Abstract

The development of Islamic economics with the application of sharia principles in economic activities is starting to be practiced in the field of sharia finance. This started with the establishment of sharia banking, then followed by the emergence of the sharia capital market as an investment tool to attract profits and seek capital. The Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) as the antithesis of the conventional capital market has challenges when carrying out investments using sharia principles, this is because securities in the form of shares are greatly influenced by macroeconomic aspects such as interest rates. So sharia share prices are very sensitive to the dynamics of interest rates. This research seeks to see the extent of the influence of interest rates on sharia sham prices at JII. The method used is VECM analysis to see long-term effects. The results of this research found that the interest rate variable did not significantly influence sharia stock prices in the long term, however the results of the VECM analysis found that there was a negative relationship, meaning that there was still an influence, although not significant. So sharia share prices can still be affected by changes in conventional interest rates.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide learning videos to all participants in the National Science Olympiad in Natural Sciences. This learning video is a free learning resource that can be accessed anytime and anywhere via the YouTube platform. These learning videos consist of 9 videos containing OSN Science grids and are collected into one playlist entitled KSN IPA (Fisika) SMP. The use of YouTube in supporting preparations for the science olympiads at junior high school level can be said to be effective by looking at the number of viewers, the number of likes and that no one gave a dislike. Ease of access and targeted material content can be something that attracts students participating in OSN. Even the comments column can also be used as a medium for discussion and correction of each material presented.

Abstract

Snake Fruit or Salak is a commodity that is quite in demand by the community. Currently, the products that can be enjoyed are fruit and juice. Meanwhile, the potential for processing other products is still lacking to be explored to provide benefits for producers. Therefore, our team held a workshop that focused on the production of snake fruit products. This workshop aims to equip local residents with the knowledge and skills to utilize snake fruit, a resource that is widely available but potentially underutilized in the community.This workshop consists of a tutorial on processing snake fruit into various products. We provide participants with hands-on experience and guidance on making items such as jam, jelly, or even dried snake fruit snacks. Two weeks after the workshop, a follow-up evaluation was conducted to assess the effectiveness of the training and explore potential challenges faced by participants in applying their new skills. The contribution of this project is the empowerment of the Bobo Village community through knowledge sharing and promoting the use of local resources in the form of Snake Fruit Dates and Sweetened Snake Fruit

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how prices, menu changes, and social media marketing affect customers' decisions to buy from the Rumakadua cafe. This kind of study employs a quantitative methodology. 112 respondents made up the study's sample, and SPSS Statistics 29 software was utilized to analyze the data using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The study's findings suggest that pricing, menu changes, and social media marketing all significantly influence the factors that influence consumers' decisions to buy

Abstract

The Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-K) is a scholarship program provided by the government for high school graduates who excel academically but are economically disadvantaged and unable to continue their studies at university. The KIP-K program aims to increase opportunities for students to pursue higher education by providing monthly living expenses and tuition fees for students who meet the eligibility criteria. Through KIP-K, it is expected to create a competitive and well-educated generation of future leaders. In North Maluku Province, particularly in Malifut, North Halmahera Regency, many students still lack information about the KIP-K scholarship. Therefore, this community service activity aimed to provide insights into the importance of pursuing education at the university level and how underprivileged students can apply for the KIP-K scholarship. This activity was carried out at SMAN 4 Halmahera Utara and SMKN 2 Halmahera Utara. As a result of this socialization, students successfully created their own accounts and registered for the KIP-K scholarship. It is hoped that through this program, students will take advantage of higher education opportunities through KIP-K and be able to continue their studies and achieve their goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of content quality on willingness to pay a premium price through brand trust among Viu users in Indonesia. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study are users of Viu premium in Indonesia. The number of samples in this study were 119 respondents. The data was processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 4.0 as a statistical program. The results of this study show that, content quality does not directly influence willingness to pay a premium price. Meanwhile, content quality positively and significantly effect on brand trust, which in turn significantly drives consumers' willingness to pay a premium price. This research demonstrates brand trust's crucial mediating role. The implications of this study highlight the importance of a strategic approach for video streaming service providers that not only focuses on content quality but also on building and maintaining brand trust. This can be achieved through marketing strategies that emphasize core brand values, such as transparency, reliability, and a commitment to quality, as a strategy to increase willingness to pay premium price.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the differences between two gas stations that operate close to each other and within same traffic lane which be a reference to which gas station has a competitive advantage. The variables used in this study are service quality consist of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy as well as customer satisfaction and were analyzed using index analysis and comparison of business characteristics. Researchers used a sample of 114 people and was carried out for 4 months. From this study, it was concluded that gas station customers felt that Gas Station 74,921.08 was superior in terms of Tangibility, Responsiveness, Empathy, and Customer Satisfaction. Then the gas station 74.921.05 excelled in terms of Reliability.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel wujud, jaminan, dan empaty terhadap kualitas layanan SPBU yang beroperasi pada Kota Sungguminasa. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga variabael dari Kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari wujud, jaminan, dan  empaty  serta Kepuasan Pelanggan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 114 orang yang telah menggunakan layanan kedua SPBU tersebut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di daerah Sungguminasa dimana SPBU 74.921.05 dan SPBU 74.921.08 beroperasi. penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa secara simultan, varibel wujud, jaminan, dan empaty memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada SPBU di Kota Sungguminasa, yakni SPBU 74.921.08 dan SPBU 74.921.05. Sedangakan secara parsial, katiga variabel tersebut masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kata kunci: Wujud, Jaminan, Empati, Layanan, Kepuasan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKUntuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari reliability dan responsiveness terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) di Gowa. Jenis penelitian yang diimplementasikan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah secara simultan, varibel reliability dan responieveness memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada SPBU di Kota Sungguminasa Sedangkan secara parsial, reliability dan responieveness memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kata kunci: Reliability, Responsiveness, Kualitas, Layanan, Sungguminasa
