The curriculum is a guide for all students and students in carrying out the learning process in schools and tertiary institutions. The discussion in this article discusses the curriculum at the tertiary level. The sub-discussion that will be studied is about the Rwncana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS). A tertiary institution certainly has guidelines in curriculum development. This curriculum will be reduced to a standard that influences the teaching and learning process. The problem that occurs is that it is often found that learning plans do not always go according to the guidelines they have. This causes the teaching and learning process to be not in line with the goals to be achieved at the end of the lesson. In this article, we will review how to conceptualize a learning plan with the currently popular model, namely mobile learning or abbreviated as m-learning. In m-learning there is a pattern that is considered in accordance with the 5.0 era of society approach, namely running independently. This solution was provided based on the survey method given to a number of respondents who considered that learning would be more effective if there was an independent curriculum that was easily developed and adapted to current learning conditions.

Posisi georafis Desa Lembupurwo berada di pesisir pantai Desa Lembupurwo memiliki potensi ekowisata yang cukup menjajikan, desa Lembupurwo memiliki pariwisata berupa Pantai Laguna Lembupurwo selain itu Desa Lembupurwo memiliki potensi yang baik dari segi Perikanan dan Pertaniannya. Akan tetapi, terkait informasi potensi tersebut belum termuat seutuhnya pada website desa Lembupurwo dikarenakan pengumpulan informasi masih terkendala, sehingga informasi berkaitan dengan kegiatan pertanian dan wisata masih sangat terbatas pada Website desa Lembupurwo. Dari permasalahaan yang ada, kelemahan dan tantangan tersebut salah satunya adalah kapasitas sumberdaya manusia. Salah satu langkah solutif yang dapat dilakukan, yakni dengan pembentukan Kelompok Infomasi Masyarakat (KIM). Tujuan pengabdian ini secara umum adalah membentuk Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat guna meningkatkan pembangunan desa dan peningkatan pengelolaan website informasi desa sebagai media informasi digital desa Lembupurwo, dengan tujuan utama kegiatan adalah peningkatan kapasitas sumberdaya manusia dalam rangka mendukung pengoptimalan website informasi desa juga sumberdaya manusia dalam pembuatan informasi berita desa Lembupurwo. Untuk kegiatan pengabdian pendekatan pendampingan yang akan dilakukan melalui tahapan Inception, Elaboration, Construction, dan Transition. Berdasarkan dari hasil dan pembahasan ketersedian Informasi desa dan potensi desa dapat diakses melalui web sehingga tidak hanya masyarakat lokal saja yang mengakses namun hingga masyarakat nasional.Kata kunci: Informasi Desa, KIM, Media Digital

Abstract: Today, many users use online platforms rather than offline platforms for ticket bookings, involving a wide range of services such as flights, hotels, trains, buses, and entertainment. PegiPegi.com, as one of the fastest growing online travel agencies in Indonesia, demonstrates success by understanding the value of technology and maintaining strong partnerships. Users of this platform often provide reviews, viewing user reviews can be done manually but this will have a less effective impact, so it needs to be done automatically with sentiment analysis. This research the Naïve Bayes method in sentiment analysis of PegiPegi.com reviews, with a focus on understanding customer satisfaction and service improvement. By combining these approaches, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of user responses to OTA services and presents the evaluation results of the Multinomial Naive Bayes classification model with an accuracy rate of 89.5%. The high precision in the Negative class demonstrates the model's ability to identify negative reviews. However, there are challenges in classifying the Neutral class, indicating the potential for further improvement. Nevertheless, the F1 score of 0.522 reflects a good balance between overall precision, recall so it can be concluded the naïve bayes algorithm is successful for performing sentiment analysis. Keywords: Sentiment analysis; naïve bayes algorithm; pegipegi.com; playstore Abstract: Saat ini banyak pengguna platform online dibandingkan offline untuk pemesanan tiket, yang melibatkan berbagai layanan seperti penerbangan, hotel, kereta api, bus, dan hiburan. PegiPegi.com, sebagai salah satu agen perjalanan online yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia, menunjukkan keberhasilan dengan memahami nilai teknologi dan mempertahankan kemitraan yang kuat. Pengguna platform ini sering memberikan ulasan, melihat ulasan pengguna bisa saja dilakukan secara manual tetapi hal ini akan memberikan dampak yang kurang efektif, sehingga perlu dilakukan secara otomatis dengan analisis sentiment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode klasifikasi Naïve Bayes dalam analisis sentimen ulasan PegiPegi.com, dengan fokus pada pemahaman kepuasan pelanggan dan peningkatan layanan. Dengan menggabungkan pendekatan ini, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang tanggapan pengguna terhadap layanan OTA dan menyajikan hasil evaluasi model klasifikasi Multinomial Naive Bayes dengan tingkat akurasi 89,5%. Presisi tinggi di kelas Negatif menunjukkan kemampuan model untuk mengidentifikasi ulasan negatif. Namun, ada tantangan dalam mengklasifikasikan kelas Netral, menunjukkan potensi untuk perbaikan lebih lanjut. Namun demikian, skor F1 0,522 mencerminkan keseimbangan yang baik antara presisi keseluruhan dan daya ingat sehingga dapat disimpulkan algoritma naïve bayes berhasil untuk melakukan analisis sentimen. Saat ini perkembangan teknologi informasi khususnya internet telah merambah ke berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia, termasuk dunia pendidikan tinggi. Lulusan/alumni merupakan bagian penting dari perkembangan universitas. Salah satunya adalah tugas para lulusan untuk memberikan informasi kepada perguruan tinggi serta mahasiswa yang belum menjadi alumni maupun alumni lainnya dalam ruang diskusi tetapi dengan ketidaksediaannya twadah komnikator untuk anter alumni berkomunikasi menjadi sulit untuk bertukar informasi seperti, lowongan keperkaan. Dengan permasalahan tersebut tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat website forum alumni dari mahasiswa Informatika Universitas Amikom Purwokerto yang akan menjadi wadah bagi perguruan tinggi dan alumni untuk berbagi informasi dan berkomunikasi yang lebih baik. Sistem informasi alumni dirancang menggunakan sistem berbasis web dengan metode Waterfall. Pada proses perancangan pembuatan forum alumni akan menggunakan ini bahasa pemograman PHP dengan Framework Codeigniter dan database dengan MySQL. Pemanfaatan Forum Alumni Universitas Amikom Purwokerto sangat membantu universitas dan para alumni dimana mereka dapat saling berbagi informasi dan menjalin komunikasi.

The problem of lack of understanding and appreciation for Indonesia's cultural diversity among children is increasingly emerging. This is due to the lack of effective and fun learning media, as well as the dominance of games that only contain entertainment without educational value. This research aims to develop a learning application that is specifically designed to introduce various Indonesia cultures to children. The method used to solve this problem is Design Thinking, which includes five stages: empathy, definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing. Through this stage, the design of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) that suits the needs of the user has been successfully created, with interesting and informative content regarding Indonesia's cultural diversity. The results of the application of this method were evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS), which tested the feasibility and effectiveness of the design. The app gets an average SUS score of 81, which indicates the B/Excellent category. Thus, this study successfully solved the problems identified and the methods used were successful so that it can be concluded that providing appropriate and interesting educational tools can increase cultural awareness among children.

AMIKOM University in Purwokerto, through its 6 study centers, requires and trains each student to write scientific papers, such as scientific reports, articles, theses, and scientific journals. The survey results agreed upon by the partners highlight several issues in this program. These issues include students' lack of understanding regarding the core issues in research, insufficient preparedness in creating suitable materials, theories, and references before designing a research proposal, and ambiguity in formulating research problems. Students also lack understanding of the research methodology they will use and are not accustomed to writing and citing scientifically. Many students still do not understand research methodology and are less skilled in designing research proposals. The learning process in lectures often feels monotonous because they are dominated by speeches and Q&A sessions, and students are not actively involved enough in searching and digging for information or theories. Only a few students get the opportunity to participate in guided exercises in formulating problems, selecting theories relevant to the problem, and choosing research methodology. This becomes a challenge that must be addressed in this program. The solution to these problems is to conduct training and mentoring for students to improve the quality of student research. In implementing this service, we use the Direct Action Method. This method includes several steps, namely Diagnosing, Action Planning, Action Taking, Evaluating, and Learning. These steps refer to the diagnostic process, action planning, action implementation, evaluation, and learning. This service has been successful in increasing the capacity of student human resources and students' abilities in research, which will benefit students in the future.

Melung Village is one of the villages that has been designated as a Tourism Village in 2022. Melung Village, which is located on the slopes of Mount Slamet with an altitude of around 800-900 meters above sea level, has a variety of village potentials, some of which include Pagubugan Melung natural tourism, organic vegetable gardens, camping ground, cultural tourism (ruwatan, lengger, and banyumasan ebeg). The proposing team and partners have agreed to determine priority issues in the implementation of community service programs, namely optimizing information technology infrastructure in the process of tourism management and services and the need to strengthen Human Resources (HR) in the use of this technology. The focus of activities in implementing this service is the implementation team working with BUM partners Alam Lestari Melung Village in developing a tourism management system and optimizing human resources in the use of digital technology to support the process of service and management of Melung village tourism. From the problems that exist, the priority objective of this activity is to contribute to solving partner problems, especially in the problem of tourism ticket management in accordance with knowledge in the field of information technology and involving internal MBKM students at AMIKOM Purwkerto University, in this activity students assist in training and mentoring and assist in application development . Of the problems that there are weaknesses and challenges, one of them is the capacity of human resources. To solve this problem, training and assistance is carried out for human resources managing BUM Desa Alam Lestari Melung in the use of technology. Training and assistance in using applications and promotional tools will be provided to partners. The implementation method used in this service is the Direct Action Method, where the steps consist of Diagnosing, Action Planning, Action Taking, Evaluating and Learning. Based on the results and discussion of the availability of a tourism management system that can be accessed through a web application that supports the process of service and management of Melung village tourism.

In the contemporary era driven by technological developments, global transformations encompass every aspect of human life, where the digital revolution, the internet, social media, and artificial intelligence are the foundations of change in communication, industry, and human interaction with the environment. While these developments bring significant benefits, they also pose challenges for privacy, security, and access gaps. In this context, the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Purbalingga Regency responded by launching the SiBangga application to improve efficiency in providing information and services related to the main tasks of the BNN through a mobile platform. Although this application is a progressive step, competitor analysis shows significant potential for development in terms of user engagement, responsiveness, and functionality. This study aims to identify areas that need to be updated in SiBangga to more effectively meet user needs and overcome competitor weaknesses. Using the Design Sprint method as the basis for the redesign, this study will produce an updated user interface to provide a better experience, ensure active engagement, and meet quality standards in the competitive digital technology market. Thus, this study not only responds to market and technology dynamics but also makes a positive contribution to the development of the SiBangga application for a more innovative and competitive future.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Double Jobbing superstructure and political infrastructure in finding sympathizers in the general election. Double Jobbing, which doubles as a role in various power structures, has great potential to influence political dynamics, particularly in terms of mobilizing sympathizers and mobilizing support. Political superstructure refers to formal institutions, such as the executive, legislature, and political parties, while political infrastructure includes non-formal organizations, such as civil society groups and social networks. This study uses a library research method using a conceptual approach and a case approach, with these methods to explore how it influences both structurally and operationally and the long-term impact of democracy. The results of this study show that the existence of Double Jobbing can increase the effectiveness of sympathetic mobilization, but also has the potential to create conflicts of interest and the emergence of oligarchs. Thus, the influence of Double Jobbing in the political superstructure and infrastructure plays an important role in the process of finding sympathizers, but it is necessary to study the impact on democracy and electoral integrity.
