Abstract

The Office of Religious Affairs has a role in religious matters, especially marriage. In improving the function, KUA Dawarblandong use the "SIMKAH" website for marriage registration, but candidates must also come to KUA to register and complete the offline registration process to KUA. However, it can interfere with other KUA services such as referral and isbat registration which is still done with offline, because because of the large queue at the time of the wedding season comes and also the processing of schedules for the trial is irregular. From this problem, encourage researchers to develop a web-based marriage service management system with the PHP programming language and Codeigniter framework using the waterfall method and use the Whatsapp Gateway API to receive information. This method begins with requirements engineering, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. This research can produce in 44 functional requirements, 1 non-functional requirement, unit testing, integration and validation to get 100% valid test cases, and this system can be accessed in different web browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Android Browser and Safari Browser

Abstract

CV Sitiari is a domestic worker supplier foundation that distributes maids, babysitters, and also carers for the elderly. In doing business, there were several problems that were felt by CV. Sitiari. The first problem is the difficulty of synchronizing data for domestic workers and employers from one branch to another, all transaction data, employees and customers are synchronized between branches using Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, and SMS. This makes inter-branch synchronization ineffective. The second problem is recording errors in orders and payments. Recording of orders and payments that are still done manually causes synchronization between employees who handle orders and employees who handle payments to be ineffective and errors often occur. Based on these problems, a management system development and ordering services for domestic workers were carried out that could solve the problems on CV. Sitiari. The software development process in this study was carried out using the Waterfall method. The stages carried out in this research are literature study, requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and drawing conclusions and suggestions. This system was developed based on web and PHP programming language. This system uses Midtrans as a payment gateway. Unit testing was carried out by the white-box testing method and produced 100% valid data from 3 test cases. Validation testing used the black-box testing method and produced 100% valid data from 39 test cases. The compatibility test was carried out with 100% valid results.

Abstract

CV. Mufidah Terminal Print is a company in Gorontalo engaged in digital printing. Payroll system applied by CV. Mufidah Terminal Print is currently still being done conventionally, so data input errors caused by human errors often occur which lead to calculation of employee salaries, besides the payroll process is considered to take a long time, starting from the process of recording attendance, overtime, leave and permits until double checking the salary calculation results. Based on the existing problems, researchers aim to build an employee payroll system that is integrated directly with the fingerprint machine, as well as assisting in the management of overtime, leave and employee permits so as to facilitate the process of calculating employee salaries. In this study the system was built with the SDLC Prototyping model with the Evolutionary Prototyping approach. Implementation of the system is done with the Codeigniter framework and uses MySQL as a database implementation. The test results on the system both in the first and second iteration show a value of 100% valid on unit testing, integration and validation. In addition, compatibility testing shows the system can run well on various browsers and devices without any critical issues, major and minor issues.

Abstract

Code smell is defect code in object-oriented programming it can cause a problem in the maintenance software system. Defect code cause class that tends to centralize the intelligence of the software system it means god class and brain class code smells. God class occurs because of functional complexity in class high, cohesion class high, and to many use data from the other class. Brain class occurs because it has a brain method in a software system. Detection code smell can be done manually, but it has a long time if detection hundreds code in a software system. That be required tool for detection god class and brain class code smells automatically. to reduce programmer effort in overcoming god class and brain class code smells problem. This system uses software metrics to measure classification god class and brain class. This system has been tested by unit test it used whitebox method, integration testing used bottom up integration method and validation testing used blackbox method. This system can be operated detection god class and brain class code smell less than one second and have detection accuracy one hundred percent.

Abstract

The Environmental Service of Malang City is a government agency engaged in the regional environmental sector which includes activities to supervise, control and control the environment in Malang City. The role of DLH Malang City in providing services requires a permit document for planning activities or business in the environment as legal protection for the environment and society against the impact of issuing administrative decisions. In the environmental document storage process, it is stored in the form of physical documents and electrical documents. In the electrical document storage mechanism, each officer is required to provide data reports on the results of client services related to activities for recapitulation into a computer archive. All data is recapitulated in excel, while environmental document files are stored in the computer directory. The problem that was found was that the review process was not optimal because of the limitations of officers in reporting or client services requiring time and effort to access the archive computer. The complaint mechanism acts as a means of alleged incidental complaints to provide rights and opportunities for the community to be able to take an active role in protecting and managing the environment of Malang City. The problem that was found in this mechanism, DLH Malang city wanted to use the existing website to be able to function as a complaint medium to support the quality of complaint services. Therefore, the authors conducted a study by proposing that this service system was built to help optimize the needs of officers to improve the quality of DLH services in Malang. The waterfall model is used because all needs are clearly defined in advance.

Abstract

There are problems in the HR department at PT.Toyogiri Iron Steel. The first problem is the procedure for applying for overtime, leave and permission. Employees who make submissions must ask for signatures from their superiors and department heads before being approved by HRD. This creates a problem, the boss is not in the factory or not present. HRD also cannot monitor employee overtime. HRD checks employees who are doing overtime whether it is in accordance with the proposed hours. Not yet integrated between salary calculation and attendance. The integration of components such as attendance data recapitulation, overtime, permits, leave, allowances and deductions in salary. The HRD entered manually where time was less efficient. And provides additional functions such as issuing warning letters, suspension and promotion / demotion. From these problems, the authors will create a web-based human resource information system at PT. Toyogiri Iron Steel. This system functions to store information, assist applications for overtime, leave and permits, integration of attendance and payroll, submit promotion / demotion and warnings. Development of a web-based system developed with the waterfall style SDLC. The system is created with object-oriented design and uses the MVC (Model-View-Controller) method in the CodeIgniter framework by dividing it into 3 parts, a model for interaction to the database, a controller for the main logic, and a view for the system view, and MySQL and MariaDB as the database. From the results of requirements engineering, there are 64 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. In the design and implementation results, the PHP programming language is used with the CodeIgniter framework. The interface implementation uses the HTML, CSS, and Javascript programming languages. In system testing, unit testing is carried out using white box testing with the basis path testing method tested on 3 sample functions with all valid values. Validation testing is tested for all functional requirements with all valid values. Validation testing for compatibility, system applications were tested on 6 different web browsers with all the results running well.

Abstract

PT. Akas Mila Sejahtera (hereinafter referred to as Akas IV) is a bus service based company with economy and Patas classes. There are hundreds of buses and crews serving passengers every day. Even so, every duty recording and management of the Daily Report was still done manually. Dynamic duty changes in bus fleets and crews can lead to errors in recording by the Service Manager. The errors in recording can lead bus fail to depart because the crews were incomplete. In addition, because the sales of tickets were still carried out conventionally by the Conductor using official Akas IV ticket sheets, the Cashier was also recording the Daily Report manually. If there is a mismatch that lead a loss to the company, then it will be borne by the conductor. This has an impact on the income of the crews. Based on this statement, the solution chosen was to build a system that could manage the service and the crews Daily Report at Akas IV. The construction of this system uses a waterfall development model and an object-oriented approach. The system is built using web service technology because the system is built on a web and mobile platform. This system is tested using unit testing, integration testing, validation testing and compatibility testing strategies which showed valid results.

Abstract

Hack and slash is a genre of a video game that a player is playing as a character that beats enemies using melee weapon. The enemies in this kind of game are non-player characters. Which mean those characters are controlled by machine instead of human. Because of that reason, developing NPCs in a video game like hack and slah is important. We've implemented three NPCs in this reaserch, they are called NPC1, NPC2 and NPC3. They are designed in states and transitions using Hirarchical Finite State Machine and implemented in Unity game engine. Those NPCs are tested using Test Flow Diagram and Frame Per Second Test. The result of TFD shown that NPCs are working normally as expected in genereted flows. And the last for FPS test shown that on the system spesification, NPC1 could run the game up to 250 NPCs at 60 FPS. For NPC2 and NPC3 could run the game up to 200 NPCs at 60 FPS.

Abstract

These days technology is growing rapidly throughout the world. One of the technologies that is growing rapidly is mobile information and communication technology (smartphones). Many elementary school students in Indonesia now use smartphones just to play games. As a result, enthusiasm for learning, especially in mathematics began to decrease. Mathematics is still a subject that is considered difficult, especially by elementary school level students. This research will develop an educational game with android-based with mathematical theme. The goal is to help elementary school level students to increase their enthusiasm for learning in mathematics through learning media in the form of games. In its development the researcher using the Game Development Life Cycle method. There are 6 stages including Initiation, Pre-Production, Production, Testing, Beta, and Release. The test will be carried out using the Test Flow Diagram method to test the gameplay flow based on the player's point of view. For Beta testing in this study using the Fun Testing method. Players will try the games that have been made then fill out the questionnaire. The results of the Test Flow Diagram test show that the gameplay flow is going well. Whereas the results of Fun Testing on the level of pleasure of players in playing this educational game are 85% of 20 elementary school level students in grades 1 to 3.

Abstract

Modernization requires all areas of human life to be fast and easy, including education. As is the case with activities to increase a sense of nationalism through learning Indonesian culture, carried out with methods that are creative, innovative, fun and not boring (Fadillah, 2016). Learning can use the application "Jagoan Indonesia" on mobile devices. In this game, there are main functions, namely exploring, puzzles and quizzes. Puzzles are used to match the map of Indonesia with regional names, however the roaming and quiz functions are still under development. In order to adapt to the current state of the user, it is necessary to measure the quality and design to make it more user friendly in terms of users and to make a good user experience must be good usability. In this study using usability testing. Usability testing is used on of learnability, efficiency , errors and level of satisfaction (Nielson, 2012). In this case, the sample of test was taken from 10 students of MI Plandi 1. Performed in two scenarios, namely without the application and with the application. The purpose of this study was to find out the process and results of usability testing on the mobile application "Jagoan Indonesia" in class students. 4-6 MI Plandi 1. The results of the calculation using usability tasting are in the form of Learnability 100%, Efficiency 0.0027, Error 0.2 and Satisfaction 69,00 and acceptance on high categori. Thus, it can be said that the application on Indonesian whiz mobile devices can be accepted and used well by respondents. It is also influenced by the age factor of the respondents who mostly enter adolescence and most of them are female, which is able to increase the acceptance of new material well.
