Abstract

Perilaku tidak aman terjadi karena dua hal, faktor internal seperti motivasi dan persepsi, serta faktor eksternal seperti peraturan, pengawasan, ketersediaan APD dan komunikasi. Konstruksi merupakan salah satu industri yang memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi terjadinya kecelakaan yang dapat menimbulkan luka-luka, penyakit, hilangnya hari kerja, kematian, maupun kerugian perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor berisiko perilaku tidak aman serta faktor internal dan eksternal yang berhubungan dengan unsafe action (perilaku tidak aman) pada pekerja konstruksi proyek Rel Kreta Api oleh PT. Nindya Citra Kharisma, KSO, tahun 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan desain cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel diperoleh secara total sampling/sampling dari jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 pekerja/tukang bangunan. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 29 (39.7%) berisiko tinggi berperilaku tidak aman dan 44 (60.3%) berisiko rendah berperilaku tidak aman. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan (P value=0,031), sikap (P value=1,000), pengawasan (P value=0,092) dengan perilaku tidak aman (unsafe action) pada pekerja konstruksi PT.Nindya Citra Kharisma ,KSO. Adapun saran yang ditujukan kepada pihak perusahaan adalah mengikut sertakan petugas HSE ataupun pekerja dalam seminar ataupun pelatihan K3, Membuat peraturan secara tertulis kepada pekerja agar pekerja dapat menerapkan peraturan pada saat bekerja.

Abstract

There are several strategies available to manage risk, including shifting responsibility to others, avoiding potential hazards, reducing the severity of negative outcomes, or choosing to accept and deal with the consequences to some or all extent. As the first step in implementing OHS. This research aims to identify OHS hazards and risks in UG Priangan tofu-making MSMEs in Bojongsari 2023. The type of research is semi-quantitative with primary data collection through in-depth interviews with 3 informants and observation. The data that has been obtained is processed and analyzed descriptively. The results of hazard identification found 6 types of hazards, namely mechanical hazards from slippery floors, electrical hazards from machine use, physical hazards from noise from the sound of steam pressure, chemical hazards from soybean water and seed water (vinegar acid), ergonomic hazards from repetitive movements, and psychosocial hazards from working hours. The risks found were 10 risks of work accidents and 15 risks of occupational diseases. It is recommended for business owners to provide information about the risks of work processes, tools, and materials in the workplace and conduct OHS risk assessments.

Abstract

The implementation of a culture of patient safety is crucial in hospitals so that patients do not experience unwanted or unexpected hazards during hospitalization. Hospital X. Bekasi has a quality unit, but incident reporting at Hospital X. Bekasi is not going well. This illustrates the implementation of a patient safety culture that is not running well. This study aims to look at the culture of patient safety among nurses in RSX. The year 2022 is seen in the 12 dimensions of the culture of patient safety, according to the Association for Health Care and Research Quality (AHRQ). This research uses a cross-sectional design. The population in this study is the nurse who directly serves the patient. A large sample in this study of 90 nurses was taken with total sampling techniques. The instrument used in this study is the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC), which has 12 dimensions. The results showed average positive responses from 12 dimensions of patient safety culture (62.5%), Higher Expectations and Action in Promoting Patient Safety (53.3%), Learning for Organizational Continuous Improvement (64.8%), Unit Collaboration (57.5%), Open Communication (61.1), Feedback and Communication on Errors (63.2%), Non-Positive Response (79.6%), Staffing (69.4%), Management Support Dimension for Patient Security (92.2%), Inter-Units Cooperation (64.4%), Overall Perception of Patients Safety (50.2%), Incident Reporting Frequency (50.7%) and Incident Reports Frequencies (50.7%). Hospital X. Bekasi is expected to continue and maintain patient safety programs, evaluate the number of existing staff, improve incident reporting motivation, and conduct comprehensive and periodic patient safety culture measurements.
