Abstract

This study aims to find out how (1) the management of Lake Tarusan and (2) how the management of facilities and infrastructure of natural attractions of Lake Tarusan. This type of research uses qualitative description, while for informants this research uses Purposive Sampling, the informants are Wali Nagari or Wali Nagari Staff, the Community, and also visitors in this Tarusan lake. The explanation for data collection techniques in this study is through (1) observation (2) interviews (3) documentation. As for techniques using (1) data analysis (2) data reduction (3) display data (4) drawing conclusions. The results of the research conducted to find out how the management of Lake Tarusan natural tourism objects can be seen from several aspects, including, (1) the management of Lake Tarusan tourism objects which are the managers, including the people of the area, while for the Regional Government has not fully participated in the management, while for the financial sember obtained for the management of Lake Tarusan objects is obtained from community fees and also donations from prospective Calek in the region (2) the management of facilities and infrastructure in the previous Tarusan Lake natural attractions has not been well organized, it is due to the lack of incoming costs and attention from the Regional Government, the management of Lake Tarusan attractions has not been satisfactory both in terms of facilities such as prayer rooms, toilets and seating for visitors. Meanwhile, in terms of infrastructure that is still lacking, namely road access that needs to be expanded, then transportation to get to Lake Tarusan can be .

Abstract

Meteorology and climatology subject requires appropriate teaching materials that are integrated with problem based learning. This type of research is R&D with the focus of research being the validation and practicality of student worksheets. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire. Validation was carried out by three geography education lecturers as experts by filling out questionnaires to assess student worksheets and through discussions to obtain suggestions for improvement. The validation of student worksheets carried out includes four assessment indicators namely content, construct, language, and graph validation. The practicality of student worksheets is filled in by lecturers and students as users by filling in five practicality indicators. The results showed (1) student worksheets integrated with the problem-based learning model were in the valid category for use, (2) student worksheets were in the practical category which meant the worksheets that were developed were easy to understand, easy to implement, efficient in cost and time, and easy to find the tools and materials needed for learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and obtain information about the application of the formulation of a geography learning model that will shape the Islamic character of students in Bukittinggi City by conducting an AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) analysis. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using observation, interviews, and documentation in data collection. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. There are five program priorities that can be applied for development, namely 1) students are accustomed to behaving in a commendable manner and studying hard 2) linking learning with the Al-Quran and Hadith 3) appointing public schools based on Islamic boarding schools 4) facilitating in religious competitions 5) providing provisions for faith and monotheism as early as possible

Abstract

Posyandu for the elderly is a forum for providing health services and guidance to elderly groups in an area by involving the active participation of the community through health cadres. Meanwhile, elderly people are the final stage of human life development. This period of old age is associated with a decrease in the ability to live and individual sensitivity. Important aspects that will impact the quality of life of the elderly include education and health. These two aspects are able to increase the capacity of elderly people to live in society so that they do not become a burden on society and to improve their health status. Describe the health condition and nutritional status of the elderly which can influence the strengthening of households in Bukittinggi City. This research is quantitative descriptive. This research was conducted in West Sumatra Province, especially Bukittinggi City. The population of this study was 80 elderly people. The gender of the elderly in Bukittinggi City is dominated by women at 95%. Measurement of BMI and nutritional status of the elderly in Pariaman showed that 45 respondents (57.9%) had normal nutrition and 34 respondents (42.1%) had abnormal nutrition. The implementation of the elderly health development program has not been in accordance with what implementers in the field expect. The main point is that the implementation was not adhered to by the activity implementers because it was not in accordance with their requests and the situation of the elderly Yandu group. the availability of human resources is adequate, the financing of posyandu for the elderly is inadequate, the availability of facilities and infrastructure is inadequate, the policy is in line with Law no. 36 of 2009 concerning Health article 138, the implementation of posyandu for the elderly is not yet optimal.
