Abstract

Gardu Induk (GI) 150 kV Embalut menjadi gardu induk paling vital di Sistem Mahakam karena semua pembangkit besar di Kalimantan Timur masuk melalui GI Embalut. Dengan adanya rencana penambahan pembangkit yang masuk melalui busbar GI Embalut, seperti PLTG Peaker 2 (100 MW) pada tahun 2017 dan PLTU Kaltim 4 (2 × 100 MW) ke Sistem Mahakam sesuai RUPTL 2016-2025, maka perlu dikaji pengembangan kapasitas GI Embalut. Dari hasil analisis aliran daya diperoleh hasil bahwa pada tahun 2018 busbar GI 150 kV Embalut mengalami kelebihan kapasitas saat PLTU Balikpapan tidak operasi. Selain itu pada tahun 2024 juga terlihat bahwa pembebanan busbar GI 150 kV Embalut mencapai 637,7 MVA atau ±2457 A. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan uprating kapasitas di GI Embalut di antaranya meningkatkan kapasitas konduktor busbar GI menjadi ≥4000 A. Desain tipe konduktor busbar dengan mempertimbangkan spesifikasi mekanikal konduktor sebelumnya dan layout gardu induk eksisting, sehingga konduktor 2 × TAL 850 mm2 untuk menggantikan busbar bare conductor sebelumnya, serta AL TUBE D-14cm, t-12mm untuk menggantikan busbar hollow eksisting. Selain uprating konduktor busbar, diperlukan uprating peralatan utama gardu induk seperti circuit breaker, disconnectors dan current transformer terutama pada bay kopler (menjadi rating 4000 A) sedangkan pada bay transmisi Embalut-Tengkawang dan transmisi Embalut-CFK menjadi dua kali kapasitas sekarang untuk memenuhi pembebanan maksimum saat kondisi tidak normal dan kondisi N-1. Estimasi biaya untuk pekerjaan uprating busbar 150 kV GI Embalut ini meliputi uprating busbar 150 kV, uprating bay penghantar 150 kV Embalut-Tengkawang dan Embalut PLTU CFK, uprating bay kopler 150 kV termasuk pekerjaan sipil mencapai 16,7 milliar rupiah. Kata kunci: uprating Gardu Induk, study kelayakan, aliran daya

Abstract

From the results of initial observations in the field so far, it can be observed that the majority of students at the Darul Qur'an Lantaburo Islamic Boarding School are more oriented towards the mission of providing quality education that integrates religious knowledge and general knowledge. It is known (1) lack of mental readiness, (2) soft skills deficit, (3) lack of leadership motivation, and (4) lack of awareness of the importance of attitude. Meanwhile, the vision and mission of developing morals and encouraging students to be active in social activities is still lagging behind. The implications of this reality are that the author is still concerned about this phenomenon. The output targets of this service include training services in the form of information related to increasing motivation, leadership and attitude. Through the service activities that have been carried out, three things have been improved, namely increasing knowledge about motivation, deepening how to become someone who has leadership and increasing knowledge about the importance of implementing a good attitude. The methods used are lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. The result of implementing this community service activity is to provide increased understanding of motivation, leadership and attitude.

Abstract

To manage waste efficiently and sustainably, Integrating Algoritma Bellman-Ford in IoT-Based Control Systems for Household Waste Management Machines, the use of automation technologies based on the Internet of Things (IoT) is becoming increasingly relevant. The integration of HMI allows operators to manage and control the machine with precision and convenience. The synergy between IoT and HMI promises significant improvements in waste processing speed, accuracy, and safety. Developing a control system using the HMI method is not just a solution but an innovative approach that aims to find an effective solution in managing or destroying waste that requires less labor, so there is no need to increase assistance. The method that will be used in this research is the descriptive statistical method, namely, assessing the technical data needed to develop a control system that complies with the standard. This innovative approach is one of the solutions to the problem of labor shortages in landfills that simplify work and speed up the process of operating machines.

Abstract

This article discusses the obstacles or problems faced by cooperatives in Indonesia, from the perspective of human resources, capital, governance systems, information transparency, technological developments and competition. Despite experiencing growth in numbers, only 9.2% of the population are members of cooperatives. If we look at the contribution to GDP and the level of labor absorption, cooperatives in Indonesia are still very minimal. The aim of this research is to identify the root of the problems that hinder the competitiveness and growth of cooperatives. Improvements in Cooperative management offered include increasing member training, capital management, transparency, and fighting negative perceptions. Cooperatives must also be able to accommodate technological changes, especially digital transformation, so as to overcome competition from microfinance institutions and online platforms. Understanding these constraints will help in developing effective strategies to strengthen the role of cooperatives in the Indonesian economy. Keywords : Economy, Cooperatives In Indonesia, Management

Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah keadaan keuangan perusahaan dilakukan analisa, yaitu dengan analisis rasio. Tujuan penelitian makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada PT. Harum Energy Tbk ditinjau dari analisis rasio keuangan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif menggunakan pengukuran rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas dan profitabilitas. Data dan informasi penelitian diperoleh dari Annual Report Perusahaan dari periode 2014-2019. Berdasarkan rasio likuiditas setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan sehingga keadaan perusahaan dikategorikan dalam keadaan baik (liquid). Dari rasio solvabilitas menunjukkan bahwa hutang jangka panjang perusahaan terus meningkat. Ditinjau dengan rasio aktivitas menujukkan peningkatan di setiap tahunnya sehingga keadaan perusahaan dikatakan dalam keadaan baik. Berdasarkan rasio profitabilitas menunjukkan adanya penurunan dari tahun ke tahun yang artinya laba perusahaan kian menurun. Rasio ini dapat menunjukkan berapa lama rata-rata waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menjual persediaan yang ada di perusahaan. Dari tabel dapat dilihat bahawa nilai Day’s Sales Turnover pada PT. Harum Energy dan pada Industri dari tahun 2014-2019 berfluktuatif namun tetap stabil dimulai dari tahun 2016, rata-rata nilai Turnover pada PT. Harum Energy ialah 13,35. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT. Harum Energy masih dalam kondisi baik. Merupakan rasio untuk mengukur laba bersih sesudah pajak dengan modal sendiri. Rasio ini menunjukkan efisiensi penggunaan modal sendiri. Makin tinggi rasio ini, makin baik. Artinya, posisi pemilik perusahaan makin kuat, demikian pula sebaliknya Dari tabel dapat dilihat bahawa nilai ROE pada PT. Harum Energy dari tahun 2014-2019 berfluktuatif, rata-rata nilai ROE pada PT. Harum Energy ialah 5%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT. Harum Energy memiliki kondisi kurang baik karena meskipun 4 tahun terakhir nilainya masih diatas rata-rata, namun kurvanya terus mengalami penuruna sejak 2017-2019.

Abstract

This study aims to understand, analyze and describe the focus of Building Characteristics of State Civil Apparatus Employees in carrying out their duties and functions as public service lecturers - state servants who are required to serve student learning, research and community service in university and government environments. The method used by the researcher in this study is a Qualitative method with a Phenomenological Study approach. The data collection technique is based on secondary data processes, namely books, scientific journals, laws and regulations and seminar results as well as empirical data, namely; through the process of observation and interviews. The research informants are Academic Staff, Students and Lecturers of State Civil Apparatus Employees at Esa Unggul University and Lecturers at government higher education institutions.The results of the study found by the researcher, that "Building the Character of State Civil Apparatus Employees or Civil Servants is not easy to quickly change the characteristics of nature, character, behavior and motivate to build public services. First. ASN/PNS employees have characteristics if they carry out and implement laws and regulations and standard operating procedures (SOP) of government organizations. Second. State Civil Apparatus Employees are committed to implementing the Pledge (oath) in implementing laws and regulations. Third. ASN employees have a responsibility to the development and progress of the nation, especially universities and to distribute the moral values of the nation and the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. Fourth. Building cooperation between government institutions and other universities - for the activities of the Tri Dharma of universities and Fifth. Collaborative in carrying out public services that are trustworthy, have integrity, are professional and independent. Changing the character of State Civil Apparatus employees requires a strong leader, who has the capacity, integrity, professionalism and expertise in organizing and running the wheels of government (universities) and is able to control the employees of the institutions they lead ".

Abstract

Regarding criticism and suggestions from consumers, it shows that of the 881,140 products sold, there are 22,947 products that are considered manufacturing defects, with an average percentage of defective products per month of 2.71%, with several types of defects submitted by consumers through the survey. This is quite serious because it will provide a bad experience to consumers in using this product. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is a method used to evaluate system design by considering existing failure modes in a machine or equipment component system and analyzing the consequences for the reliability of the system. Based on the method used, it was found that the highest RPN value was in a case of disability, namely causing itching, with an RPN value of 504, consisting of a severity value of 9, occurrence of 7 and detection of 8, with a percentage of RPN occurrences of 35%. Beased on this result, it proposes improvements to the priority types of product defects and other product defects.
