Abstract

This study aims to determine the stages of the application of the Law on Public Information Openness and the obstacles faced by the Library and Archives Office of East Luwu Regency. This research uses descriptive research using a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at the Department of Library and Archives of East Luwu Regency. Methods of data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed the stages of implementing the Public Information Openness Law at the East Luwu Regency Library and Archives Service, namely through three stages. The three stages are analyzing information based on Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning public information disclosure; information is analyzed again based on the rules of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI); and publish on the official website of the East Luwu Regency Library and Archives Service. As for the obstacles faced, namely the lack of competent human resources, and incomplete infrastructure.Key words: public information disclosure; dissemination of information; public libraryABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tahapan penerapan Undang-Undang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik serta kendala yang dihadapi Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tahapan penerapan Undang-Undang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Luwu Timur, yaitu melalui tiga tahap. Ketiga tahap tersebut adalah menganalisis informasi berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 14 tahun 2008 tentang keterbukaan informasi publik; informasi dianalisis kembali berdasarkan aturan Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI); dan mempublikasikan pada website resmi Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi, yaitu kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten, serta sarana prasarana yang kurang lengkap.

Abstract

Membaca merupakan awal dari sumber pengetahuan, dalam meningkatkan minat baca perlu dorongan dan wadah untuk menunjang peningkatan minat baca seseorang. Salah satunya ialah Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) yang tersebar diberbagai pelosok negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu peran Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) Pustaka Ballak Kana dalam meningkatkan minat baca. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan ketua Pustaka Ballak Kana. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian, dalam meningkatkan minat baca di Butta Turatea Pustaka Ballak Kana memiliki berbagai cara salah satunya ialah lapak buku keliling kampung. Cara ini sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan minat baca, karena setiap kali Pustaka Ballak Kana melakukan lapak buku, masyarakat sangat antusias dan bersemangat dalam membaca sebuah buku.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation and the obstacles in implementing the mosque library management guidelines based on the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number 543 of 2019 at the Al Markaz Al Islami Makassar mosque library. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques were carried out through three stages: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Decree Number 543 of 2019 regarding guidelines for managing mosque libraries in the Al Markaz Al Islami Makassar mosque library has mainly been implemented. It's just that there are still guidelines that cannot be implemented, namely the guidelines for library financing, collaboration and promotion. The obstacles to implementing the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number 543 of 2019 in the management of the Al Markaz Al Islami Makassar mosque library were the lack of human resources, library promotion has not been maximized, lack of budget support from the Foundation, and technological facilities are often disrupted

Abstract

Abstract This study exmines the role of librarians in developing information literacy in the library of the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The background in this research is based on the current situation where university libraries rarely teach informtion literacy to users. As for the main problem in this research is “the role of librarians in developing information literacy in the library of the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar”. From the subject matter above the researcher divided into 2 problems, namely: first how the role of librarians in developing information literacy in the library of the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. And the second is the development of the information literacy in the library of the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study and a systematic managerial approach, where data is collected by using observation, interviews and documentation as well as using data management and analysis techniques which are carried out through four stage, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and taking conclusions. The role of librarians in developing information literacy is quite good, seeing librarians have carried out their functions as educators in educating librarians in literacy and managing information needed by the librarians. As an adminisrator, providing good services, in this case the provision of digital services, journals and a convenient place for the running of information literacy programs. As a supervisor, supervises and provides guidance to user. Whereas in the development of information literacy, each skill has gone well looking at the contribution of librarians in educating and applying skills in information literacy, starting from identifying information needs, tracking management tools, publicizing and using technology. As an implication, it is expected that a new breakthrough in the development of informtion literacy is needed to make this information literacy as a basic course, librarians must also be more creative in educating librarians and librarian also need to improve their competence. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali peran petugas di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kabupaten Maros dalam memberikan hak kebutuhan informasi kepada anak binaan serta mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam upaya ini. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara terstruktur terhadap tiga informan yang merupakan petugas LPKA Maros. Selain itu, observasi lapangan juga dilakukan untuk memahami implementasi dari peran fasilitator akses informasi yang dimainkan oleh petugas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petugas LPKA Maros memainkan peran penting sebagai fasilitator akses informasi. Mereka menyediakan sumber belajar seperti perpustakaan, mengadakan kegiatan belajar bahasa, dan kegiatan aksara Al-Qur'an. Selain itu, mereka juga menjadi pendamping dalam proses pembelajaran, memberikan bimbingan, menjelaskan konsep-konsep, dan membantu anak binaan dalam memahami materi pendidikan.Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh petugas, termasuk sarana dan prasarana kurang memadai, terbatasnya keahlian petugas, dan kurangnya kesadaran anak binaan. Kendala-kendala ini mempengaruhi efektivitas dari peran petugas dalam memberikan hak kebutuhan informasi kepada anak binaan. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam konteks pengembangan pendidikan di LPKA dan lembaga serupa. Temuan penelitian ini dapat menjadi landasan untuk perbaikan praktik-praktik pendidikan yang ada dan penguatan peran petugas sebagai fasilitator akses informasi. Selain itu, pemahaman tentang kendala-kendala yang dihadapi juga dapat membantu dalam merancang strategi untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan tersebut sehingga hak kebutuhan informasi anak binaan dapat dipenuhi dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Background: Masyarakat di Desa Salukanan, Kecamatan Baraka, Kabupaten Enrekang, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sebagian besar adalah petani. Desa salukanan memiliki bibit beras pulu mandoti dengan kualitas tinggi yang hanya dapat tumbuh dengan baik di desa tersebut. Kegiatan PKM ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan solusi kepada mitra dalam mengatasi minimnya pendapatan karena keterbatasan pemasaran produk pulu mandoti. Metode: Metode pelaksanaan berupa adanya tahap pendampingan dan pelatihan penggunaan teknologi digital untuk memaksimalkan branding dan pemasaran produk kepada Mitra yaitu 15 anggota kelompok PKK Desa Salukanan.   Hasil: Melalui Pelatihan Pemasaran Digital, anggota kelompok PKK telah memahami bagaimana mengelola usaha dengan memasarkan produk secara digital. Kesimpulan: Dengan implementasi pendampingan berbasis digital marketing, kelompok PKK di Kabupaten Enrekang dapat mengoptimalkan potensi bisnis mereka selanjutnya, meningkatkan pendapatan, dan berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi lokal secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that occur when Engagements and Ring Exchanges occur and how they are resolved in Karampuang Village as well as understanding more deeply the relevance of these settlements to Islamic law and KHI that apply in Indonesia. This is so that we can encourage people to realize the importance of knowing these customs in order to avoid undesirable things, both among intellectuals and among lay people. So what is used is a qualitative method which includes observation, as well as direct observation in the field. Furthermore, the results of this research show that there are several factors in the occurrence of customs of engagement and exchanging rings, and the most dominant or frequently occurring in the field is the factor when rings are worn between both parties and the factor of wearing gold rings for men. The traditional practice of engagement and exchanging rings in Karampuang Village is the procession of wearing a ring on the left ring finger using a gold ring, which is marked as a link between the two parties and is a symbol of someone's marriage proposal, with the aim of following the ring ceremony process. Islamic legal provisions regarding the tradition of exchanging rings in Karampuang Village need to be adjusted to Islamic law. Because the exchange of rings is a bond and this tradition also uses gold which is prohibited for men to wear, the solution that approaches Islamic rules for exchanging rings for the bride and groom is when the families of both parties take over. In this implementation, the bride is fitted with a ring by a woman from the man's family, for example. After reviewing several hadiths, almost all of them point to prohibitions, so the best solution is not to use a gold ring, the groom can replace it with a ring made of iron, because there is no prohibition

Abstract

This research aims to examine the use of reading corners in increasing students' reading interest in elementary schools. This type of research is descriptive qualitative which aims to reveal the context of the use of reading corners in fostering students' interest in reading at SD Negeri 1 Baubau. The results of this research show that the availability of a reading corner at SD Negeri 1 Baubau based on the research results shows that it has been implemented well, although there are still shortcomings such as data collection on reading books that have been read by students has not been carried out and the design of the reading corner has not been implemented in classes III and IV. . The Teacher's Role in Implementing and Utilizing Reading Corners. Based on the theory used and field conditions, both from observations and interviews with the homeroom teacher, the teacher has carried out his main duties well, but is hampered by a community environment that has minimal awareness of reading.
