This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of performance expectancy on FinTech adoption in MSMEs in the fashion sector in Kolaka Regency. (2) the influence of effort expectancy on FinTech adoption among MSMEs in the fashion sector in Kolaka Regency. (3) the influence of Social Influences on the adoption of FinTech among MSMEs in the fashion sector in Kolaka Regency. (4) the influence of facilitating conditions on FinTech adoption among MSMEs in the fashion sector in Kolaka Regency. This research uses a quantitative method. Data collection in this research used observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The population of this research is made up of MSMEs in the fashion sector in Kolaka Regency. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 170. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis techniques used in this research are outer model testing and inner model testing with Smartpls 3.0. Based on the research results, it is known that: (1) there is a negative but not significant influence of the performance expectation variable on fintech adoption, as shown by a t-statistic value of 0.776 with a P-value of 0.438. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of the effort expectancy variable on fintech adoption, as shown by a t-statistic value of 8.422 with a P-value of 0.000. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of the effort expectancy variable on fintech adoption, as shown by a t-statistic value of 25,940 and a P-value of 0.000. (4) There is a negative and significant influence of the effort expectancy variable on fintech adoption, as shown by a t-statistic value of 2.810 and a P-value of 0.005.

. This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of celebrity endorsements on purchasing decisions (Study on TikTok Shop users in Kolaka Regency), (2) The influence of promotions on purchasing decisions (Study on TikTok Shop users in Kolaka Regency). This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this research used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this research is TikTok Shop users in Kolaka Regency. Meanwhile, the sample for this research consisted of 130 respondents with sample determination using purposive sampling technique. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the Celebrity Endorsement variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions as indicated by a T-Statistic value of 2.871 and a P-Values of 0.004. And the Promotion variable also has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, this is shown by a T-Statistic value of 7.763 and a P-Values of 0.000. This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Promotion on Customer Saving Interest at Bank Muamalat Kab. Kolaka (2) The Effect of Service Quality on Customer Saving Interest at Bank Muamalat Kab. Kolaka This research uses an approach with Quantitative methods, Data collection in this study using Observation, Literature Study and Questionnaire Distribution. The population of this research is customers and prospective customers who are in Kolaka Regency. While the sample of this study amounted to 98 people. Testing this research instrument using the Validity Test and Reliability Test with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0.Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Promotion variable on Saving Interest, which is indicated by a t-statistic value of 6,100 with a P-Value of 0.000 and the Service Quality variable also has a positive and significant effect on Brand loyalty, which is indicated by a t-statistic value of 2,042 with a P-Value of 0.021.

This study aims to determine (1) the influence of Brand Awareness on Purchase Interest of Wardah Kolaka eco-friendly products, (2) the influence of Brand image on Purchase Interest of Wardah Kolaka eco-friendly products, (3) the influence of Brand Awareness on the Brand Image of Wardah Kolaka eco-friendly products. The influence of Brand Awareness on the Brand Image of Wardah kolaka's. The sample used was 110 respondents with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Analysis of research data using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method. The results of this study show that Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest. This is evidenced by the t-count or t-statistic value of 4.580 greater than the t-table value of 0.338, and Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest, where the t-count or t-statistic value of 8.263 is greater than the t-table value of 0.533.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada PT. Damai Jaya Lestari. (2) pengaruh Job Insecurity terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada PT. Damai Jaya Lestari. Penelitian ini merupakan model penelitian Explanatory Research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Studi Pustaka, penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai kontrak, karyawan lapangan dan pekerja jasa sementara kontrak di PT. Damai Jaya Lestari yang berjumlah 45 orang karyawan. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel penelitian, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 orang. Pengujian instrument penelitian menggunkana uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan SPSS 22.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan aplikasi Smart-PLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan singnifikan antara variabel Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Kinerja. Sedangkan variabel Job Insecurity memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh Iklim Organisasi terhadap Stres Kerja Perawat pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Buton Tengah (2) pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Stres Kerja Perawat pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dengan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang ada pada RSUD Kab. Buton Tengah. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada uji measure model (outer model) dan pengujian model struktural (inner model) dengan Smart PLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja yang ditunjukkan nilai t-statistic sebesar 2,073 dengan P-Value 0,039. Sedangkan variabel Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 2,180 dengan P-Value sebesar 0,030.

This study aims to determine whether there is the effect of knowledge and skills on employee performance at the tourism office of kolaka district. The sample in this study amounted to 55 respondents using a sampling technique, namely the census method. Testing the research instrument using validitiy test and reliability test with SPSS 22.0. The research data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the knowledge variable has no effect on performance as indicated by the T-Statistik Value of 0.291 and P-Values of 0.386 an the skill variabel shas a positive ang significant effecect on performance as indicated by the T-Statistic value of 6.497 and P-Values 0.000.

This research aims to determine (1) the effect of complaint handling on customer satisfaction among J&T users in North Kolaka Regency. (2) the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction among J&T users in North Kolaka Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 110 respondents using a sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The research data analysis technique uses the Structural Equatio Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of this research, it can be seen that the complaint handling variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction as indicated by a T-Statistic value of 3,493 and a P-Value of 0.000, the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction as indicated by the T-Statistic value of 4.125 and P-Values of 0.000.

Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UD Maju Bombana, (2) Pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UD Maju Bombana. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dengan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna motor Yamaha Jupiter-Z CW F1. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu accidental sampling. Pengujian instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan SPSS 22.0. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) dengan SmartPLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada UD Maju Bombana yang ditunjukkan nilai t-statistic sebesar 2,800 dengan P-Value sebesar 0.005. sedangkan variabel Citra Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada UD Maju Bombana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan yang ditunjukkan nilai t-statistic sebesar 8.801 dengan nilai P-Value sebesar 0.000.

In the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), one of them is overcoming the problem of stunting. Socioeconomic conditions are a supporting factor in the level of stunting in Indonesia. The government's efforts to tackle the problem of stunting are by providing financial assistance and nutritious staple foods. These efforts will certainly be effective with good financial behaviour. This research aims to examine the level of determinants of financial behaviour. The determinants of financial behaviour that are studied in this research are the effect of financial literacy, the effect of financial attitudes and the effect of lifestyle on the financial behaviour of families with stunted children in the Wundulako Community Health Center Working Area, Kolaka Regency. This research is quantitative (explanatory research). The data analysis was carried out was measuring the structural model testing model using the Structural Equations Model (SEM) analysis technique using PLS 3.0. This research shows that financial literacy and financial attitudes have a significant positive effect on financial behaviour. However, lifestyle does not have a significant effect on financial behaviour.
