berkesadaran, dan menggembirakan bagi peserta didik, yang pada akhirnya akan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di wilayah Sentani, Kabupaten Jayapura. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, Difusi Ipteks Berbasis Praktik dan Pelatihan Terintegrasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru sebesar 89,13%, kemampuan mengintegrasikan delapan dimensi profil lulusan, dan terbentuknya komunitas praktisi berkelanjutan. Guru berhasil mendesain pembelajaran yang mengaktifkan berpikir tingkat tinggi melalui tahapan memahami, mengaplikasi, dan merefleksi. Pembelajaran Mendalam berhasil diimplementasikan dalam konteks pendidikan bernafaskan Islam, memperkuat nilai-nilai akhlak mulia, toleransi, dan kebhinekaan. Program ini menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan yang dinamis dan berpotensi menjadi model percontohan implementasi Pembelajaran Mendalam di institusi pendidikan dengan konteks serupa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian yang akan lakukan adalah pengendalian hama lalat buah dengan Perangkap Metyl Eugenol, dilaksanakan di kampung Yamta, PIR II, Distrik Arso, Kabupaten Keerom pada bulan November 2021. Kegiatan tersebut dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah gagal panen dan pembusukan buah-buahan akibat serangan lalat buah milik petani di Wilayah PIR II Kampung Yamta. Metode pelaksanan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, simulasi pembuatan dan pemasangan perangkap lalat buah dengan metyl eugenol. Kelompok Tani peserta kegiatan adalah 18 orang yang terdiri dari 11 orang perempuan dan 7 laki-laki. Peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan karena alat dan bahan yang diperlukan untuk pembuatan perangkap mudah didapat dan murah. Juga pembuatan perangkap sangat mudah dan cepat serta ramah lingkungan. Setelah sebulan dilakukan monitong pengecekan perangkap lalat buah dan menunjukan hasil yang cukup memuaskan karena banyaknya lalat buah jantan yang terperangkap dan berhasil menurunkan populasi lalat buah di Kampung Yamta.

Abstract

Sosialisasi pemanfaatan pekarangan dengan pendekatan Permakultur dilaksanakan sebagai antisipasi krisis pangan dan pencemaran lingkungan akibat penggunaan pestisida dan herbisida kimiawi. Peserta sosialisasi adalah kelompok tani di PIR II Kampung Yamta Distri Arso Kabupaten Keerom. Permakultur merupakan konsep yang mendesain segala aspek kehidupan yang menjaga integritas harmonisasi antara alam dan manusia yang bersifat permanen dan berkelanjutan. Permakultur ketika diterapkan pada bidang pertanian akan menciptakan bentang alam yang kompleks, beragam, multifungsi dan berkelanjutan. Pendekatan Permakultur dapat diterapkan pada pekarangan yang dapat mendukung ketahanan pangan keluarga dan juga mendukung kehidupan keanekaragaman hayati dan kelestarian alam yang berkelanjutan. Sosialisasi diikuti oleh Anggota Kelompok Tani PIR 2 yang terdiri dari 30 orang, 11 perempuan dan 19 laki-laki. Kegiatan Sosialisasi terdiri dari 3 sesi. Sesi pertama pemaparan tentang materi pelatihan, yaitu mengenalkan konsep Permakultur, latar belakang munculnya konsep Permakulture, etika Permakultur, pembagian zona Permakultur dalam mendesain pekarangan rumah hingga mendesain Kampung. Sesi kedua adalah tanya jawab dan sesi ketiga adalah kunjungan pada Kebun Permakultur milik Yayasan Pendidikan Alam Papua (YADIKAP) di Arso 2 Kampung Yuwainainm Keerom yang merupakan contoh pemanfaatan pekarangan dengan pendekatan Permakultur. Abstract

Community empowerment to meet clean water needs in Ifale Village, Sentani District, Jayapura Regency, is crucial given the declining water quality of Lake Sentani due to pollution. Despite having access to water sources, communities still rely on untreated water, leading to increased disease. This research aims to improve community access to clean water through the development of a local media-based filtration system. Methods used include community education, training, and advocacy to improve understanding and skills in water treatment. Results show a significant reduction in water quality parameters, such as turbidity and E. coli, as well as increased community awareness of the importance of water treatment. The formation of clean water management groups is a strategic step to ensure the program's sustainability. In conclusion, this program not only improves access to clean water but also empowers communities to manage water resources independently, enabling it to be implemented in other areas facing similar challenges.

Abstract

This research aimed to identify and obtain information regarding implementing the independent curriculum learning model in schools. The research employed an action research approach to enhance the implementation of the independent curriculum learning model by facilitating a Community Service Program (Abdimas). The research results indicated that the independent curriculum learning model improved teacher performance over three mentoring cycles. In cycle 1, teachers' understanding of the national curriculum policy increased to 78.2%, and understanding of the national curriculum implementation reached 74%, indicating a notable improvement from the pre-cycle phase. In cycle 2, further increases were recorded: understanding of learning objective flow rose to 79.42%, understanding of the learning model reached 88.4%, and understanding of the teaching module reached 87.8%, reflecting nearly optimal mastery. In cycle 3, teachers' comprehension regarding the practice of learning models attained 88.6%, signaling their capability to implement effective classroom instruction.

Abstract

This study aims to map one of the internal quality assurance programs in an effort to improve the quality of schools seen from the 8 National Education Standards (SNP), the ability of school residents to carry out 5 cycles of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) at SMP Islam Cikal Harapan 01 and SMP Islam Cikal Harapan 02. Data collection techniques in this study were through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and discussions. The results showed that there was an increase in the ability to understand and implement SPMI at SMP Islam Cikal Harapan 01 and SMP Islam Cikal Harapan 02, East Jakarta. In the percentage value of quality mapping, there was an increase from 2.51% in the Pre Cycle phase to 4.21% in the first cycle phase, and the second cycle, namely quality fulfillment planning, an increase from 2.76% in the Pre Cycle phase. The results of the second cycle are quality fulfillment planning with a value of 3.87%. From the percentage value of the third cycle of quality fulfillment implementation, there was an increase from 2.4% in the pre-cycle phase to 3.2%. From the percentage value of the fourth cycle of monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of quality there was an increase from 2.7% in the pre-cycle phase to 3.8%. From the percentage value of the fifth cycle of the new quality strategy, there was an increase from 2.42% in the pre-cycle phase to 3.52%. The implication of this research for the mentoring activities carried out by the abdimas team of Unindra PGRI Jakarta is that this mentoring activity can be carried out further by involving all school members. This is needed to be able to improve the quality of education in the two schools.

Abstract

Pendampingan tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) bagi pengajar di PKBM Harapan Mandiri Depok. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan pada suatu lembaga pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kemampuan guru dalam mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang terjadi di kelas dan memberikan solusi yang cepat dan tepat. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) merupakan metode yang efektif bagi guru untuk menganalisis dan memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Dalam penelitian ini, instruktur dipandu melalui empat tahapan PTK: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, serta analisis dan refleksi. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kompetensi instruktur dalam melakukan PTK, sehingga mampu mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran secara efektif dan berkontribusi dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di PKBM. Hasil pendampingan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kapasitas instruktur dalam melaksanakan PTK dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan
