This study aims to look at and analyze the strategies used in determining and selecting essential competencies in an effort to fulfill basic competencies and learning outcomes at Abepura 3 Public Elementary School, Jayapura City. This research was conducted using a descriptive-qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation of the elementary school situation, and literature studies relevant to the research topic. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative, descriptive manner with three stages: presentation of data, analysis of data, and drawing conclusions. Research results how that learning 67% of teachers do assessment diagnostics, consisting of 50% conducting cognitive diagnostic assessments, 33% conducting non-cognitive diagnostic assessments, 17% conducting both assessments, and 33% not conducting assessment cognitive and non-cognitive diagnostics.

Mathematical literacy skills are important to master at this time. Mathematical literacy can help solve real world problems more easily and can compare the various kinds of benefits we will get. Of course mastery is not easy to master just like that without being studied in the world of education. One way is by preparing qualified human resources. Related to this, it is necessary to prepare prospective teachers who have good mathematical literacy as well. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach that aims to describe the mathematical literacy of elementary school teacher candidates in which the results of this study are expected to be able to provide input for the development of teaching materials. Data collection was carried out using test and interview methods. The research results obtained were that subjects with high mathematical literacy were able to fulfill all indicators well, while subjects with medium and low abilities were able to fulfill all indicators but there were still errors in the application of concepts and calculations.

This community service activity was carried out at Inpres Koya Tengah State Elementary School, Muara Tami District, Jayapura City with the aim of assisting teachers in determining strategies for achieving minimum competencies in the New Normal era at Inpres Koya Tengah State Elementary School, Muara Tami District, Jayapura City. The target audience for this activity are school principals, teachers, both class teachers and subject teachers at SD Negeri Inpres Koya Tengah, Muara Tami District, Jayapura City, including honorary teachers. This Community Service Activity is carried out to help teachers in creating hot questions in preparing students who will take the Minimum Competency Assessment. In elementary school arithmetic, AKM wants to know to what extent students are able to understand and master basic mathematical concepts. However, in practice, there are still many schools that have not been able to implement AKM well due to a lack of understanding and knowledge about effective measurement methods. The method steps (1) Identify the problem. (2) Program design for the planned community service program. (3) Implementation of the program through various activities such as: Training and mentoring for school teachers, development of teaching materials and activities to motivate students. (4) This evaluation determines the extent to which this community service program can increase the introduction of AKM numeracy in elementary schools and students' ability to understand and master basic mathematical concepts. The results of the service are improvements in numeracy and problem solving skills in AKM in elementary schools, students' ability to understand and master basic mathematical concepts, as well as students' interest and motivation to study numeracy topics

This research focuses on differentiation learning carried out by teachers at SD Negeri Inpres VIM I Kotaraja Jayapura City, Papua Province as a demand for curriculum changes. The background of the problem comes from the difficulty of identifying learning needs, learning styles, interests of students from different social backgrounds. This requires teachers to be able to create learning that suits the needs and abilities of each student. In this case, implementing differentiated learning can be a solution to overcome student diversity. The expected result of this research is a better understanding of the application of differentiated learning and improving the quality of learning at SD Negeri Inpres VIM I Kotaraja Jayapura City, Papua Province through differentiated learning. In addition, the recommendations of this research are to increase the application of differentiated learning in elementary schools, and its availability. source of information for teachers and other researchers.

Pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif di SD Inpres Pir II berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan teknologi di lingkungan Pendidikan dasar. Isu pokok melibatkan kebutuhan akan pendekatan inovatif dalam pengajaran di era digital. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menciptakan dan mengintegrasikan media pembelajaran interaktif dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan pelatihan, mediasi dan konsultasi. Guru-guru di SD Inpres Pir II diberikan panduan dalam menggunakan teknologi terkini untuk menciptakan materi pembelajaran yang menarik dan berinteraksi. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis guru tetapi juga memperkuat keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Langkah-langkah konkrit yang diambil selama pelatihan, memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas Pendidikan di SD Inpres Pir II. Pelatihan ini dapat menjadi model bagi sekolah-sekolah lain dalam menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran di era digital.

Pedagogic competence as one of the competencies that must be owned by teachers needs to be constantly improved so that skills in managing classes become better. One of the efforts made is to take part in training on the use of visual aids as a bridge in delivering teaching materials. At the elementary school level, mathematics material requires learning media in the form of visual aids so that students are able to understand real mathematical concepts through concrete objects in the form of visual aids. The fact is that in the field the use of learning media is only for some basic material that is understood, so it is necessary to hold training on the use of mathematical teaching aids. This service activity aims to improve teacher skills in using learning media in the form of a corner clock teaching aid which is carried out in several stages, including preparation, implementation of training, and evaluation. After participating in this training, it can be concluded that the trainees understand and are skilled in using corner clock teaching aids and are highly motivated to develop their skills in using teaching aids in mathematics learning activities in class.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada Mata Kuliah Kajian Matematika Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre-eksperimen dengan One Grup Pretest Posttest Design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu tes hasil belajar, lembar observasi dan angket respon. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan: (a) rata-rata skor hasil belajar mahasiswa setelah diterapkan model PBL berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, rata-rata skor gain ternormalisasi berada pada kategori tinggi dan proporsi ketuntasan klasikal berada pada kategori tuntas; (b) rata-rata skor aktivitas belajar mahasiswa berada pada kategori sangat aktif dan; (c) rata-rata skor respons mahasiswa berada pada kategori positif. Hasil analisis inferensial menunjukkan pada hasil belajar mahasiswa (posttest), skor gain, ketuntasan klasikal, dan respon mahasiswa diperoleh p ≤ ???? signifikan (0,05). Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model Problem Based Learning (PBL) efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran matematika pada Mata Kuliah Kajian Matematika Sekolah Dasar.

Abstrak Penguatan kompetensi digital guru merupakan kebutuhan mendesak di era transformasi digital pendidikan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru SD INPRES PIR 2 ARSO, Papua, dalam membuat video pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan aplikasi Kinemaster. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 2 hari dengan melibatkan 14 guru sebagai peserta. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi langsung, praktik mandiri, diskusi kelompok, dan tanya jawab. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman teknologi digital, dari 30% menjadi 85%. Sebanyak 12 dari 14 guru berhasil menyelesaikan video pembelajaran berkualitas baik, dengan 80% video memenuhi standar kualitas yang diharapkan. Kendala utama yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan perangkat dan koneksi internet. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendukung proses belajar-mengajar, membuka peluang untuk pengembangan program pelatihan lanjutan di masa mendatang Kata kunci: aplikasi kinemaster; kompetensi guru; literasi digital; video pembelajaran. Abstract Strengthening teachers' digital competence is an urgent need in the era of digital transformation in education. This community service activity aimed to enhance the skills of teachers at SD INPRES PIR 2 ARSO, Papua, in creating interactive educational videos using the Kinemaster application. The training was conducted over 2 days, involving 14 teachers as participants. The methods used included interactive lectures, direct demonstrations, independent practice, group discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The training results showed a significant improvement in digital technology understanding, from 30% to 85%. Twelve out of 14 teachers completed high-quality educational videos, with 80% of the videos meeting the expected quality successfully standards. The main challenges faced included device limitations and internet connectivity issues. This activity successfully improved teachers' digital competence in utilizing technology to support the teaching-learning process, opening opportunities for the development of advanced training programs in the future.
