Abstract

The study's goal was to examine how factors like as pricing, promotion, product, and location influenced consumers' decisions to buy property held by PT Beringin Subur Kencana. Price, Product, Location, and Promotion were the four independent factors that were examined in the study. The participants in the study were those who had purchased PT Beringin Subur Kencana-owned property. There were 45 participants in the study as a whole. The entire population is taken because there are fewer than 100 people. Quantitative techniques are used in the analysis procedure. The price variable had the highest t value in this study, as a result. As a result, the most important factor in PT Beringin Subur Kencana's decision to buy property is pricing.

Abstract

In Indonesia, coffee is one of the primary goods in the plantation sub-sector which plays a large role. Coffee farmers and other economic actors involved in processing and marketing use this function as a source of income, employment and foreign exchange. This study aims to study the factors that influence the demand for Indonesian coffee in Indonesia. The data analyzed is time series data for 2010-2020, the analysis tool uses multiple linear regression models estimated using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method using SPSS 25. Based on the results of data analysis, the factors influencing demand for Indonesian coffee. The researcher concludes that the price of Indonesian coffee, the price of Indonesian tea and Indonesia's GDP can well explain the equation for Indonesian coffee demand, but individually only the price of Indonesian tea and Indonesia's GDP have a significant effect on explaining the equation for Indonesian coffee demand.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on sales at Thrift Shop Clothing 69 Bandar Lampung. This research is associative in nature which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables that function to explain, predict, and control phenomena. Respondents in this study were customers of thrift shop Sadang 69, totaling 50 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The data testing process is assisted by the SPSS 25.0 application program. According to the partial test results, service quality has a positive and significant effect on sales, promotion has a positive and significant effect on sales, and simultaneous testing shows that service quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on sales at the Thrift Shop Clothing Store 69 Bandar Lampung.
