Abstract

Abstract  United Nation Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS 1982) is an International Law of the Sea Convention ratified by Indonesia through Law Number 17 of 1985, in the United Nation Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS 1982) it is regulated on what rights and obligations of a country in the sea area. Law enforcement jurisdiction over shipping vessels in the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) is governed by the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS 1982) and is also governed by the National Law of the coastal state. The purpose of this study is to find out how the jurisdiction of law enforcement over shipping in the EEZ is based on the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS 1982) and also based on the National Law of the coastal state related to shipping in the EEZ based on the Law of the International Sea, based on the National Law, Fisheries Crime, and other Crimes.Keywords: international law of the sea; jurisdiction; Exclusive Economic Zone; Law Number 17 of 1985  Abstrak  United Nation Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS 1982) adalah Konvensi Hukum Laut Internasional yang diratifikasi oleh Indonesia melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 1985, didalam United Nation Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS 1982) diatur mengenai apa saja hak dan kewajiban suatu negara di wilayah laut. Yurisdiksi penegakan hukum atas pelayaran kapal di Zona Ekonomi Ekslusif (ZEE) diatur berdasarkan United Nation Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS 1982) dan juga diatur berdasarkan Hukum Nasional negara pantai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana yurisidiksi penegakan hukum atas pelayaran kapal di ZEE berdasarkan berdasarkan United Nation Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS 1982) dan juga berdasarkan Hukum Nasional negara pantai terkait dengan pelayaran kapal di ZEE berdasarkan Hukum Laut Internasioal, berdasarkan Hukum Nasional, Kejahatan Perikanan, dan Kejahatan lainnya.Kata Kunci: hukum laut internasional; yurisdiksi; Zona Ekonomi Ekslusif; Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 1985

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja divisi produksi PT. Arvindo Cipta Gemilang Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi penelitian 34 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi produksi PT. Arvindo Cipta Gemilang Jakarta Timursebesar 19,4%; Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi produksi PT. Arvindo Cipta Gemilang Jakarta Timursebesar 26,3%; Motivasi dan Kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja karyawan divisi produksi PT. Arvindo Cipta Gemilangsebesar 47,8%, sedangkan sebesar 52,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas didalam penelitian ini.
