Abstract

The provision of grants is a program given by the government to the less fortunate. A grant program is held to assist the community in the survival of the community, especially in housing issues. The provision of home assistance is done selectively in accordance with the assistance provided. One of the help offered is uninhabitable Home Assistance (RUTILAHU). In this study used the VIKOR method so that the results obtained are expected to assist the government in managing the RUTILAHU Relief Fund to decide the eligible beneficiar To help and improve community welfare, the government created a RUTILAHU assistance program through the Simalungun District Social Service. The RUTILAHU program is carried out to assist the poor in repairing their homes, which are in dire condition. Mistakes have been a subjective cost. It is feared that this will lead to inaccuracy in selecting potential recipients of RUTILAHU assistance. Therefore, researchers built a decision support system to determine recipients of RUTILAHU assistance using the vicar method. The criteria used are stage, wall condition, roof condition, floor condition, medical ability, ability to buy clothes, ownership of toilets, floor area, water source, land ownership, source of lighting, occupation, number of family members, and number of members. Based on the test results, the system built can help the Simalungun District Social Service in determining potential recipients of RUTILAHU assistance quickly and easily with objective results

Abstract

This study aims to help internet cafe service providers in choosing gaming computers that are in accordance with the needs factor. The method used is the Decision Support System using the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP). Data is obtained by observing and interviewing the services of internet cafe providers in pematangsiantar city. The criteria used are 7 criteria: Processor (X1), Motherboard (X2), RAM (X3), VGA card (X4), Storage (X5), Casing (X6), Power Supply (X7) and 5 alternatives: Asus (A1) , Acer (A2), Lenovo (A3), Dell (A4) and Toshiba (A5). The results of the study indicate that the Toshiba alternative (A5) is the first recommendation with a final value of 3.95. Alternative Asus (A1) becomes the second recommendation with the final value 3.75 and Lenovo (A3) being the third recommendation with the final value 3.4.

Abstract

Backpropagation is a method of Artificial Neural Networks that is quite reliable in solving prediction problems (forecasting). However, in its application, this algorithm still has weaknesses such as optimizing the artificial neural network weights to avoid local minimums, the problem of long training times to achieve convergence and the process of determining the right parameters (learning rate and momentum) in the training process. The purpose of this research is to solve this problem by using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) which is a simple and reliable optimization algorithm to solve optimization problems. The data source is obtained from the site sumut.bps.go.id. There are 5 network architecture models used in this study, including 2-5-1, 2-7-1, 2-9-1, 2-11-1 and 2-13-1. The results of trials conducted with Rapid Miner software, the best architectural model is the 2-9-1 model with a total RMSE of 0.056 +/- 0.000 in the implementation of Backpropagation, while in the implementation of Backpropagation + particle swarm optimization the amount of RMSE is 0.055 +/- 0.000. The smaller the RMSE (Root Mean Squared Error), the better the model

Abstract

One of the functions of this research is to obtain the latest information regarding the level of accuracy and death rates due to the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the tasks of planning a response to a pandemic is to access data related to the number of deaths due to Covid-19. The research that the author is carrying out will predict the death rate due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study collects all data sourced from the website address https://sinta.ristekbrin.go.id/covid/datasets. By using Indonesia's death rate data due to covid-19 from March 2020 to July 2021. The calculation process and prediction workflow will use the Naïve Bayes Algorithm to be able to measure accuracy and predict the death rate due to the coronavirus in 2022. Prediction testing data figures with a total of 20 the area is in the highest class with a death rate of 120,568 cases obtained based on the calculation of the Naive Bayes algorithm, for an accuracy performance of 100% by testing using Rapidminer tools. It is hoped that the results of this prediction can be used by the government to overcome and set plans for good improvements to the community during the coronavirus pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to rank the best Go Car Driver. The problem arises because of the inaccuracy in giving value to the driver which results in the decision being given incorrectly so that the assessment tends to be subjective. This research was conducted at PT. Maranatha Putri Bersaudara. Sources of data obtained by observing, interviewing. The settlement method used is a decision support system with the Weight Producted method. The assessment criteria used are Performance (C1), Number of orders (C2), Rating (C3), Attitude (C4), Rating (C5) and Appearance (C6) where the alternatives used are 4 samples. The results obtained using the Weighted Product method are Alternative1 and Alternative4 which are recommended as the best go car driver with the assessment results of 0.0307 and 0.0272. It is expected that research results can be input to the relevant parties in recommending the best go car driver so as to minimize subjective judgment.

Abstract

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is an identification technology for wireless data retrieval using radio waves. RFID is part of the development of semiconductor technology that is integrated with informatics systems. In the college environment, especially in the academic sector, there is often a problem with the process of recapitulation of attendance notes for lectures which is not effective and efficient. Therefore this research aims to build an information system that utilizes semiconductor RFID technology. The RFID tag used is a card that will be used as a substitute for a student ID card (KTM) in which there is a unique code that is used as the ID number of each student. This RFID tag data will be integrated with the database system so that the attendance process for lecture minutes becomes more effective and efficient. This is because students carry out the attendance process by attaching the KTM to the RFID reader, which will read the RFID tag on the KTM and store it in the database. So that the process of attendance recapitulation of lecture events becomes easier because the data is automatically stored in the database.

Abstract

Informasi akademik pada Akademi Manajemen Informatika Komputer (AMIK) Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar akan tetap menjadi kebutuhan bagi mahasiswa selama mahasiswa masih aktif dalam proses pendidikan. Hal ini akan sulit diperoleh mengingat jumlah perbandingan jumlah mahasiswa  dengan staff yang melayani bidang akademik yang cukup besar. Dengan menggunakan media internet tentu akan mempermudah mahasiswa memperoleh informasi yang di inginkan serta dengan aplikasi yang berbasis database internet, tentu mahasiswa akan memperoleh informasi yang selalu ter-update. Hal ini juga tentu harus didukung oleh aplikasi yang dapat dijalankan oleh dosen pengampu matakuliah dalam hal pengiriman nilai berbasis internet.

Abstract

With the development of the times, online shopping applications have begun to emerge that make it easier for buyers and sellers to sell and buy goods without the hassle of running. But with so many applications that make people confused about which application is best used. Therefore the author wants to help the community in determining the best application by using a decision support system using the Electre II method, it is hoped that this research can help recommend the best online applications for the community.

Abstract

OH5 Hash Cafe is a business that is engaged in the food sector and there is a lot of competition in doing business that is increasingly difficult to do so it is necessary to develop a strategy, this study aims to determine the pattern of food combinations, the method used in this research is the Apriori Algorithm to be able to find out and processed using the Rapid Miner 9.7 software in determining food combination patterns, the Apriori Algorithm is an interesting type of association rule in data mining and an interesting association analysis to produce an efficient algorithm that is high frequency pattern analysis, an association can be identified with two benchmarks, namely: Support and Cofindence. Support is the percentage of item combinations in the database, while Confidence is the strong relationship between items in the association rule.

Four-wheeled vehicles become the needs of society is quite important at this time, can be seen from the density of traffic every day. Type of four-wheeled vehicles are also very varied, among others, Honda, Izusu, Toyota, Mazda, and many more, therefore there are still many people who are confused when wanting to buy a car. People who want to buy a car also often ask for help or advice from others to choose what car is suitable for the buy. Many aspects must be considered in buying a car, then people who are often confused to choose because it is faced with the large selection of types of cars in the Sorum. I am here to provide a short solution how to choose a car that according to the will and our individual tastes using the method.
