<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to identify the right development strategy in Tondei Village 1, Sub-district of West Motoling, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted in September until November 2017, using primary and secondary data with 10 respondents. Data primary collection through interviews using questionnaires. Secondary data collected from the office of Tondei 1 Village. Research data in the analysis using SWOT analysis. The result of the research shows that the result of internal strategic factor analysis shows that the total score of internal analysis result is 3.16 indicating that it is in a "moderate" position in harnessing the strength to face the weakness faced in the development of sugar palm agroindustry in Tondei Village 1. Result of external strategic factor analysis through opportunity and threatened to get a total score of its external analysis is 3.26 which indicates that the development of sugar palm agro-industry is in a strong external position in exploiting the opportunity to overcome the threats faced.*jnkd*]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze how the income of water spinach farmers (Ipomoea aquatica Forsk). This research was conducted in Kaima Village, Kauditan District, North MinahasaRegency and lasted from April 2016 until October 2017. The research method used in this research is survey method by interview all farmers of kangkung. Data collection method in this research is to use primary data through prepared list of questions that are obtained through direct interviews with farmers and secondary data from related agencies such as Head of Village Office, Statistic and Agricultural Extension Offices. Sampling method is the determination of saturated samples means that all water spinach farmers are used as a sample much as 6 respondents. The concept of measurement of variables in this study is the production, land area, selling price, revenue, expenditure, and supporting variables. Analysis of data used is the data obtained are presented in table form and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the income of kangkung farming in Kaima Village, Kecamatan.Kauditan was beneficial.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to see how big the role of PT. Kawanua Kahuripan Pantera (KKP) Against the economic social conditions of Pinolosian District of South Bolaang Mongondow District.The study was conducted from November 2016 to July 2017 (from preparation to report generation). The data used is primary data. This research is done by direct interview technique with company leader, employees as much (30 people), and Village Head (Sangadi) Pinolosian Subdistrict. The data obtained will be analyzed using descriptive analysis and will be presented in tabular form.The results of this study indicate the role of PT. KKP to socio-economic of Pinolosian Sub-district is public facility (Help for mosque and church worship place such as material fund for development and renovation), mangrove planting as many as 935 trees, clovepod assistance 26,510 pieces, job opportunity (Job Opening). In addition the company also provides health benefits for workers and affects the economy (Income) of the workers.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to (1) determine the influence of labor, investment, inflation rate, and change of head of region to economic growth in East Halmahera Regency at North Maluku Province, during the period 2004-2014, (2) and calculate the economic growth rate until 2019 based on the dominant economic sector. The type of research using library research method using PDRB data, East Halmahera Regency during 2004-2014 period published by Central Statistics Agency which calculated based on constant price in 2000. Model estimation results are calculated with the help of SPSS applications. The results showed the three variables (economic growth, labor, investment, and inflation) partially influence significantly to the variable of economic growth. While, the variable of Pilkada's existence was not gave a significant effect on economic growth. The average rate of economic growth generated by the government and society in this regency is cumulatively reaching 8.18% per year.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify factors causing the conversion of wetland to non-rice field in Tompaso Baru Sub-district of South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 months from December 2017 until January 2018. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. <![CDATA[This study aims to find out how much the growth of Regional Original Income (PAD) and the Contribution of PAD to the Regional Expenditures of the City of Manado. This research was conducted for three months from September to November 2017. The data used in this study were secondary data collected from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of North Sulawesi. The results showed that the growth of PAD from 2011-2016 was fluctuating with the highest growth rate in 2012 of 24.49% and the lowest in 2015 of 4.22% and with an average of 15.33%. The contribution of Regional Original Revenue to Regional Expenditures for 2011-2016 is still in the lack of criteria, with the highest contribution in 2014 amounting to 19.08% and the lowest in 2016 amounting to 14.91% and the average contribution to Regional Expenditure of 15.75% . This means that the Manado City government needs to improve performance more in exploring new sources of Regional Revenue and maximizing existing PADs to increase Regional Original Income Contributions to Manado City Regional Expenditures.*eprm*.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the profits of souvenir key chains, miniature of large traditional houses, miniature of small traditional houses and miniature flowers at UD Betris. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained by interviewing with owners of UD Betris spotted bamboo handy handycrafts in Meras Village, Bunaken District, Manado City. Secondary data was obtained from the internet through Google Scholar in the form of scientific journal articles and books related to this research topic. The profits of this business are different according to the type of handycrafts. The highest profit was obtained from the sale of large miniature traditional houses, namely Rp. 1,609,425; followed by the advantages of small traditional miniature houses of Rp. 716,480; the profit obtained from miniature interest is Rp. 179,165; while the lowest profit from the souvenir key chain is Rp. 5,898.*lrr+eprm*]]>

Debtors and creditors sampling had beendone intentionally (purposive sampling) to the 15 debtors and the5 creditors as respondents. <![CDATA[AbstractThe objective of this research is to determine the profile of the business grits pearls. This study uses primary data obtained through interview techniques directly to business owners using questionnaires. The method of data analysis used in this study is a descriptive analysis of data. Data collected are presented in tabular form, and then the analysis costs, revenue, profits, and break-even point analysis is used.The results of this research indicated this business received a profit of Rp. 2.097.043 for a month of production. The results of analysis of the break-even point in this business, when production volume amounted to 376 grits pearls to glass for 5 times the production process. Business owners foresight in seeing the market opportunity and the selection of the strategic place of business, resulted in business is quite promising and may increase the family income.Based on this research it can be concluded that the business grits pearls is household-scale business. There was no bookkeeping in this business and, business owners also concurrently into labor. Therefore, it is necessary to the holding of bookkeeping about business grits pearls by business owners and increase the workforce to expand the business grits pearl. The results of the analysis ratio of R/C of 1,2 indicates that the business is feasible to be developed. In addition, this business has aesthetic value in which business owners are not limited to for-profit but it refers to the service to consumers.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to analyze the industry prospect of processing fried banana in Manado City by taking samples in the research region : Klabat Stadium and Malalayang Beach. Forty respondents were interviewed as representatives to the amount of consumer in Manado.This research was carried out at Klabat Stadium and Malalayang Beach from each location, two sellers were taken as samples start from September to October 2012. This research used primary and secondary data. Primary data were through directly interviewed with the owner and the employees of the sampel location and the forty respondents as the population of fried banana lovers. Secondary data taken through the literatures and institutions related with this reacerch. Analyzes data was showed in tables form.This research result showed that industry of processing fried banana in Manado City has a good prospect because it gained profit. Revenue Cost Ratio that obtained from each location is bigger than others. In condition like this business of fried banana deserves is feasible. Besides the profit sellers would obtain the opportunity doing this business is high because there are many consumers of this product in Manado City. Through this research we can see that there 234 sellers have the opportunity to start open business of fried banana.]]>
