Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1. Knowing the factors that cause students to be lazy to learn, 2. Knowing the extent to which the Behavioristic Counseling approach with Self Management techniques can overcome lazy learning students. The type of research used is a case study. The subjects studied were students of SMA N 1 Mejobo Kudus, there were 2 students who had problems in overcoming lazy learning. Furthermore, the methods used in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis used is qualitative descriptive data analysis. The results of the study prove that the application of self-management technique behavioristic counseling in overcoming lazy learning in class X-2 students at SMA N 1 Mejobo Kudus can change maladaptive behavior to become adaptive.

Abstract

Shrimp waste containing chitin 15-20%. Chitin can be isolated enzymatically by using proteaseenzymes derived from the waste itself. Waste of shrimp marinated in 1M H2SO4 for 10 days at pH1-2 and do control the pH and concentration of N-total every 24 hours. So that, this process canreduce the use of chemicals and environmental pollution. Enzymatic chitin obtained ash content1.789% and 5.322% of N-total. Results of IR showed characteristic functional groups of chitin areOH 3390.5 cm-1, NH (secondary amide) 3348.71 cm-1, C = O 1648.20 cm-1, C-N at 1313.96 cm-1,C-O 1115, 28 cm-1. Chitin is dissolved in 8% NaOH / Urea 4% for 36 hours (-20oC). Hydrogelsmade with a ratio (1: 6); (1: 8); (1:16); (1:24) w / w. The results showed the increasing amount ofacrylamide monomer, the greater the value% graft and absorption of water. Enzymatic chitinhydrogel showed the maximum value % graft is 2492.073%; and water absorption 1.794 g / g. IRhydrogel results indicate primary amide N-H stretching of acrylamide at 3349.77 and 3202.88 cm-1, C = O 1662.03 cm-1Keywords: hydrogel, chitin, acrylamide, graft copolymerization

Abstract

In learning activities, there are many methods that teachers can use in teaching, one of which is the varied lecture method. However, this varied lecture method is often considered boring by students. History teachers are one of the teachers who often use the lecture method, whether it's varied lectures or regular lectures. This is one of the reasons students think history is boring. When students feel bored while studying, the learning outcomes obtained by students will decrease. In this case the author aims to see whether varied lecture methods are still effective for use in learning so that they can improve student learning outcomes. The method in this research is a quantitative method using an approach in the form of direct observation. The population of this study was Class 11 of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Pinang with the sample taken being Class 11 IPS2, totaling 20 people. The research results obtained were that student learning outcomes increased by 36.5% with pre-test results of 31.5% and post-test results of 68%. This means that varied lecture methods are still effective for use in the learning process because they are able to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract

The Sales Tax on Luxury Goods (PPnBM) policy can play a strategic role in supporting the transition to the use of electric vehicles as part of efforts to reduce carbon emissions and dependence on fossil fuels. This article assesses the balance between providing PPnBM incentives for imported electric cars and protecting the local car industry. This research uses the Literature Review method where this research uses a qualitative approach with policy analysis and secondary data from various sources, including government regulations, industry reports, and electric vehicle sales data. The research results show that the PPnBM incentive policy for imported electric cars has succeeded in increasing the adoption of electric vehicles, but has also posed serious challenges to the curiosity of the domestic electric car industry. This article recommends adjustment policies, such as incentive incentives for local manufacturers, an electric vehicle production development ecosystem, and incentive incentives for certain imported products. This step is expected to create a balance between environmental goals and locally based economic development.
