Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of leadership and work environment on the performance of employees who through the employee satisfaction as a intervening variable. The purpose of the study is to know the direct influence between each variable, and the indirect influence between the leadership variables and the working environment towards the employee's performance through the satisfaction of designed as intervening variables. This research is done using a quantitative approach. Research that focuses on hypothesis testing with statistical method analysis tools and generates conclusions. The population of this research is the consumer of PT Ekos Jaya Abadi Lestari District Sidoarjo with samples of 50 respondents using the formula Slovin. Methods of collecting documentation data and questionnaires. While data analysis is done through path analysis to figure out the direct influence using SPSS 25.0 for Windows and for indirect effect using the Sobel test method. Based on the analysis of the lines known that the direct influence of the leadership variables have a coefficient value of 0.624 with a value of statistic 2.785 to employee satisfaction, the working environment variable has a coefficient value of 0.352 With the value of statistic 2.569 to employee satisfaction, the leadership variable has a coefficient value of 0.639 with 3.300 value statistic to employee performance, the working environment variable has a coefficient value of 0.688 with the value of Statistic 3.740 to employee performance, employee satisfaction variables have a coefficient value of 0.443 with 3.800 value statistic against employee performance, and indirect influence of leadership variables against employees ' performance Employee satisfaction has a coefficient value resulting from a Sobel test of 0.276 with a value of statistic 3.285, a working environment variable to performance through employee satisfaction has a coefficient value of 0.155 with a value of statistic 2.152. Based on these results it can be seen that the indirect influence of the working environment variables on employee performance through the employee satisfaction is at least the dominance compared to the influence among other variables.

Abstract

Sektor ekonomi saat ini dalam hal transaksi digital mengalami kemajuan teknologi yang sangat pesat, Khususnya di kota – kota besar seperti di Surabaya. Banyak UMKM sudah menerapkan pembayaran digital QRIS. Bahkan parkir saja sudah menggunakan system QRIS oleh Walikota Surabaya. Rata – rata UMKM yang berada di Kota Surabaya khususnya makanan, minuman, jasa, dan thrift pakaian menggunakan system pembayaran digital QRIS. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk pentingnya system pembayaran digital yang mudah di era sekarang. Selain efisien dan aman dari peredaran uang palsu, QRIS juga sangat mudah menerima dari segala bank / E-Wallet. Penelitian menggunakan Teknik kualitatif melalui analisis literatur dan melihat akurasi para pedagang UMKM yang menggunakan fasilitas ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at SMAN Olahraga. This research uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to all employees. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results show that leadership style significantly affects employee performance. Additionally, work discipline also has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. These findings indicate that improving the quality of leadership style and the implementation of good work discipline can enhance employee performance at SMAN Olahraga. Therefore, it is recommended that the school management focus on developing effective leadership styles and consistent application of work discipline.

Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance at WE GO PRINT. Utilizing a quantitative survey method, data were collected from 120 employees and analyzed using linear regression. The results indicate that transformational leadership, comprising idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, significantly enhances employee performance. Job satisfaction was found to mediate this relationship, while tenure moderated its effect. Practical implications include leadership training, vision communication, innovation promotion, and career development support. This research provides important insights for leadership development and performance enhancement in the digital printing industry.

Abstract

In the continually evolving digital era, the implementation of E-Business has become essential for companies to enhance efficiency and reach a broader market. PT. Ultrajaya Milk, a leading milk producer, has utilized the Shopee marketplace platform to market its Ultramilk Chocolate 200ml product. This article analyzes the online sales and purchase process of the product through Shopee, from setting up the online store and uploading products to promotion and marketing. On the buyer's side, the process includes searching and selecting products, adding them to the shopping cart, making payments, and confirming shipments. Once the order is confirmed, funds are transferred from Shopee to PT. Ultrajaya Milk, ensuring transaction security for both parties. Through the implementation of E-Business, PT. Ultrajaya Milk can reach more consumers with high operational efficiency. This article provides a step-by-step guide complete with images of the sales and purchase processes, highlighting the importance of E-Business in facilitating a convenient and secure shopping experience for customers.

Abstract

The development of the trade sector shows that there is increasingly strong competition between modern markets and traditional markets in attracting consumer attention. This study aims to analyze the differences between the two based on the perspective of visitors on purchasing power. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach through direct observation and interviews. The results of the study revealed that traditional markets stand out in terms of local culture and social closeness between sellers and buyers. Meanwhile, modern markets are preferred by consumers who prioritize convenience, product diversity, and modern facilities. Digital marketing factors, product innovation, and market image also play an important role in influencing consumer purchasing interest in each type of market.

Abstract

The development of business in the service sector is currently growing rapidly, especially in the wedding organizer industry. The purpose of this internship is to Develop Entrepreneurial Skills by providing students with the opportunity to develop entrepreneurial skills such as global marketing, leadership, business communication, e-business, organizational culture. This applies to us, who provide wedding management and planning services. Wedding Organizer can facilitate and assist partners or couples in planning a wedding related to determining the theme, the concept of the wedding desired by the client is the core of our research. Encouraging students to think creatively and innovatively in designing and managing a business. This program can be a place for new ideas and innovative solutions to problems faced. In addition, in handling weddings, we focus on managing vendors involved in the wedding such as decoration, catering, and entertainment. Coordinating events, and ensuring that the wedding runs smoothly to increase client satisfaction and build a good reputation. A professional and qualified Wedding Organizer can improve the quality of services provided so that clients can feel satisfied and happy.

Abstract

Tindak pidana korupsi merupakan tindakan melanggar hukum yang berakibat negatif terhadap keuangan serta perekonomian negara. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan guna menganalisis urgensi dalam pengimplementasian sistem pembuktian terbalik pada tindak pidana korupsi serta menganalisis implementasi sistem tersebut pada putusan Nomor 1/PID.SUS-TPK/2025/PT DKI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kasus untuk menganalisis penerapan kaidah hukum pada praktiknya, terutama tentang kasus-kasus telah diputuskan dan fokus penelitian dalam hal ini, yakni putusan Nomor 1/PID.SUS-TPK/2025/PT DKI. Pembuktian terbalik digunakan untuk memaksa terdakwa membuktikan bahwa harta yang dimilikinya didapatkan secara sah dan dianggap lebih realistis mengingat posisi para pelaku yang seringkali memiliki akses terhadap sumber daya yang sulit dilacak oleh pihak berwenang. Kata Kunci: Tindak Pidana Korupsi, Asas Pembuktian Terbalik.

Abstract

Human resources are a strategic asset that determines organizational success, making employee performance management essential. PT. Asco Dwi Mobilindo Surabaya has experienced an increase in absenteeism in 2024 and six employee resignations during 2022–2024, reflecting a decline in motivation and performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of paternalistic leadership style and incentives on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable. The research employed a quantitative method with 35 employees selected through convenience sampling and analyzed using path analysis with SPSS 25. The results indicate that paternalistic leadership and incentives do not have a significant direct effect on employee performance but positively and significantly influence motivation. Furthermore, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and mediates the relationship between paternalistic leadership, incentives, and employee performance

Abstract

This test was conducted by researchers with the intention if there is still a correlation regarding price, place and opinions given by consumers based on experience when making a purchase transaction with consumer decisions when making a return transaction at Hart Chicken Exprezz Surabaya. The test was conducted using a quantitative method, namely the multiple linear regression analysis approach. Researchers have created a questionnaire that has been given by all consumers with a total of 97 responses to complete the test data. Finding the number studied during the test, namely by means of units for the Price variable still has a very significant correlation by consumer decisions when making a purchase transaction with a significance of 0.012, location also has results that are still related and significant by consumer decisions when making a purchase transaction with a significant result of 0.024 and the experience of consumers who have provided responses also has a significant influence by consumer decisions when making a purchase transaction with a significant amount of 0.000. Furthermore, the simultaneous test shows that the three variables have a correlation and are significant by consumer decisions when making a purchase transaction, having a calculated F of 252.216 and a significance of 0.000. Then, a retest using a coefficient of determination (R²) of 89.1% revealed that price, location, and online customer reviews had an 89.1% influence on consumer purchasing decisions. This suggests that price, location, and the experiences of consumers who had previously purchased at Hart Chicken Exprezz Surabaya had a positive impact, increasing purchasing decisions.
