Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the interest in using the Payment Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) for the people in Ternate City. The casual study analysis method becomes a method in this study by using a quantitative approach. The perceived benefits gained by using QRIS can improve job performance by making digital payments efficient and effective.The perception of security that exists in using QRIS makes someone want to use it in a cash payment system for non-cash payments because apart from the benefits you get there is also the perceived security in using the technology.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to examine the influence of Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioners and Financial Performance on Company Value. The population in this study are state-owned companies registered with the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The data sources used are secondary data and multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research results show that Institutional Ownership influences Company Value, Independent Commissioners influence Company Value, and dividend policy has no effect on Company Value.

Abstract

The growing variety of beauty products is an advantage for consumers because they have many alternative choices to choose from. This makes it necessary for beauty clinics to read consumer desires in order to have loyal customers. The aim of this research is to determine the positive influence of halal awareness and religiosity on consumer decisions in choosing a Muslim beauty clinic. This research is quantitative research using a survey method. The population in this study were female consumers who were in Trenggalek Regency, East Java and had used Muslimah beauty clinic products and services. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 150 people. The results of this study indicate that halal awareness and religiosity have a positive influence on consumer decisions in choosing a Muslim beauty clinic. These results confirm that halal awareness is an important factor for Muslim consumers to evaluate products and convince them of the quality of the products being sold. In addition, with the large diversity of beauty products available, companies must pay attention to the value of religiosity as part of measuring a person's Islamic faith and contribute to determining purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing dan e-commerce terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan, populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 33 orang, metode penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu semua populasi menjadi sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis berupa uji T (parsial) dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, nilai signifikansi Digital marketing pada tabel Coefficients didapatkan hasil sebesar 0.005 (nilai sig.lebih kecil dari alpha (α)=0,05), yang artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara Digital Marketing Peningkatan Volume Penjualan pada PT. Kebun Permata Nusantara Makassar. Sementara nilai signifikansi E-commerce sebesar 0.000 (nilai sig.lebih kecil dari alpha ()=0,05) sehingga yang artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara Ecommerce terhadap Peningkatan Volume Penjualanpada PT. Kebun Permata Nusantara Makassar.pada nilai coefficient determinasi atau adjusted R square, Digital marketing (X1 ) dan Market Place (X2) berpengaruh Peningkatan Volume Penjualan(Y) sebesar 91,8% sedangkan sisanya (100% - 91,8% = 8,2%) dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-K) is a scholarship given by the government to high school graduates and equivalent who excel but have economic limitations to continue their studies at university level, both at state and private universities. The Indonesian government has issued the KIP-K since 2020 as a form of educational assistance. In North Maluku Province, especially on Sula Island, there is still minimal information regarding KIP-K. This service activity aims to share information regarding the benefits of higher education and how to obtain a KIP-K scholarship for students who have financial limitations. This community service is carried out at SMAN 1 Kepulauan Sula, MAN 1 Kepulauan Sula, SMAN 7 Kepulauan Sula, SMAN 9 Kepulauan Sula and SMAN 11 Kepulauan Sula. This activity was carried out in two stages, namely socialization and mentoring. The implementation of this activity went well, smoothly and was full of enthusiasm from the participants, especially students who wanted to continue their studies at university level. The final result of this socialization and mentoring is that the participants have succeeded in creating their own accounts, filling in data and registering for KIP-K.

Abstract

In this study discusses the differences between the provision of mortgageson conventional bank financing of home ownership inIslamic banks. The result so fthis study indicate a difference in the systems used inconventional banks to Islamic banks.The most fundamental differenceis the system of interestare used inconventional banking and losss haring principle in Islamic banking. With the system of interestrateisset to change at any time in accordance with bank policies, where as if you use the principle of profit sharing and loss margin can not be changed because it is in conformity with the murabaha contract.
