Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to measure the level of customer satisfaction by using an index of consumer satisfaction/ Customer (IKP). Data obtained by distributing a questionnaire of 30 respondents were measured using a Likert scale. In addition, the questionnaire in a test using data validity test and reliability of data. The research results showed that of the four aspects: the average value of the product customer satisfaction index of more than 0.753 that was satisfied. Aspects of the average value price index of consumer satisfaction more than 0.731 that was satisfied. Aspect that is where the value of the average customer satisfaction index of more than 0.7333 that was satisfied. Aspects of the service of the average value of consumer satisfaction index over 0.80 that was satisfied. Abstract

ABSTRACT The problems of the reseach are how the description and comparison of the inflation rate in the city of Manado and rural areas in North Sulawesi, and how the influence of the inflation rate of each expenditure to the general inflation rate in the city and rural areas. The research was conducted in the city of Manado North Sulawesi for 3 (three) months. The data used is inflation data from January 2009 to December 2014, which analyzed qualitative, and quantitative descriptive in the statistical analysis using different test average analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the average inflation rate for rural areas is relatively high compared with urban areas. seven groups of grouping expenditure in the inflation calculation period 2009-2014 showed that there are four groups that the inflation average rate is higher in cities than in rural, which includes foodstuffs, housing, electricity, gas and fuel; education, recreation and sports; and group transport, communications and financial services. The rest, three other groups show the average inflation rate in the city is lower than in rural areas, which include: food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco; clothing; and health groups. The inflation rate in the city of Manado produce the same patterns with the rate of inflation in the rural areas. The rate of general inflation both in the city of Manado and rural areas is strongly influenced by the inflation rate of seven groups of expenditure for goods and services which consist of foodstuffs, food, clothing, housing, health, education and transport. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the development of their loan portfolio to agriculture, knowing hom to analyze the development and distribution of their loan portfolio to agriculture, as well as knowing how BPR face nonperforming loans during loan repayment. The research was conducted at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Mapalus Tumatenden Branch Tondano in Minahasa by taking some data consumer lending, trade, services, industry and agricultural credit in particular. The data is then finalists by using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis presented in tabular from. From the results of this research show that rural banks lending to agriculture decreased in 2012 and then increasing the amount of lending in 2014. Achievement in 2014 is the highest increase in lending over the last 5 years for agriculture. In 2011 through 2015 lending to the agricultural sector can not be found non-performing loans, it can be said that the repayment of credit by the client to the BPR runs smoothly. This is due to good performance of PT. BPR Mapalus Tumatenden Branch Tondano in Minahasa in lending to agriculture intencively with supervision and credit assessment.

Abstract

ABSTRACTConsumer perception or perspective with the services provided by the bank is the rating of the consumers to the services of the bank. The bank also should understand what consumers think and feel about the services provided, whether it gives satisfaction to the consumer or not. In connection with the BRI bank's vision that is becoming a leading commercial bank that always put customer satisfaction, and one of the mission is to provide excellent service to customers through a widespread network supported byprofessional human resources. That is why the authors are interested in carrying out research on consumer perceptions of people business credit (KUR) to service on Bank BRI LangowanUnit. The objektive of this research to analyze the perception of consumer credit (KUR) to service at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Langowan Unit, based on the variables to be studied, namely, Tangibles, Reliability,Responsiveness, Assurance,Empathy, using a Likert Scale analysis tools. This aims was conducted over four months from February to the month of May 2016 from preparation to the arrangement of research reports. The Location of research is Bank Rakyat Indonesia LangowanUnit. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from 73 respondents from credit consumers use the questionnaire. While secondary data obtained from the Bank BRI. The sampling method in this study usespurposive sampling. The results of this research showed that the perception of consumer credit (KUR) to service at the BRI Langowanunit was relatively satisfied with regard to the five variables studied namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy.Key Word: Perception, Consumer, Business Credit (KUR), PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the level of customer satisfaction in the K8 Coffee House. Survey Method was used in this study. The data used were primary data collected using interview techniques in the form of questionnaires.The level of customer satisfaction in K8 coffee house was determined by total score in each criterion.The research result showed that the score reached 6659 and the number of satisfaction index was 78.11% which could be classified as satisfied.  Keywords: satisfaction, customers, coffee house, Manado City.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the Development Strategy of Mangrove Ecotourism in the Bahoi Village of Likupang West subdistrict, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for three months from September to November 2018. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct observation in the field and direct interviews with 4 community leaders, 2 foreign tourists, 5 local people from the Bahoi village and 4 local tourists.  Secondary data were obtained from the relevant agencies, namely the Office of the Bahoi Village. The results of the research showed that the SWOT diagram analysis in Bahoi Village was in quadrant I, which was in Aggressive stage. Therefore, Mangrove Forests should be continued to be developed and promoted as ecotourism destination.Keywords: Developing Strategy, SWOT, Ecotourism, Mangrove Forest
