Abstract

Public services are a basic right for citizens that must be fulfilled by the state and government administrators. One of the public services in the housing sector is the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for uninhabitable houses (RTLH) that are rehabilitated or relocated. SPM is also carried out for the construction of RTLH due to disasters. In order to support the development of livable housing (RLH), it is necessary to calculate the SPM achievements and evaluate the SPM for RLH activities in realizing social justice for the community. The aim of the research is to determine the achievements of the SPM for RLH Rehabilitation activities and evaluate the SPM for RLH activities. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method by analyzing the data collection objectively using a scoring instrument and producing an evaluation criterion on a scale: (Good, Fair or Poor). Research locations in Pagenjahan Village, Kronjo District and Ketapang Village, Mauk District. The research results show: 1. Achievements of SPM for RLH Provision and Rehabilitation Activities in Tangerang Regency, a. post-disaster results achieved 100% category (Good), b. Relocation results achieved 100% category (Good); 2. Evaluation of SPM Provision and RLH Activities in Tangerang Regency, a. post-disaster results achieved 37.02% category (Poor), b. Relocation results achieved 56.99% category (Fair). The results of the SPM achievements in the RLH Provision and Rehabilitation activities by calculating the achievements obtained a percentage of 100% in the Post-Disaster and Relocation activities, in the Good category. The results of the SPM evaluation of RLH Provision and Rehabilitation Activities using scoring calculations showed different results, and tended to be less good, this happened due to a lack of monitoring of the documents created.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah di Kota Bekasi meningkat seiring pertumbuhan penduduk dan aktivitas perkotaan. Program Bank Sampah menjadi solusi strategis dalam mendukung pengurangan sampah dari sumbernya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan tahap awal pembentukan dan penguatan Bank Sampah Maju RW 01 Jaticempaka, Kota Bekasi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, edukasi, serta penyusunan mekanisme pengelolaan bank sampah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan meningkatnya pemahaman masyarakat terkait pemilahan sampah, mekanisme menabung sampah, serta kesiapan sarana dan prasarana bank sampah. Kegiatan ini menjadi dasar bagi keberlanjutan program pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat di wilayah RW 01 Jaticempaka.

Abstract

Sebagai organisasi kemasyarakatan, Rukun Warga (RW) memiliki peran penting dalam menghubungkan kegiatan warga dengan Pemerintah Kelurahan. Pemilihan Ketua RW 011 Kelurahan Jatijajar dilakukan karena masa jabatan berakhir bulan Desember 2022. Panitia dibentuk secara musyawarah pengurus RT dan RW kemudian dimintakan Keputusan Lurah sebagai pengesahan. Selanjutnya Panitia melaksakan prosedur pemilihan sesuai Peraturan Wali Kota No 13 Tahun 2021 yang mengatur tata cara pemilihan lembaga kemasyarakatan dan menetapkan masa jabatan satu periode selama 5 tahun.. Dalam peraturan tersebut salah satu syarat untuk dicalon Ketua RW adalah tidak aktif atau memiliki afiliasi keanggotaan suatu partai politik tertentu. Setelah dilakukan tahap-tahap yang disepakati berdasarkan rapat-rapat panitia dan mengacu pada landasan hukum yang berlaku maka diputuskan pengukuhan kembali Ketua RW petahana untuk menjabat pada periode 2022-2027. Partisipasi warga cukup baik dan antusias dalam mendukung pelaksanaan pemilihan. Tidak adanya calon baru untuk dipilih menjadi Ketua RW disebabkan beberapa tokoh masyarakat dan warga yang potensial untuk dicalonkan sudah menjadi anggota partai politik.

Abstract

Kampung kota merupakan bentuk permukiman urban dengan kepadatan tinggi, keterbatasan lahan, serta tantangan infrastruktur dan kualitas hunian. Seiring perkembangan teknologi, konsep smart home berpotensi menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat kampung kota secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji integrasi smart home pada skala rumah tinggal kampung kota melalui pendekatan kolaboratif antara disiplin arsitektur dan teknik sipil. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dengan studi literatur, analisis tipologi rumah kampung kota, serta perancangan konseptual desain dan sistem bangunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi smart home yang adaptif, sederhana, dan terjangkau dapat diterapkan pada kampung kota melalui optimalisasi desain ruang, sistem struktur modular, utilitas pintar, serta pengelolaan energi dan air berbasis teknologi. Kolaborasi arsitektur dan teknik sipil menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan hunian kampung kota yang aman, nyaman, efisien, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Modern residential housing planning faces substantial complexity, spanning regulatory compliance, diverse user preferences, and demands for resource efficiency and sustainability. These challenges are often magnified by insufficient coordination, resulting in inefficiencies and potential errors. Through a purposive literature review, this study addresses a critical gap in the literature regarding conceptual frameworks that integrate architecture and information systems, particularly during the residential planning phase. Information System (IS) integration has become essential, enabling holistic building data management, analysis, and design optimization. Although technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Decision Support Systems (DSS) are widely recognized for their potential, existing studies emphasize specific technologies or practical implementations, leaving a need for a more abstract and foundational integrative model. This study develops an innovative conceptual framework model depicting the essential synergy between architectural design principles and information systems capabilities to optimize the planning process. The proposed model positions information systems as the main enabler, supporting data management, analysis, and visualization through an Integrated System that combines BIM, DSS, and the Internet of Things (IoT), producing data-driven, collaborative, and optimized planning outputs. This framework provides a theoretical foundation for future interdisciplinary research in technology-driven residential planning.

Abstract

Abstract Practical work is one of the requirements for taking the final project (thesis) in the Architectural Engineering Study Program. Practical Work Performed by students majoring in Architecture for approximately four (4) months to carry out activities on certain construction projects that are related to the field of architecture such as planning, implementation and supervision of institutions outside the campus in this case the Contractor or Planning Consultant. This research is to find out whether students in carrying out the Final Project also apply the experience gained while carrying out practical work. Based on the above background, we are very interested in proposing and trying to do research with the title "The Role of Practical Work Subjects in Engineering Student Program Final Project". This research was conducted in several stages, namely the survey stage, the data processing stage, and the conclusion drawing stage. In the survey stage, primary data collection is carried out by making a comparison between the Job Training Report and the Final Task Report. Comparisons were made at several universities which according to the plan would be chosen as sampling locations, namely: Bung Karno University, Pancasila University, Indonesian Christian University and "YAI" University. The second stage, data processing is done using the method of raising the sample, the method of analysis, and testing the hypothesis. The last stage was drawing conclusions about the Role of Practical Work Subjects in the Final Project of the Architectural Engineering Study Program.
