Sanggar tari merupakan bagian dari pendidikan nonformal yang memiliki fungsi dalam membentuk kepribadian peserta didik. Padepokan Seni Alang Alang Kumitir, kecamatan Tegaldlimo, kabupaten Banyuwangi, merupakan salah satu sanggar tari yang dipilih oleh peneliti karena Padepokan Seni Alang Alang Kumitir telah meraih berbagai prestasi di bidang seni. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengelolaan pembelajaran tari pada Padepokan Seni Alang Alang Kumitir, kecamatan Tegaldlimo, kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat tiga aspek dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran, yaitu (1) perencanaan pembelajaran pada Padepokan Seni Alang Alang Kumitir tersusun secara matang dan tertulis meliputi tujuan, materi, metode, serta media pembelajaran; (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah dibuat oleh pemilik sanggar tari; (3) Penilaian pembelajaran diadakan setelah semua materi diajarkan dan dilaksanakan setiap tahun. Terdapat kelemahan dalam kegiatan pelaksanaan, yaitu penerapan metode drill yang membuat cantrik menjadi tertekan dan bosan. Saran untuk peneliti di masa depan adalah memiliki pandangan ilmiah dalam mengkaji pengelolaan pembelajaran tari di sanggar, serta melakukan penelitian baru yang menghasilkan produk video tari dan buku tari guna mendukung kebutuhan proses pembelajaran di sanggar. The Alang Alang Kumitir Art Center, located in Tegaldlimo District, Banyuwangi Regency, is one of the dance studios selected by the researchers due to its numerous accomplishments in the arts. This study aims to describe the management of dance learning at the Alang Alang Kumitir Art Center in Tegaldlimo District, Banyuwangi Regency. The research methodology employed in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. To ensure data validity, source triangulation and technique triangulation were employed. The study's findings reveal three aspects of learning management: (1) learning planning at the Alang Alang Kumitir Art Center is thoroughly prepared and documented, including objectives, materials, methods, and learning tools; (2) The implementation of learning follows the established plan set by the dance studio owner; (3) Learning assessment takes place after all materials have been taught and is conducted on an annual basis. However, there are weaknesses in the implementation activities, particularly in the application of the drill method, which may lead to the students feeling unmotivated and bored. Suggestions for future researchers include adopting a scientific perspective in studying the management of dance learning in dance studios and conducting further research to produce dance video products and dance books that support the learning needs of the dance studio.
