Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance at WE GO PRINT. Utilizing a quantitative survey method, data were collected from 120 employees and analyzed using linear regression. The results indicate that transformational leadership, comprising idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, significantly enhances employee performance. Job satisfaction was found to mediate this relationship, while tenure moderated its effect. Practical implications include leadership training, vision communication, innovation promotion, and career development support. This research provides important insights for leadership development and performance enhancement in the digital printing industry.

Abstract

Inovasi teknologi dan jasa phytosanitary memainkan peran yang semakin penting dalam meningkatkan keamanan dan keberlanjutan ekspor produk pertanian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis penerapan teknologi modern seperti Internet of Things (IoT), kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI), dan blockchain dalam sektor pertanian serta peran layanan phytosanitary dalam proses ekspor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dan jasa phytosanitary dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, kualitas produk, dan ketertelusuran, serta memastikan bahwa produk yang diekspor bebas dari hama dan penyakit. Studi kasus di berbagai daerah di Indonesia mengungkapkan peningkatan hasil panen hingga 20%, peningkatan pendapatan petani, serta peningkatan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk yang lebih transparan dan terjamin kualitasnya. Namun, beberapa tantangan masih harus diatasi, termasuk keterbatasan infrastruktur, biaya implementasi teknologi yang tinggi, dan kebutuhan akan standarisasi internasional. Dengan dukungan kebijakan yang tepat, potensi penuh dari inovasi teknologi dan layanan phytosanitary dapat dimaksimalkan, meningkatkan daya saing sektor pertanian Indonesia di pasar global dan berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan lingkungan serta keamanan pangan global.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, workload and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Area Branch Buduran Sidoarjo. This type of research is quantitative. The population studied in this study were all employees at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Area Branch Buduran Sidoarjo. The number of samples in this study was 86 respondents. The sample collection technique in this study was carried out by probability sampling. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to all employees of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Area Branch Buduran Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (statistical Product and Services Solution) software version 29.0. The results of the study indicate that the work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value = 7.547> t-table 1.989, the workload variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value = 7.121> t-table 1.989, and the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value of 6.158> t-table 1.989. From the three results, it shows that work stress, workload and job satisfaction on employee performance have a partial effect. For simultaneous testing, the results obtained that all variables together have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, career development, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Ekadharma International TBK. The population studied in this study is work motivation, career development, and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The number of samples in this study was carried out by probability sampling. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire used in the study is a questionnaire distributed to all employees at PT. EKADHARMA INTERNATIONAL TBK. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistic Product and Services Solution) software version 29.0. The results of the study indicate that the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value = 4.614 > t-table 2.012, the career development variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value = 3.081 > t-table 2.012, the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value = 3.238 > t-table 2012. From the three results, it shows that motivation, career development and work environment have a partial effect on employee performance. For joint testing, they have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of service quality, trust from consumers, and user experience on how loyal customers are to online shopping sites, specifically for Generation Z. The study uses a quantitative approach, ghatering information through an online survey with 88 Gen Z participants who have used e-commerce sites in the past six months. The analysis of the data was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques. The results suggest that service quality, consumer trust, and user experience has the strongest effect (β = 0.45, p < 0.05), followed by consumer trust (β = 0.38, p < 0.05), and then service quality (β = 0.32, p < 0.05). This model explains 67% of the differences in customer loyalty (R² = 0.67). The theoretical contribution of the study enhances the understanding of customer loyalty in the online environment, particularly concerning Generation Z. Practically the findings can help e-commerce businesses boost customer loyalty by enhancing user experience, building trust, and improving service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Communication and Work Discipline on Selector Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable in the Blow Production Section at PT. Asia Pramulia Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative. The population studied in this study is the performance of the blow production selector at PT. Asia Pramulia Surabaya. The number of samples in this study was 89 respondents. The sampling technique used the slovin technique. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to the performance of the blow production selector at PT. Asia Pramulia Surabaya. The data analysis technique used in this study was path analysis (Path Coefficient) with SEM-PLS software. The results of the study showed that the communication variable had a significant effect on work motivation, the work discipline variable had a significant effect on work motivation, the communication variable had a significant effect on selector performance, the work discipline variable had a significant effect on selector performance, the work motivation variable had a significant effect on selector performance, the communication variable did not have a significant effect on selector performance through work motivation as a mediating variable, and the work discipline variable had a significant effect on selector performance through work motivation as a mediating variable.
