Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkat ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni analisis koefisien gini ratio dan kurva lorenz. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni: ketimpangan pendapatan penduduk miskin berada pada kategori rendah dilihat dari nilai koefisien gini 0,24 atau merata dimana 24 persen dari total sampel atau sekitar 30 orang saja yang pendapatannya timpang selebihnya 76 persen atau sekitar 96 orang lainnya merata.

Abstract

Covid-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019) adalah penyakit akibat serangan virus SARSCov-2 yang kasusnya pertama kali menyerang manusia di Provinsi Wuhan, China. Indonesia menerapkan kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) untuk menekan penyebaran virus ini yang  berakibat pada terkendalanya beberapa pasokan bahan pangan salah satunya minyak goreng di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan memprediksi perkiraan harga minyak goreng di kota Bandar Lampung untuk kurang lebih 8 bulan ke depan khususnya saat pandemi  Covid-19. Metode analisis menggunakan model Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa harga minyak goreng di Bandar Lampung akan mengalami kenaikan hingga Desember 2020, dengan harga rata-rata adalah sebesar Rp 13.423,49. Abstract

Pertambahan jumlah penduduk di Indonesia menjadi salah satu faktor pendorong pelaksanaan program swasembada daging sapi. Beberapa upaya dilakukan oleh pemerintah demi mencapai program swasembada daging sapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji sejauh mana program-program yang dilakukan untuk mencapai program swasembada daging sapi. Metode yang dilakukan berupa studi literatur. Banyaknya program Kementrian Pertanian yang dicanangkan membuat Kementrian Pertanian tidak fokus dalam pelaksanaan program, sehingga tidak ada satupun komoditi yang berhasil swasembada. Kontrol  jumlah sapi di Indonesia masih diperankan oleh importir. Program swasembada daging perlu dikaji ulang, mengingat program swasembada daging ini justru merugikan negara Indonesia dimana banyaknya pihak-pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab memanfaatkan program swasembada daging sebagai ranah untuk korupsi. Pemerintah sebaiknya fokus terhadap program swasembada yang benar-benar mungkin dicapai, tidak terlalu banyak menargetkan swasembada. Pemerintah sebaiknya memuat target jangka pendek, menengah, dan panjang untuk pratinjau ulang pentingnya swasembada sapi. Kata Kunci: Daging Sapi, Kebijakan, Swasembada

Abstract

The increase of population caused many agricultural land  converted into settlements, so the challenge of fulfilling food from the agricultural sector is increasing. One of the efforts to optimize the fulfillment of food needs from increasingly narrow land is to use the plots of land with hydroponic system plantations. This study is aimed to analyze the advantages of hydroponic organic lettuce in the DFT (Deep Flow Technique) system in the plots, break-even points of hydroponic farming, and R / C ratio of hydroponic vegetable farming. This research was carried out in March to April 2019. in the yard of the Sidondo Agricultural Technology Research and Assessment (IP2TP) office located in Sidondo III Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This research  using cost and income analysis, break even point, and R / C ratio. The results of the study through break-even analysis or Break Even Point (BEP) analysis viewed from two sides: in terms of total production / BEP (Q) and in terms of selling price / BEP (Rp), a DFT BEP (Q) of 32.5 is obtained kg and Rp. 18,581 on BEP. It's obtained 2.15 on R / C Ratio Analysis  in farming. Hydroponic farming in the backyard is profitable.

Abstract

Partnership arrangement leads to differences in the production and management of mustard farming between partner farmers and non-partner farmers. Partnership can affect input and output prices, cultivation techniques, and productivity of mustard. The objectives of this study were to identify factors that affect farmer participation in partnerships, effects of partnership on efficiency, and factors affecting inefficiency in mustard farming. The research used cross-sectional data from a sample of 70 mustard farmers, consisting of 35 farmers with partnership arrangement and 35 farmers with no partnership. The methods used were logistic regression analysis, stochastic frontier production function, and dual cost function. The research results show that factors affecting farmers to get involved in partnership are productivity and income. By participating in partnerships, farmers’ farming will be more technically efficient but allocatively and economically inefficient. Factors affecting technical inefficiency include education, number of family members and participation in partnerships. The results of the research also show that partnerships may create opportunities to the farmers to increase their farming productivity. However, they still need facilitation or assistance from the government or local institutions especially in formulating the contract agreement.

Abstract

Pemerintah sampai saat ini telah membuat program percepatan diversifikasi konsumsi pangan untuk mengatasi ketergantungan masyarakat terhadap tepung terigu. Bentuk kebijakan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan memanfaatkan potensi pangan lokal yaitu dari kelompok umbi-umbian, salah satu diantaranya adalah ubi kayu. Diversifikasi produk olahan ubi kayu yang sudah dikembangkan saat ini adalah tepung ubi kayu tinggi protein. Pengembangan produk brownies substitusi tepung ubi kayu tinggi protein diharapkan dapat menurunkan konsumsi tepung terigu. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mendapatkan produk brownies substitusi tepung ubi kayu tinggi protein. Selain analisis proksimat, pengamatan yang dilakukan terhadap  sifat sensoris warna,  aroma, rasa/after taste, tekstur dan penerimaan keseluruhan produk brownies substitusi tepung ubi kayu tinggi protein. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian sensoris, diperoleh perlakuan substitusi tepung ubi kayu tinggi protein : tepung terigu = 80% : 20% (B4) sebagai produk brownies pilihan panelis. Hasil analisis proksimat terhadap kadar air, kadar protein, kadar lemak, kadar serat, kadar abu dan karbohidrat produk brownies B4 berturut-turut adalah 12.65 %; 5.07 % ; 21.52 % ; 2.31 % ; 1,13 % dan 57.33 %.

Abstract

Coffee shops are currently still constrained by the procurement of raw materials, assurance of product quality continuity, inadequate supply, and the accuracy of delivery time. This study aims to understand the characteristics of coffee entrepreneurs and the accuracy of the procurement of coffee shop coffee raw materials in Bandar Lampung. This research was conducted from May to October 2020. Sampling has done by snowball technique for 10 coffee shops. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that coffee shop entrepreneurs in Bandar Lampung are coffee shop entrepreneurs aged 20-29 years, have a higher education level, had experience less than two years, and coffee shop entrepreneurs have of 6 workers in average. Procurement of raw materials has met the criteria for the accuracy of timing and quantity. However, it is necessary to increase the accuracy of the place, price, type, quantity, and quality, so that the sustainability of the coffee shop business in Bandar Lampung can be maintained.

Abstract

The added value of high protein cassava flour to brownies shows the potential of the product to be developed. Producers of brownies made from high protein cassava flour must be oriented towards consumer interests, namely producing products that are in accordance with consumer demands and desires. This research aimed to analyze the added value of high protein cassava flour as a raw material for making steamed brownies and to analyze consumer attitudes towards steamed brownie products made from high protein cassava flour. This study used cross section data from high-protein cassava flour brownies and 25 consumers. The method of value added analysis used is the Hayami method and fishbein for analysis of consumer properties. The results showed that the added value of brownies made from high protein cassava flour: Rp.29.356 kg with a value added ratio of 49.92 high category. Overall consumer attitudes are positive for high protein cassava flour brownies and the attributes that are considered for purchasing high protein cassava flour brownies include taste and price.

Abstract

Partnership is one of the institutions that plays an important role in agricultural development in Indonesia. Contracts in partnerships result in differences in production, productivity, and cultivation techniques. Farmers who have not been able to allocate optimally production factors in their farming production processes will influence the production costs and farmers' income. This study aims to identify factors that influence farmers participating in partnerships, the effect of partnerships on the efficiency of mustard farming, and the factors that influence the inefficiency of mustard farming. This study uses cross section data from 70 samples of mustard farmers, consisting of 35 partner farmers and 35 non-partner farmers. The method used is cost analysis and income analysis. The results showed that the average income of partner farmers for cash costs amounted to Rp 20,932,943 and profits at a total cost of Rp 12,828,443. In non-partner farmers, income from cash costs amounted to Rp. 22,118,483 and revenues from total costs amounted to Rp. 14,492,164. Partner farmer income is lower than non-partner farmers. With participation participating partnering to reduce income because of different input and output prices between partner farmers and non-partner farmers. Keywords: Partnership, farming income, green mustard
