Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of finding out the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Takalar Regency PDAM Office with a population of 45 employees and a sample of 45 employees. This sample was taken from the Takalar Regency PDAM Office. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from distributed questionnaires and is related to the problem being studied. In this research, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this research used the Likert Scale method. Based on the results of data research using statistical calculations through applicationsStatistical Package For the Social Science (SPSS) version 29 regarding the influence of work discipline on employee performance at the Takalar Regency PDAM Office which was discussed in the previous chapter, the author draws an important conclusion, namely that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an influence of as much as93.2% while 6.8% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Existing work discipline must be maintained because it can be seen from the research results that existing work discipline is very strong.

Abstract

This study discusses the description of Umrah management guidance on the independence of PT. Meida Wisata Tour & Travel, which is motivated by the phenomenon of independence of Umrah pilgrims is the purpose of holding the Hajj. This study aims to describe the implementation of manasik guidance in realizing independent Umrah pilgrims at PT. Meida Tours Tour & Travel. Then the method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study used interview, documentation, and observation methods. The source of data taken from the supervisor of Umrah manasik, and Umrah pilgrims PT. Meida Wisata Tour & Travel Makassar City. The results of this study show that first, the form and process of implementing the guidance of Umrah management of PT. Meida Wisata Tour & Travel Makassar City is good. Second, the implementation of manasik guidance in realizing the independence of PT. Meida Wisata is in accordance with the indicators of independence, where these indicators include: 1) understand the teachings and prohibitions prohibiting performing Hajj properly, 2) be able to maintain his health and safety, 3) meet his own needs during the process of performing Umrah until he returns to his homeland.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance in the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit, Makassar City. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit in Makassar City. This research used a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 95 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple linear regression and t-test (partial test) which is processed using statistical calculations via the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the study show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. at the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit in Makassar City as evidenced by the Work Motivation coefficient (X) value of 0.414 and the calculated t value of 3.859 > t table 1.661 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance At the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit, Makassar City

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Marketing Mix Strategy on Purchasing Decisions for Bambo Charcoal Products (Study on Students of the Management Department of FEB Unismuh Makassar). The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were students majoring in management at Unismuh Makassar. The sample used in this study were 76 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression and t test (partial test) which is processed using statistical calculations through the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results showed that the description of Product, Price, Location and Promotion had a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Bambo Charchoal products.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian, Kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Promosi Dan Saluran Distribusi Terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan Minuman Energen Pada PT. Mayora Group Kota Makassar. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dalam penelitian ini sumber data yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data mencakup data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 90 sampel. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian data dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik melalui aplikasi statistical package for the social science (SPSS) Versi 27 mengenai Pengaruh Promosi dan Saluran Distribusi Terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan Minuman Energen Pada PT. Mayora Group Kota Makassar. Maka penulis menarik kesimpulan bahwa Promosi, dan Saluran Distribusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi strategi pemasaran ramah lingkungan dan pengaruhnya terhadap perilaku konsumen di Grand Toserba Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran seperti penyediaan zona khusus produk ramah lingkungan, edukasi konsumen, penggunaan kemasan daur ulang, serta promosi tematik berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas dan persepsi konsumen. Konsumen merespons positif strategi ini dan mengaitkannya dengan citra merek yang bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti persepsi harga yang lebih tinggi dan kurangnya informasi yang merata, sebagian besar konsumen menunjukkan kecenderungan untuk loyal dan memilih produk ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze and know 1) human resource education factors affect the timeliness of financial statements delivery, 2) training factors affect the timeliness of financial statements delivery, 3) information technology utilization factors affect the timeliness of financial statements delivery, and 4) regulatory understanding factors affect the timeliness of the delivery of SKPD financial statements to PPKD Polewali Mandar Regency. The data used in this study were primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population of 47 SKPD, and based on purposive sampling with sample criteria taken in this study are employees who carry out financial management including the Head of Office / Agency / Office ranging from the Office of Financial Administration (PPK), Technical Implementation Officer of Activities (PPTK), Treasurer of Expenditure and Assistant Treasurer. The data obtained is processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that: 1) Education has a significant effect on the timeliness of the delivery of financial statements. 2) Training has no significant effect on the timeliness of financial statements. 3) The utilization of information technology has no significant effect on the timeliness of the delivery of financial statements and 4) Understanding of regulations has no significant effect on the timeliness of the submission of financial statements from SKPD to PPKD Polewali Mandar Regency. Keywords: Timeliness, Financial Statements, and Financial Management

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out and analyze the influence of competence and motivation on the performance of employees of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sulawesi Province and to know and analyze the variables that predominantly affect the performance of employees of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sulawesi Province. The research has been conducted at the Office of Manpower and Transmiggration of South Sulawesi Province with an implementation time of 1 month, namely from January to February of 2018 with a sample of 71 people. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, through regression testing by conducting validity and reliability test of question items of each variable as well as assumption test. The results showed that Competency has a significant influence on performance with P = 0.021< 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.179, this coefficient shows that the better the competence of employees, the performance of employees in the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sulawesi Province will increase; Motivation has a significant influence on performance with P = 0.000< 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.509, this coefficient shows that the better the employee's work motivation, the better the performance will be and the variable that has the dominant effect on performance is motivation, this can be seen from the beta value of 0.406 greater than other variables.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance in the Office of agriculture of Sulawesi Province.The design used in this study is adescriptive method of survey with regression techniques. The population in this study was all employees in the Agriculture Office of West Sulawesi Province which amounted to 46 employees. Sampling techniques used in this study is saturated sampling techniques or census, namely the determination of the number of samples from all members of the population of 46 people. The data collection techniques used in this study are documentation and questionnaires. Documentation is used to collect information about the overview (profile, vision, mission,). Questionnaires are used to obtain data on Employee Performance, compensation, and Work Discipline. The results showed that. Compensation has a significant positive influence on the performance of employees of the Agriculture Office of West Sulawesi Province with P= 0.009<0.05 with a cofisien value of 0.272. This indicates that the better the compensation owned by employees, the better the performance, while the Motivation variable has an insignificant influence on employee performance. With P=0.139>0.05 with a coeffiien value of 0.127. this indicates that employee work motivation does not affect employee performance. And the next variable discipline has a significant positive influence on employee performance with P=0.001<0.05 with a coeffiien value of 0.403. This shows that the discipline of work at the Agriculture Office of West Sulawesi Province is getting bailk. It can be concluded that compensation and discipline of work is very influential oada pegwai performance, because the success of an organization and achieving the objectives of oraganizationKeywords: Compensation, Motivation, Discipline and Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test the influence of Variable Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Current Liabilities To Inventory (CLI), Operating Income to Total Assets (OITL), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) on profit growth. The data was obtained by purposive sampling method with the criteria of Multi-Industry Manufacturing Companies in the automotive sector and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012-2016.The results of the analysis showed that the data used in this study have fulfilled classical assumptions, which include: no symptoms of multicolinearity, no autocorrelation, no symptoms of heterosceticity, and normal distributed data. From the results of regression analysis shows that variable Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Current Liabilities To Inventory (CLI), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) have a significant positive effect on profit growth. While the variables Operating Income to Total Assets (OITL) and Total Asset Turnover (TAT), have no significant effect on profit growth. The six variables used in this study (WCTA, CLI, OITL, TAT, NPM and GPM) jointly influenced profit growth. Keywords: Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Current Liabilities To Inventory (CLI), Operating Income to Total Assets (OITL), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and profit growth.
