Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis terhadap bagaimana pengaruh Kepemimpinan (X1), Kompensasi (X2), terhadap Loyalitas (Z), serta dampaknya bagi Kinerja (Y) pegawai pada Dishub Kota Binjai. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh Aparatur Sipil Dinas Perhubungan Kota Binjai yang berjumlah 104 orang, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 104 peawai yang didapat menggunakan teknik sensus. Pada penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan menggunakan quesioner, wawancara serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil jawaban kuesioner dihitung dengan satuan pengukuran skala Likerts, yang diolah menggunakan metode analisis jalur (path analisys). Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian, terbukti bahwa secara langsung kepemimpinan dan kompensasi memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas, serta loyalitas berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Selain itu, kepemimpinan dan loyalitas juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, serta berdasarkan perhitungan uji sobel pada penelitian ini variabel loyalitas berfungsi sebagai variabel mediator.

Abstract

Improved employee performance has become very important considering the increasingl currents of globalization where competition is getting stronger as knowledge and technology advances. This change brought implications for the professionalism of the employees in answering the demands of competition in the face of the globalization flow. Thus employee performance increase is absolutely necessary as well as the the ability of the organization to control the employee’s stress level,discipline and the promotion of position in the organization as well in order to fulfill the achievement of performance objectives optimally so that the company can survive and win the competition. This research aims to know and analyse the influence of work stress and discipline on the performance of employees at Capella Multidana Company Medan. With the Simple Random Sampling technique and using the Slovin formula with 5% percentage of looseness (e), then obtained samples in this study a number of 104 employees who are the status of permanent officers. Data is collected through questionnaire, interviews and documentation studies. The poll is calculated by the measurement unit of Likert scale, and processed using SPSS (statistical product and service solution) program. The results showed that simultaneously, work stress and discipline were positively and significantly impacted the employee  performance. Partially, discipline were positively and significantly impacted the employee  performance but work stress were negatively impacted  the employee performance of Capella Multidana Company Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Effect of Work Conflicts on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) Binjai City. The data analysis techniques used are regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, and coefficient of determination while tha data processed using SPSS (Statistical package for the Social Sciens) in version 16.0 for windows. The results of the study obtained showed that Work conflict has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the proven t value with a probability of sig 0.000, smaller than ? = 0.05. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination measured using R square is 0.221 (22.1%).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of stocks return before and after the activity of a stock split. The data used in this study are secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Using purposive sampling method with certain criteria obtained a sample of 75 companies, this study uses event studies with observation periods 7 days before and 7 days after stock split to determine the information content contained in an event. Hypothesis conducted in this study uses the normality test and the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate that there are no differences in stocks return between before and after the activity of a stock split.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi serta melakukan analisis terhadap hubungan gaya kepemimpinan, tingkat disiplin, dan kinerja. Sampel diperoleh sebanyak 93 orang pegawai, Teknik yang dipakai dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode pemilihan acak sederhana yang dihitung melauli penerapan rumus Slovin dengan level kepercayaan sebesar 5%. Temuan dari penelitian ini didapati bahwa variabel kepemimpinan memiliki dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja secara parsial, juga disiplin memiliki dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja secara parsial. Hasil uji serempak diperoleh juga menunjukkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan dan disiplin memiliki dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai di DinasTenaga Kerja Provinsi Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the positive and significant influence of leadership, supervision and punishment on employee work discipline at PT Sultan Aren Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses the method quantitative with data analysis techniques used, namely classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, as well as hypotheses. The sample in this study was 57 respondents, using techniques saturated sampling. The research results partially show leadership (X1) has a positive and significant influence on the work discipline (Y) of employees at PT Sultan Aren Indonesia. Supervision (X2) has a positive and significant influence on work discipline (Y) of employees at PT Sultan Aren Indonesia and punishment (X3) has a positive and significant influence on the work discipline (Y) of employees at PT Sultan Aren Indonesia. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing show that leadership (X1), supervision (X2), and punishment (X3) has a positive and significant influence on the work discipline (Y) of employees at PT Sultan Aren Indonesia, with an influence of 74.8%.

Abstract

PT. Ukindo Blankahan Mill, a company engaged in the palm oil industry and plantations, has faced a significant decline in performance and productivity, with production achievements falling short of company targets from 2021 to 2023. This decline in performance is influenced by various factors, including leadership style and employee compensation.This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT. Ukindo Blankahan Mill. The research seeks to understand the extent to which these two factors contribute to improving employee performance and productivity.This study employs a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through surveys, observations, and documentation from 119 employees of PT. Ukindo Blankahan Mill, with a sample of 54 employees selected using stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire measuring leadership style, compensation, and employee performance. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity) and multiple linear regression analysis.The study found that the leadership style variable was mostly valid with three significant indicators. However, the compensation variable did not show adequate validity for all tested items. Reliability tests indicated that the leadership style variable had acceptable internal consistency, while the compensation and employee performance variables showed low reliability. These findings underscore the importance of effective leadership style and compensation in enhancing employee performance, and highlight the need for improvements in the company’s compensation system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and improve our understanding of the impact of employability analysis and supervision on productivity. In this study, a quantitative methodology was used, and the sample size consisted of 85 people. Questionnaire dissemination is a method used to obtain data. The collected data was analyzed using statistical methods, especially using multiple regression analysis conducted with SPSS software. The results of the data analysis show that workability has a positive and significant influence on employee productivity. Employee performance is positively and significantly affected by supervision in a partial capacity. Because the value is greater than the value of the F table of 2.71, the F value of 69.916 is considered statistically significant at a significance level of 0.000. This level of significance is lower than the 0.05 criterion that is generally accepted in the scientific community. The ability to carry out work and supervise has a positive and significant influence on employee productivity in the workplace at the same time

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) on employee performance mediated by motivation at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Galang Unit. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires that were shared directly with respondents. Data analysis was carried out through the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM PLS) method. The results showed that OCB has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and motivation acts as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between OCB and performance. These findings indicate that increasing OCB can effectively improve employee performance if supported by high motivation. This research provides insight for company management to focus on developing OCB and motivation to improve employee performance

Abstract

Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan dituntut untuk memiliki kinerja secara optimal guna memenuhi pencapaian tujuan institusi dalam memberikan pelayanan publik, yaitu kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Budaya Organisasi (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja (Y) aparatur sipil pada Aparatur Sipil pada Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam pengolahan data maupun informasi yang diperoleh. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh Aparatur Sipil Aparatur Sipil pada Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang didapat dengan menggunakan teknik sensus. Pada penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan menggunakan quesioner, wawancara serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil jawaban kuesioner dihitung dengan satuan pengukuran skala Likerts, yang diolah menggunakan metode analisis regresi dengan menggunakan program statistical product and service solution. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secsara parsial kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.
