Abstract

AbstractBatik workers is a person whose their job are doing batik process traditionally in batik company. Unfortunately, when visiting the batik production room, encountered unconformity between the uniform clothing batik workers with batik process. For this purpose, community service activities are conducted with the aim of providing uniform fashion training through fashion process as well as a uniform clothing modeling proposal to batik workers who are in Batik Plentong, Jalan Tirtodipuran 48, Yogyakarta. The method of conducting the activity is conducted by conducting a survey of the distribution of themes and tasks that have problems in Batik Plentong. After that done the analysis and study based on the theme, then go into the stages of uniform training on uniform through the fashion process while making engineering modeling based on each theme. The result of this community service activity is the absorption of knowledge about uniform clothing in the form of a proposal of uniform clothing modeling that is in harmony with the production space of Batik Plentong this. Materially, the fabric used as a modeling proposal uniform batik worker clothes is lurik fabric. The conclusion of this activity is a transformation of new changes in the form of uniform batik fashion modeling that can be used in batik process in Batik Plentong, where in accordance with the interior of the production room itself. Keywords: plentong batik, design, uniform cloth AbstrakTenaga pembatikan merupakan orang yang pekerjaannya melakukan proses batik secara tradisi-onal di perusahaan batik. Sayangnya, ketika mengunjungi ruang produksi batik, ditemui ketidak-selarasan antara busana seragam tenaga pembatikan dengan proses pembatik tersebut. Untuk itu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan tujuan memberikan pembekalan busana se-ragam yang sesuai melalui proses fashion dan juga sebuah usulan pemodelan busana seragam kepada tenaga pembatikan yang berada di Batik Plentong, Jalan Tirtodipuran 48, Yogyakarta. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah dilakukan survei dengan melakukan pembagian tema dan tugas yang terdapat permasalahan di Batik Plentong. Setelah itu dilakukan analisa dan kajian berdasarkan tema, lalu masuk ke tahapan pembekalan mengenai busana seragam melalui proses fashion sembari melakukan pembuatan rekayasa model berdasarkan masing-masing tema. Yang terakhir adalah melakukan laporan akhir dan hasil untuk perusahaan Batik Plentong. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penyerapan pengetahuan mengenai busana seragam berupa sebuah usulan pemodelan busana seragam yang selaras dengan ruang produksi dari Batik Plentong ini. Secara material kain yang digunakan sebagai usulan pemodelan busana seragam pembatik adalah kain lurik. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adanya sebuah transformasi perubahan baru berupa pemodelan busana seragam tenaga pembatikan yang dapat digunakan dalam melaku-kan proses pembatikan di Batik Plentong, dimana sesuai dengan interior dari ruang produksi itu sendiri. Kata kunci: batik plentong, pemodelan, busana seragam, tenaga pembatikan

Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by Taman Belajar Kita, a course that became a solution for parents to distance education during the pandemic era. However, it turns out that Taman Belajar Kita does not wear a mask during teaching and learning activities. For this reason, community service activities were carried out with the aim that Taman Belajar Kita students could wear masks through animal-shaped flannel cloth counseling for Taman Belajar Kita, as a form of learning for them. The scope of community service for this community partnership program is carried out in Taman Belajar Kita, West Jakarta involving PAUD and Kindergarten age students. The implementation method is carried out by identifying stakeholders, collecting and analyzing needs, determining problem solutions, preparation, and implementation (which is also accompanied by assistance) for community service activities at Taman Belajar Kita. The results of community service activities can be seen from the enthusiasm of the students and teachers of Taman Belajar Kita wearing medical masks that are given through a creativity package containing medical masks, explanations for use, and animal-shaped flannel. In conclusion, this community service activity at Taman Belajar Kita can be carried out well through a learning and playing approach while providing a creativity package and also socializing the implementation of the correct process so that the objectives of this activity are well conveyed. Keywords : flannel fabric, medical masks, counseling

Abstract

Taman Belajar  Kita Is a place of learning non formal founded as an alternative training ground for children in the neighborhood during the pandemic now.Established to facilitate in parents who had difficulty in watching his sons did, learning at home , In addition Taman Belajar Kita also provided a basis for children drop out free school .And the facilities provided by the owner of the learning we do own limited both in place and facility .Taman Belajar Kita  have two classroom with small size used as a place of learning for children with learning activities there. So we are limited in view of the people university one devotion to feel moved to help when we learned in the garden .The lack of a place to store the works of the result of the students is taking us in the designer educator who feel the need to intervene to help . the unconditional class make us to trying to provide facilities needed to help the learning process in the us to learn better in the future , so the students become more spirit and motivated in learning and create something creative. Keywords : learning facilities, corner room, interior design

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini atau yang dikenal dengan singkatan PAUD merupakan upaya pembinaan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pembinaan kepada anak usia sejak lahir hingga usia 6 tahun. Salah satu jenis kurikulum yang digunakan pada program PAUD diantaranya adalah program pengembangan fisik-motorik dan seni, yang mencakup perwujudan suasana untuk berkembang dan bereksplorasi, ekspresi, dan apresiasi dalam konteks bermain. Oleh karena itu program pengembangan ini diberikan melalui rangsangan Pendidikan yang dilakukan pendidik dalam kegiatan belajar melalui suasana bermain, terlebih untuk kondisi pandemic pada saat ini maka pelatihan keterampilan kerajinan berbahan dasar kain flannel akan diterapkan pada siswa siswi PAUD. Ditengah masa pandemic dan masih diberlakukannya PSBB oleh pemerintah, maka PAUD Anggrek Rosalina 011 menerapkan system SFH (School From Home) dengan cara memberikan pekerjaan rumah berupa buku pembelajaran yang bisa dikerjakan dengan dampingan orang tua.. Hal ini menyebabkan proses pencapaian pembelajaran menjadi terhambat sehingga proses kreativitas yang didapat oleh para siswa menjadi terbatas. Untuk menanggapi permasalahan tersebut maka tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat memberikan sebuah solusi berupa modul pelatihan keterampilan kerajinan tangan yang sudah dikemas menjadi sebuah paket keterampilan dan disertakan dengan tutorial cara pembuatanya untuk dikerjakan di rumah masing-masing Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan mulai dari survey lokasi tempat PAUD dan juga wawancara langsung kepala sekolah PAUD Anggrek Rosalina guna mengetahui kesulitan apa yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran jarak jauh ini. Setelah itu kemudian tahapan pelaksanaan berupa persiapan paket modul yang sudah disesuikan dengan tema dari kurikulum yang disediakan. Hingga menghasilkan sebuah modul berupa paket pelatihan pemanfaatan kain flannel menjadi sebuah bingkai foto dengan tema pengenalan binatang. Output yang dihasilkan berupa sebuah bingkai foto yang bisa dihias sesuai dengan kreativitas mereka agar mendapatkan proses kreatif  hingga memiliki nilai estetika dan seni. Kata kunci : pendidikan anak usia dini, kreativitas anak, sekolah jarak jauh

Abstract

With the conditions in the midst of the Covid-19 virus pandemic, it has hampered many teaching institutes that are in the process of teaching and learning. This was experienced by PAUD Anggrek Rosalina 011 in the Tangerang area. Even though they have to carry out learning in accordance with the 2019 PAUD curriculum. Learning is carried out through direct and indirect learning in an integrated and not separate manner through an integrated thematic learning approach designed in the Weekly Learning Implementation Plan and Daily Learning Implementation Plan. To help the solution so that learning continues, the community service design team at Esa Unggul University, consisting of lecturers and students, finally conducted community service activities based on RRPM and RPPM used by PAUD Anggrek Rosalina 011. The activity was in the form of handicraft skills training using paper media "West Java regional clothing introduction" aims to improve the creative process and stimulate knowledge stimulation about West Java regional clothing to PAUDA Anggrek Rosalina 011 students, through material exploration methods conducted by training children to sense senses the materials and equipment used during the training process.  Keywords: training, skills, crafts, paper media, West Java clothing

Abstract

AbstractThe introduction of color has become part of the standard competency in visual arts students conducted by SDS (Private Elementary School) Dasana Indah as a process of student creativity. Unfortunately SDS Dasana Indah has limited color recognition in paper media. In order to further hone the creativity of these students, a color application training was conducted to stimulate students' visual stimulation of colors and shapes using the stamp technique on calico bags utilizing rubber waste originating from the molding or printing process carried out by students of the Faculty of Design and Creative Industry. Community service activities aim to introduce the technique of stamp on calico cloth by utilizing the waste rubber material processing left behind by FDIK students to Dasana Indah Elementary School students. With the scope of community service activities is Dasana Indah Elementary School students by carrying out the implementation method in the form of a material exploration approach to stimulate visual stimulus through colors and shapes derived from acrylic paint and rubber rubbish (cut silicon). This activity also fosters a sense of concern for students to utilize unused waste in producing creative products through the application of color so that it not only has creative value but selling value. Keywords: color application training, creative products, rubber waste utilization. AbstrakPengenalan warna telah menjadi bagian standar kompetensi mata pelajar seni rupa yang dilakukan oleh SDS (Sekolah Dasar Swasta) Dasana Indah sebagai proses kreativitas siswa. Sayangnya SDS Dasana Indah melakukan pengenalan warna terbatas pada media kertas. Agar lebih mengasah kreativitas siswa ini, maka dilakukan pelatihan pengaplikasian warna untuk merangsang stimulis visual siswa terhadap warna dan bentuk menggunakan teknik cap pada tas blacu memanfaatkan sampah karet yang berasal dari proses molding atau pencetakan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Fakultas Desain dan Industri Kreatif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan mengenalkan teknik cap pada kain blacu dengan memanfaatkan sampah karet sisa pengolahan material yang dilakukan mahasiswa FDIK kepada siswa SDS Dasana Indah. Dengan ruang lingkup kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah siswa SDS Dasana Indah dengan melakukan metode pelaksanaan berupa metode pendekatan eksplorasi material untung merangsang stimulus visualnya melalui warna dan bentuk yang berasal dari cat aklirik dan sampah karet (silikon yang terpotong). Kegiatan ini pulah menumbuhkan rasa kepedulian terhadap siswa untuk memanfaatkan sampah yang tidak terpakai dalam menghasilkan produk kreatif melalui pengaplikasian warna sehingga tak hanya memiliki nilai kreatif tapi nilai jual. Kata kunci: pelatihan aplikasi warna, produk kreatif, pemanfaatan sampah karet.

Abstract

Currently costume products can be enjoyed not only for film, drama or theater productions but for people as a form of appreciation to the fictional and non-fictional characters in two dimensions. Cosplay (abbreviation of a word: costume and play) in Indonesia has developed into a industry within a period of 15 year due customer needs. Even as cosplayer (people who cosplay) who has long been active in cosplaying, develop tecniques and the use of the material in process of designing cosplay costumes until introduce profession cosmaker (an abbreviation of costume maker). They have needed experience to cultivate material and technique that support skill of cosplayer and cosplayer craft’s to design costume for custom or mass, like 3D printing. This technique have been used to simplify the design process costume because efficiently and with more having the accuracy of finite dimensionnal produce of the successive visual better. For this reason, this research is needed with the aim that 3D printing can be a part of and enrich the design of costume products so that it can take part of basic in learning basic education design. This purpose will achieve through the qualitative study in a series of stage of the methodology grounded theory to declare that 3D printing can be a part in learning basic education design to answer the challenges the industrial revolution 4.0 through phenomenology approach to phenomena cosplay in Indonesia for 15 year who experienced by writer directly design cosplay costume.Key words: 3D printing, Indonesia cosplay industry, method of design, learning, costume product

Abstract

The Children's Library Room is a public facility built for children of Untung Jawa residents who manages a literature repository that supports education. The collection of arguments was carried out to find the reasons for an interior design work on the island of Untung Jawa carried out. From direct observation it was decided to study the layout of the furniture in the room. Problems design that is not good causes the maximum service to the community. The target audience of this research is for unproductive communities such as junior high, elementary and early childhood education as well as groups of children and young people who are in location. Interior Design Methodologies are offered at the request of users who are the object of research. Research conducted to provide discussion of the layout in the library space and help create peace and comfort in community life through improving service facilities and can improve skills to improve thinking and increase knowledge about the purpose of partnerships can improve.

Abstract

Sejarah desain industri merupakan mata kuliah yang diambil mahasiswa desain produk Fakultas Desain dan Industri Kreatif Universitas Esa Unggul, atau pun mahasiswa desain sejenis untuk mempelajari perkembangan produk per era (dengan kecirian fungsional dan estetika serta keterlibatan para tokoh dibaliknya) sebagai pengetahuan dasar dalam merancang produk. Sayangnya perkuliahan ini sering dilupakan mahasiswa saat menempuh semester selanjutnya. Hal ini berakibat bagi mereka ketika masuk dunia kerja baik sebagai alumni atau peserta magang yang kurang memahami proses kreatif dalam perancangan desain di dunia industri produk. Oleh karena itulah, penelitian ini diangkat agar dapat menemukan relevansi mata kuliah ini terhadap proses kreatif dunia industri produk, dan para peserta didik prodi Desain Produk ini maupun alumninya menjadi objek penelitian kali ini. Metode fenomenologi ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan objek penelitian sebagai partisipatori atau participatory action reseach (PAR). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan masukan berupa analisa relevansi mata kuliah sejarah desain industri terhadap proses kreatif dunia industri produk bagi pihak-pihak terkait.
