Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rotasi pegawai, kepuasan kerja, dan perilaku kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di lingkungan Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Transportasi Darat Palembang. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di BPPTD Palembang.Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer dari jawaban 66 responden. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linearberganda dan melalui pengujian instrumen validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji karakteristik data yaitu uji normalitas. Uji model terdiri dari uji heterokedastisitas dan uji multikolinearitas.Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan rotasi pegawai, kepuasan kerja, dan perilaku kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial rotasi pegawai berpengaruh tidak signifikan yaitu 0,083>0,05, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 0,005<0,05, dan perilaku kerja berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 0,000<0,05. Diantara ketiga variabel bebas, variabel perilaku kerja adalah yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ada hubungan antara rotasi pegawai, kepuasan kerja, dan perilaku kerja terhadap kinerja. Keterkaitan antara rotasi pegawai, kepuasan kerja, dan perilaku kerja dengan kinerja pegawai adalah jika rotasi pegawai, kepuasan kerja, dan perilaku kerja diperhatikan dengan baik, maka kinerja pegawai akan baik pula, yang akan berdampak positif terhadap BPPTD Palembang. Kata kunci: Rotasi Pegawai, Kepuasan Kerja, Perilaku Kerja, Kinerja.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimana peranan anggaran biaya proyek dapat berfungsi sebagai alat perencanaan dan pengendalian pada Program Pengembangan Kecamatan di Kecamatan Kota Kayu Agung Kabupaten Komering Ilir?”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan sumbangan kepada manajemen perusahaan dalam memecahkan  masalah-masalah yang berhubungan dengan anggaraan biaya proyek sebagai alat perencanaan dan pengendalian proyek. Dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan menempuh tahapan yaitu penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Dengan dibuatnya laporan pertangungjawaban Dana secara berkala maka dalam pengembangan terkandung konsep umpan balik. Konsep umpan balik mengandung pengertian bahwa bila rencana telah dilaksanakan maka diadakan pengukuran atas pelaksaannya. Selanjutnya bila perlu diambil tindakan koreksi agar tujuan serta rencana dapat tercapai. Kata kunci : Anggaran Biaya Proyek, Perencanaan dan Pengendalian Proyek.

Abstract

Transportasi merupakan sarana terpenting dalam menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi di suatu wilayah. Transportasi juga merupakan urat nadi pembangunan ekonomi. Transportasi adalah kegiatan memindahkan barang atau orang secara fisik dari satu tempat ke tempat lain, baik melalui darat, laut, maupun udara. Transportasi memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan pembangunan sosial politik suatu wilayah atau wilayah. Di pelabuhan terdapat terminal yang merupakan kolam sandar dan tempat bersandar atau tambat kapal, tempat penumpukan, tempat menunggu dan menurunkan penumpang, dan/atau tempat bongkar muat barang. Terminal terbagi menjadi dua jenis, yaitu terminal khusus (TERSUS) dan terminal untuk kepentingan sendiri (TUKS). Namun berdasarkan fakta di lapangan, dari 22 terminal khusus yang berada di wilayah kerja Tanjung Api-Api Banyuasin masih terdapat satu terminal khusus yang tidak aktif dua terminal khusus masih terhambat melalui proses perizinan pembangunan.

Abstract

Jepara Ferry Port is a port located in Jepara District, Jepara Regency which serves the Jepara - Karimunjawa route. In terms of needs, tariffs are very influential on the level of transportation services, especially in the fulfillment of public services. However, the tariffs that apply on the Jepara - Karimunjawa route are now tariffs based on the old regulations. In addition, there is also a change in the Production Unit (SUP) for the type of vehicle class in accordance with Attachment I, Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 66 of 2019 concerning Mechanisms for Determining and Formulating the Calculation of Ferry Transport Tariffs. The aims of this study are as follows: 1) Knowing the operational costs of ships (BOK) on the Jepara - Karimunjawa route based on the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM. 66 of 2019. 2) Knowing the calculation of ferry transportation fares on the Jepara - Karimunjawa route based on the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM. 66 of 2019. The research methodology used is direct observation in the field (field research), interviews (interviews), literature/documentation (literature) and institutional. Then to analyze this, it is guided by Ministerial Regulation Number 66 of 2019 concerning the Mechanism of Determining and Formulating the Calculation of Ferry Transport Tariffs. The analysis used is load factor analysis, ship operational cost analysis and unit tariff analysis. The results of this study are 1) The tariffs set are not in accordance with the results obtained by the author based on the calculation of ship operating costs (BOK) which refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM. 66 of 2019. 2) That the tariff on the Jepara - Karimunjawa route in Central Java Province is not relevant to current conditions, due to the Change of Production Units (SUP) in the management system at PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Jepara Branch. 3) Evaluation of Tariffs on the Jepara - Karimunjawa Route in Central Java Province Has Changed in accordance with the following provisions a) That the Increase in Tariff Units Now Follows Ministerial Regulation Number 66 of 2019 which states that the current production units have increased from the previous.

Abstract

Galala Ferry Port is a located in Galala Village, Sirimau District, Ambon City which serves the Galala - Namlea route. There are two Ro-Ro ships operating on this route with a total of seven trips per day. The distance for the Galala – Namlea traffic crossing is 85 miles. However, the operation of the ship on a fairly long route is not matched by the ideal number of trips so that there is a buildup of vehicles and service users who are not in the right place. The average time needed to sail is 8 hours. This study aims to determine the ship's load factor, to determine ship productivity, and to arrange ship schedules based on the number of ship trips. Then analyzed using several analytical methods to overcome these problems, including load factor analysis, analysis of population and vehicle growth predictions for the next 5 years using simple linear regression, ship frequency analysis, analysis of the need for the number of ships, and scheduling analysis. From this analysis, it can be concluded that the operating ship shows a load factor that exceeds the ideal capacity of the ship, which is 65% where there are conditions that are not proportional to the number of requests for service users and the frequency of existing ships. So it is necessary to add trips and the number of ships to suit the conditions in the field.

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan sarana dan prasarana serta sumber daya manusia bidang transportasi sungai, danau dan penyeberangan wajib memenuhi standar keselamatan. Standar keselamatan bidang transportasi sungai dan danau diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor : PM 25 Tahun 2015 tentang Standar Keselamatan Transportasi Sungai, Danau dan Penyeberangan yang merupakan acuan bagi penyelenggara transportasi sungai dan danau yang meliputi aspek Sumber Daya Manusia, Sarana dan Prasarana, dan Lingkungan pendukung kegiatan transportasi. Peserta kegiatan ini berjumlah 100 (seratus) orang yang terdiri dari operator dan pemilik kapal sungai yang beroperasi di beberapa sungai di Kabupaten Kampar. Adapun mengenai sasaran penyuluhan Keselamatan Pelayaran Kapal Sungai dan Danau adalah para Operator Kapal Sungai dan Danau yang tersebar di beberapa sungai di Kabupaten Kampar. Setelah menerima materi penyuluhan tentang keselamatan pelayaran diharapkan para peserta penyuluhan memahami tentang betapa pentingnya keselamatan dan peralatan keselamatan yang ada diatas kapal, memahami bagaimana cara pencegahan terjadinya kecelakaan saat berlayar, memahami peralatan keselamatan apa saja yang harus ada di atas kapal sungai dan danau serta memahami tentang cara penggunaan peralatan keselamatan tersebut

Abstract

This paper reviews about the students’ response in literary appreciation of literature class.  The problem of this study was “Is the engaging response strategy able to promote literary appreciation of the fifth semester students of English Education Study Program of Faculty of Teachers Training and Education   University of PGRI Palembang?”  The objective of this study was to know or to identify the ability of the fifth semester students of English Education Study Program of Faculty of Teachers Training and Education University of PGRI Palembang in applying engaging response strategy to promote literary appreciation and, to identify the development of students’ literary appreciation. The method used in this study was pre-experimental.    From the calculation of t-test, it was found out that the value of t-obtained was 4.2. It is higher than t table (1.687). It means that null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. From the calculation, it was found out that there was a significant difference between the students who were taught by using engaging response strategy.

Abstract

This paper reviews about The Students’ Perception towards Using Mobile Application for Business English Learning that the writer consider, may contribute to the overall effectiveness of the learning process of Business English Learning.  The focus of the study is to know the implementation of Using Mobile Application for Business English Learning. The problem of this research is about “What is student’s perception mobile application for Business English Learning?  In line with focus of research is to know student’s perception toward the mobile application for Business English Learning. It is necessary to describe the weaknesses and strengths in Using Mobile Application for Business English Learning into the mobile application: WhatsApp and Google Classroom.  In this study, the writer used qualitative method, the writer provided questionnaires. The questionnaire was given by the writer to 39 students. They were told by the writer to answer the questions to find out the students perception toward English business learning using Mobile Application.  Based on the findings and discussion, using the mobile application (Google classroom & WhatsApp) in Business English learning online classroom is the best choice due to pandemic COVID-19. In term of students perceptions toward using mobile application the writer concluded that it clearly shows the students have perceptions in English learning during the pandemic COVID-19 while using mobile application (Google classroom & WhatsApp); such as learning English using a mobile application makes it easier to learn and they understand learning using a mobile application, but sometimes students understand better if they learn face-to-face.  In term of the students perceptions toward strengths and weaknesses in using mobile application for English learning, the writer conclude that it clearly shows that the strengths and weaknesses of using mobile applications for learning English, most of the answers of students in the strengths of a mobile app is to simplify the learning process due to the covid-19 pandemic. The weaknesses is that learning will be difficult when the internet connection has problems and slow.

Abstract

Due to a scope and scale with the main focus on social presence this research is aimed at exploring social presence, students’ perceptions of social presence and the implementation blended learning. The research was employed as mixed method research approach along with a questionnaire. The main objective included determination of English as Foreign language students’ perception of blended learning by participants’ including a total of 73 judgmental statement clauses. Also this study was helped by 17 students as the voluntary interviews. The findings of this study were derived from the results obtained through the questionnaire and interviews among students with a conclusion that most of the students strongly appreciated the blended learning of social presence in increasing interaction among members and improving writing and speaking exercise activities. However there was no big distinction in social presence between a blended learning class and a traditional face-to-face class. And among factors that affect social presence the students ranked the top three important factors including the lecturer closeness and humor and his/her feedback work. Also the list have three important ones which are shorter forum discussions and peer feedback.
