Abstract

The condition of a well-developed and rapid economy is not the best guarantee for economic growth if it is not followed by increased employment opportunities and increased investment. This can be understood because with the increase in employment opportunities will be able to accommodate new workers who each year has increased. Therefore, population growth in an economy/region must be balanced with an increase in employment opportunities so that the existing workforce can be absorbed in the world of work. Besides that, there are also conditions that must be met for development and economic growth in order to run well (experiencing an increase), namely the existence of investment activities. It is expected that an increase in investment activities, then economic activities also increase, so that it will increase the economic growth of a region. The investment that takes place in Ponorogo Regency will certainly absorb a large number of workers. With these conditions will create economic activities in various sectors that are increasingly developing, and this will have an impact on increasing development and economic growth in Ponorogo Regency. From the results of the significance test in the level of error of 5%, it can be seen that the investment does not affect the growth of the economy of Ponorogo Regency. However, if viewed from the regression equation, it turns out there is an influence of investment on economic growth, although the effect is relatively small. So that high investment will also be able to increase economic growth in Ponorogo Regency. While labor has an influence on the economic growth of Ponorogo Regency at a significance level of 5%. And from the regression equation, labor has a relatively high influence on economic growth. And from the simultaneous test, it is proven that investment and labor together influence the economic growth of Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

The price of cassava in raw form is increasingly uncertain, so people choose to process cassava first into cassava crackers. Then, a polemic arose in the community, namely the implementation of business permits and halal certification of food products for MSMEs in the village carried out by the government. Therefore, assistance from the village community in obtaining business permits and halal certification is needed to facilitate the marketing of cassava cracker MSME products owned by the Raman Fajar Village Community. One of the goals is to empower the community so that the community runs to a better condition and as a form of dedication from students through empowerment, training, counseling, guidance, assistance, and exploring the potential that the community can develop. In addition, KKS activities can assist Raman Fajar Village residents in their activities to benefit students. This research was conducted to ensure that all stages of production, raw materials, and manufacturing processes meet the established halal standards. The results show that the implementation of halal certification is booming, increasing consumer confidence and opening up new market opportunities for cassava cracker products. This community service is a real form of contribution to business partners by providing halal certification and labels that are ready to be attached to the packaging.

Abstract

Small, Micro and medium business activities are currently experiencing good development, especially in the food and beverage sector. Therefore, MSMEs must also be able to manage finances by preparing good financial reports. Financial management and reporting in MSMEs is still not widely used. This is because MSMEs feel that their daily money turnover can be predicted. However, without recording and separating personal assets from his business, an entrepreneur cannot control his business properly. The mixing of personal interests with business can increase risks to business sustainability and continuity. The independence of small, micro and medium enterprises today is the ability to run their business only by relying on their own capital. Soft loan capital is very rarely obtained because financial management has not been carried out, so even simple financial reports are not available. Business independence of course needs to be accompanied by the ability of MSMEs to manage their finances.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of foreign debt (ULN), foreign direct investment (FDI), and economic inequality on Indonesia's economic growth, specifically GDP from 2004 until 2023. The findings show that foreign debt has a significant positive effect on GDP, with a strong correlation evidenced by a significance level of 0.000. In contrast, FDI does not significantly affect economic growth, as indicated by the t-test score of 0.449, exceeding the significance threshold of 0.05. Economic inequality also failed to show a significant effect on GDP, with a significance level of 0.084. The combined effect of foreign debt, FDI, and economic inequality explains 75.6% of the variance in GDP, as indicated by the R-squared value of 0.756. The study used statistical tests, including Durbin-Watson for autocorrelation, confirming the reliability of the results. Overall, this study underscores the important role of foreign debt in shaping Indonesia's economic landscape
