Abstract

This research aims to determine and attempt to analyze the influence of compensation, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. BPR LPN Panampung Bukittinggi City. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample of this research are employees of PT. BPR LPN Panampung Bukittinggi City. The research results found that there is a positive and significant influence between compensation on employee performance. There is a negative and insignificant influence between Motivation on Employee Performance. There is a negative and insignificant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance. There is a joint influence of Compensation, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test how much influence Organizational Culture and Work Environment have on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. Padang Distribusindo Raya DC Padang Aro. The population in this study was 40 respondents with a sample of the population, namely 40 employee respondents of PT. Padang Distribusindo Raya DC Padang Aro. The sampling method of the study was carried out by questionnaire and observation. The research sample technique used was the Saturated Sampling technique using Structur Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS) by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents. The results of the data analysis concluded that there was a significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction. There was a significant influence of the work environment on job satisfaction. There was a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. There was a positive insignificant influence of the work environment on employee performance. There was a significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. There was a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction. There was a positive insignificant influence of the work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence work motivation and work discipline have on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Class II B State Detention Center in Padang. Documentation methods and types of primary data.. Research results obtained based on partial tests (T tests) obtained: There is a significant positive influence of motivation on job satisfaction at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. There is a significant positive influence of Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.906. There is an insignificant positive effect of motivation on employee performance at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.899. There is an insignificant positive influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.906. There is a significant positive influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.859. Job Satisfaction is able to mediate Motivation on Employee Performance at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.899 and the smallest value is 0.822. Job Satisfaction is able to mediate Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.906.

Abstract

Pokok permasalahan PKM ini adalah menyangkut penerapan fungsi pengendalian dalam upaya peningkatan kelancaran CPO pada pabrik kelapa sawit PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Unit Usaha Ophir. Pada penelitian ini di harapkan berdampak pada pihak perusahaan yang dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam memecahkan masalah peningkatan proses produksi CPO sehingga tujuan perusahaan dapat dicapai secara optimal. Melihat permasalahan yang ada, solusi yang dapat diberikan kepada PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VI Unit Usaha Ophir berupa membuat suatu jadwal indukproduksi terlebih dahulu dalam suatu perencanaan produksi secara menyeluruh dan juga kitamemanfaatkan ilmu pengetahuan berserta teknologi yang jauh lebih maju pada saat sekarang ini. Asam lemak bebas merupakan salah satu indikator mutu dari minyak, semakin tinggi asam lemak bebas pada minyak maka kualitas dari minyak semakin buruk. untuk itu perlu dilakukan usaha pencegahan terbentuknya asam lemak bebas dalam minyak, sehingga tercapai standar perusahaan maksimal kadar asam lemak bebas 4,8 %. Perusahaan hendaknya meningkatkan pengawasan K3 supaya para tenaga kerja tidak mengalamikecelakaan kerja dalam proses pengolahan CPO dan perusahaan harus melakukan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan sortiran supaya jenis buah yang masuk memilki kualitas yang bagus dan bermutu.

Abstract

The development of tourist destinations today, has motivated research on revisit intention to be an important factor to be researched. This study seeks to examine the influence of tourist motivation and tourist experience on the revisit intention of tourists in West Sumatra which is mediated by the novelty seeking variable. The population of this research is tourists who visit tourist objects in West Sumatra. Samples were taken using accidental sampling method as many as 150 respondents. This study uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with Smart PLS 3 as an analysis tool. The results of the analysis show that tourist motivation is the main factor that determines tourism revisit intention, while tourist experience and novelty seeking have no real role in increasing revisit intention. Another fact also finds that tourist motivation and tourist experience are the determining factors for novelty seeking. Whereas in another case novelty seeking as an intervening variable in this study was not proven to play a role in strengthening the influence of tourist motivation and tourist experience on revisit intention. In the future, these findings are expected to have implications for local governments in order to improve facilities or infrastructure and better deregulation of existing tourist destinations, so that all factors in this study can increase revisit intention

Abstract

Pelatihan manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi sosial yang ada di masyarakat. Di Kelurahan Koto Parak Padang, banyak organisasi sosial yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan masyarakat, namun sebagian besar menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan SDM yang efektif. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada pengelola dan anggota organisasi sosial di Kelurahan Koto Parak Padang tentang prinsip-prinsip dasar manajemen SDM dan cara-cara mengoptimalkan kinerja organisasi. Pelatihan ini mencakup topik-topik seperti perencanaan SDM, rekrutmen, pelatihan, pengembangan karir, serta evaluasi kinerja. Selain itu, peserta juga dilatih dalam mengelola konflik dan membangun komunikasi yang efektif di dalam organisasi social. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pendekatan partisipatif, di mana peserta aktif terlibat dalam diskusi kelompok dan berbagi pengalaman. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan wawancara untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pelatihan yang lebih spesifik dan untuk mengevaluasi perubahan setelah pelatihan. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas pengelola dan anggota organisasi sosial dalam mengelola SDM secara lebih profesional, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan efektivitas program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dijalankan. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perkembangan sosial dan ekonomi di Kelurahan Koto Parak Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Self-Efficacy and Work Motivation on Employee Performance through Interpersonal Communication as an intervening variable at PDAM Padang City. The data analysis method uses a questionnaire, with a sample of 73 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is outer Model analysis, Avarage Variance Extracted (AVE), Reliability Assessment, and Inner Model Testing (Structural Model) using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Interpersonal Comunnication. There is a positive and significant effect between Work Motivation on Interpersonal Communication. There is no positive and significant effect between Self-Efficacy On Employee Performance. There is no positive and significant effect between Work Motivation on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant effect between Interpersonal Communication On Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant effect between Self-efficacy on Employee Performance through Interpersonal Communication as an intervening variable at PDAM Padang City. There is a positive and significant effect between Work Motivation on Employee Performance through Interpersonal Communication as an intervening variable at PDAM Padang City.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of employee well-being and interpersonal relationships on work productivity with job satisfaction as an intervening variable using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 73 employees, namely at PTP Inti 4 Kinali Pasaman Barat. The results of this research show that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between employee well-being and job satisfaction. (2) there is a positive and significant influence between interpersonal relationships on job satisfaction (3) there is a positive and significant influence between employee well-being on work productivity. (4) there is a positive and insignificant influence between interpersonal relationships and work productivity. (5) there is a positive and insignificant influence between job satisfaction and work productivity. (6) there is a positive and insignificant influence between employee welfare on work productivity through job satisfaction. There is a positive and insignificant influence between interpersonal relationships and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how much influence Transformational Leadership Style and Workload have on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at Bank Nagari Main Branch. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire filled in by 67 employees as respondents. The analytical method used is Structural Equalition Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of data analysis conclude (1) Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. (2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. (3) Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. (4) Workload has a positive effect on employee performance. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (6) Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. (7) Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui dan berusaha menganalisis Pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja Dan Pengembangan Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analisis  Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Dengan Mengedarkan kuesioner sebanyak 83 responden. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Fasilitas Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Pengembangan Karyawan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara Fasilitas Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan antara Pengembangan Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepuasan Kerja memediasi Fasilitas Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepuasan Kerja memediasi Pengembangan Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
