Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research in to observe the effects before and after the increase of soybean prices to tofu processing small industries in Batu Kota Village, Malalayang sub District, Manado. Data collection was conducted over six months, from Februari 2014 until Juli 2014. Data obtained are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained through the survey directly to the tofu enterprice in Batu Kota Village, Malalayang Sub District, Manado. Secondary data obtained through agencies associated with this research. Sampling was done by simple Saturated sampling technique, a total of 4 Respondents of small processing industry was sampled. The basic method used to see before and after the increase in soybean prices is that the next stage of your analysis descriptive in the form of tabulation, editing and processing of data by using Microsoft Excel Software.The results of this study indicated there was impact of price increases on small industrial soybean processing in Batu Kota Village, Malalayang Sub District, Manado. The impacts were in input factor price, decrease in the volume of production, the cost of the industry, the price of tofu, the size changes of tofu, revenue and profits of tofu entrepreneur. The increase of soybean prices reached 35.84 gratuity, tofu in Batu Kota still exist. This is due to changes in the size of tofu, besides tofu also has an informal partnership for the supply of raw materials with the tofu supplier there fore their industry still exist and feasible.Keywords : Frequency of production, informal Partnership, change of the size of the tof

Abstract

ABSTRACTLiberty Kaparang. Analysis of Advantage of Small Industry “Allen” Bread. (Under Guidance of Grace. A.J. Rumagit, as Chairman ; Ribka. M. Kumaat, ; Ellen. G. Tangkere as members.Agricultural and industrial sectors are the two sectors that play an important role in the Indonesian economy. As a mainstay in economic development, the sector is expected to contribute in improving the equitable and income for the community.The objective of this research is to analyze how the benefits received in the“Allen” bakery industry in Tinoor Village, North Tomohon Sub District in one process of production. The research conducted for approximately three months, and the data collected in the form of primary data were taken directly from the owner of the “Allen” bakery industry in Tinoor village, North Tomohon Sub District.The research result showed that the average profit made by small industries in one process of production was Rp. 2,899,509, with an average cost of Rp 2,300,491 from an average of 4,000 packs of bread production at a price of Rp 800 and Rp.1800.Revenue Cost Ratio Analysis showed that the “Allen” bakery industry in Tinoor village its R/C was 2,2 or it’s ratio was greater than one or the industry obtained profit. In this bread industry, the revenue was greater than cost, therefore the industry could get profit the use for the next production.

Abstract

ABSTRACTJelita Lapadjawa, 100314045, Role of the Agricultural Sector of the Economy East Bolaang Mongondow Regency under the guidance of Olfie L.S Benu as chairman, Grace A. J Rumagit and Welson M. Wangke as members. This study aims to determine (1) the role of the agricultural sector in the East Bolaang Mongondow Regency Economy, (2) the development of the agricultural sector within 5 years, from 2008 to 2012, and (3) whether the agricultural sector is a base or non base sector. The research was conducted in the East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data used was secondary data, collected from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) both at Kotamobagu City Office and North Sulawesi Province Office. The data was then analyzed using the contribution formula, the growth formula, and Location Quotient (LQ).The results showed that the agricultural sector was not the biggest contributor to the regional economy of the East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The results of the study alsonoted that the development of the agricultural sector to the GRDP showed an increase from the year 2008- 2012, with the largest increase occurred in 2010 with the growth rate of 6%, and in 2012 it reached 4.66%. This could mean that the agricultural sector in the East Bolaang Mongondow already had good productivity. From the LQ analysis, it was shown that Agriculture was a base sector in the East Bolaang Mongondow, meaning that the role of agriculture in the East Bolaang Mongondow was larger compared its role in the province of North Sulawesi. Moreover, within Agriculture sector, it was shown that forestry, plantations and farms were the leading subsectors.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aims of the study are to determine the development of BRI credit which has distributed in the agriculture sector, to know and to analyze the development of its credit financing on agriculture and non agriculture, to know about non performing loans at BRI. The research was conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk specifically at Tondano Minahasa District Branch. In this research only on certain BRI unit that ditributes credits to agriculture sector. Those units are unit BRI Langowan, unit BRI Kawangkoan, unit BRI Tondano, and unit BRI Sonder. The data were analyzed by using quantitative and qualitative descriptive data analysis then were presented in Tables. The results show that the financing plan and credit that distributed by BRI branch in Tondano to agriculture sector in Minahasa is increasing from year to year. It can be seen from the financing achievement provided by BRI is greater than the BRI financing target. The development of BRI agriculture and non agriculture financing has experienced of increasing from 2011 to 2013 through BRI credit such as KUR Mikro and KKP-E. BRI has faced credit problems when the time of credit repayment in which the NPL of non agriculture is 50% as for agriculture sector NPL is only 20%. This may happen because of the lenders could not pay their debts.

Abstract

ABSRACTThe objective of this research is to identify the effect ofgovernment expenditure to GRDP of agriculture sector in North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted from October to November 2014 by using secondary data in form of tim series data in 2005-2013 period obtained from North Sulawesi Central Bureau of Statistics and North Sulawesi Province Agriculture and Livestock Department. Analysis of data uses simple linear regression method using Minitab Statistics program version 16.Research result showed that 80,3 percent of GRDP Agriculture sector was significantly affected by Government expenditureat 30 percent significance level, therefore it can be concluded that the increasing of government expenditure of agriculture sectorincrease GRDP of agriculture sector in North Sulawesi Province.

Rumagit as chairman, Mex. F. L. Sondakh and Gene H. M. Kapantow as members).Customer satisfaction is very important factor for entrepreneurs in running a business. Consumer satisfaction in the can can lead to repeat purchases even consumers may be loyal to the product. The objective of this research is to determine the level of customer satisfaction to the service at Jumbo Supermarkets in Manado municipality through the aspects of reliability, responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangibles.This research uses primary data and secondary data. Sampling method in this research is Accidental Sampling.The research result showed that the level costumer satisfaction for local fruit and imported fruit based on reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles was categorized as satisfy and more satisfy to the services at Jumbo Supermarket.Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction, FiveAspects of Consumer Satisfaction

Sondakh as Members ) .This study aims to determine the contribution of the agricultural sector to regional development in Tomohon , knowing the position of the agricultural sector and sub- sector of food crops , plantations , livestock , forestry , and fisheries in Tomohon and determine the role of agriculture in the economy in Tomohon seen from the figures given income multiplier .The research was conducted in Tomohon with data collection at the Central Bureau of Statistics Tomohon and North Sulawesi . Data were analyzed by using several types of calculations includingcalculating contributions , LQ and DLQ analysis to identify the agricultural sector as well as changes in the position and income multiplier analysis to look at the role of the agricultural sector The results of research show In 2013 the agricultural sector has contributed 14 , 45 % of the total GDP Tomohon with two sub-sectors of the agricultural sector which has the greatest contribution is the food crops subsector which contributed 5.40% to the total GDP . The position of the agricultural sector that is non- base in 2013 , a period to akang come into a position change by sub- sector base that follows the sub- sectors of the food crops , livestock and forestry . Plantation and fisheries sub- sectors remain at non- base . The role of the agricultural sector in terms of revenue in Tomohon affect change in the total income of the area in Tomohon . The advice in this experiment is a need for special attention to the agricultural sector in Tomohon remember in future agricultural sector will experience a change in position and supported through Tomohon known as the City of Agro .Keywords: contribution, agricultural sector, regional development.

Sendow as Members)The objective of this research is to know the financial feasibility of Halmahera Honeybee Center, in Linaino Village, North Mollucas Province.The data collection has been started since August 2014, for 3 months. The obtained data were primary and secondary data, primary data was obtained by interviewing the owner of Halmahera Honeybee Center, and secondary data was obtained from the literature that related with honeybee business. The methods that are used to analyze are feasibility analysis to analyze Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Net Benefit/Cost, and Break Event Point.The research showed that the honeybee business in Halmahera Honeybee Center was feasible financially. It could be seen from Net Present Value that was positive (57.659.816,77), Internal Rate of Return was 50.5%, Net Benefit/Cost was 2.34, and Break Event Point was 2 years 1 months 28 days

Abstract

ABSTRACT Liny Jecklien Novita Rasu. Competitiveness of Commodity Rambutan in South Minahasa District (under guidance of Grace AJ Rumagit as chairman, Charles R. Ngangi and Yolanda P. Rori as members).  The objective to analyze the competitiveness of the commodity in the South Minahasa District. This research was conducted over two months from February to March 2015 in the Ongkaw Satu Village Sinonsayang Sub District, South Minahasa Regency. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection was done by using a list of questions prepared in the form of a questionnaire, while the secondary data was taken from relevant institutions in this study such as the Department of Agriculture, Statistics, and BP3K. Sampling was simple random sampling. Samples were taken for one week of 15 people. The method of analysis used is Descriptive Analysis and Policy Analysis Matrix. The results of the research showed that the commodity rambutan in South Minahasa Regency competitiveness based on comparative advantage and competitive advantage with private profits calculation of 22,813,749 and 70,959,417 for the calculation of social benefits. Of the two indicators for competitiveness Private Cost Ratios indicate that commodity rambutan increasingly competitive with PCR <1 and Domestic Resource Cost Ratio indicates that commodity rambutan has a comparative advantage with DRCR <1.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Ayu Azhari Amin. Role of Manufacturing Sector on the Economy and Labor Absorption in North Sulawesi (under the guidance of Grace A.J. Rumagit as chairman, and Theodora M. Katiandagho as a member).  This study aimed to analyze the role of the manufacturing sector to the economy and employment in the province of North Sulawesi.  This research was conducted for three months from February 2015 to April 2015 in the province of North Sulawesi, the data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics North Sulawesi.  This analysis using Location Quotient (LQ), Multiplier Share (MS), and the elasticity of labor, using variabe GDP and total employment. These results indicate that the role of the manufacturing sector to the economy in North Sulawesi are relatively stable from year to year, and in terms of the manufacturing sector GDP including the non bases. For that, we need further research to determine the factors forming GDP besides labor, which could boost the manufacturing sector GDP. Meanwhile, the role of the manufacturing sector on employment in the province of North Sulawesi is still relatively small and tend to be stable each year.
