Abstract

The happiness level of MSME actors determines the regional economy. Small business innovation is the driving force behind MSMEs' happiness and business continuity. Business units classified as micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are the locomotives of the regional and national economies. This study aimed to analyze the influence of cultural capital and community involvement on the well-being of MSMEs either directly or through MSME innovation. This study was conducted on MSME agents. Data was collected through questionnaires from 350 MSME agents and 150 MSME agents, and data analysis was performed using the SEM PLS. The study results indicate that cultural capital and community involvement have a positive and significant impact on the innovations undertaken by MSMEs. The cultural capital and innovation of MSMEs have a positive and significant effect on the happiness of MSMEs. In contrast, the role of community participation has an insignificant effect on the happiness of MSMEs. MSME innovation controls the impact of cultural capital on MSME welfare with partial mediation, and MSME innovation controls the impact of public engagement on MSME welfare with complete mediation.

Abstract

The development of information technology forces all sectors to develop and adapt. It is the same with the tourism sector in Bali which is starting to experience a fairly rapid development of technology adoption. This research aims to (1) explore the role of social media and online travel applications in current Bali tourism and (2) predict the number of foreign tourist visits to Bali Province. This study uses a quantitative approach using the province of Bali as the research location, considering that Bali is one of the leading tourism destinations in Indonesia. The results of the analysis show that the use of information technology, especially social media, makes it easier for tourists to access information related to tourist destinations. with existing developments, it is predicted that there will continue to be an increase in the number of tourist visits every year. This must be followed by the development of the tourism supporting sector and the improvement of all related facilities. In addition, health and safety issues must be a top priority.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and corporate image on customer loyalty. The population in this study are customers who use bank products 3 years with a sample of 31 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, t-test and f-test. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that; service quality has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Company image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality and corporate image together have a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge, capital and motivation on interest in investing in the capital market in FEB students registered at the Warmadewa University Investment Gallery. This research is a quantitative research involving data collection and statistical analysis using primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in the form of questionnaires and surveys involving 100 active students. Researchers will send surveys online to students who already have an account. Based on the results of the study, investment knowledge has no significant impact on the interest in investing in the capital market for students enrolled in the Investment Gallery. Where it shows students with good investment knowledge are significantly more interested in investing than students with less knowledge. Students enrolled in the Investment Gallery do not show a significant relationship between investment capital and interest in the capital market. The motivation of FEB students to invest in the capital market is positively correlated with investment interest.

Abstract

The tourism village concept makes tourism development in rural areas a sustainable and community-based sector that can have a widespread impact on the local economy. Sustainable tourism development must pay attention to all stakeholder roles in achieving goals. This research aims to analyze the role of stakeholders in the development of the Sangiran Tourism Village. This research uses the MACTOR (Matrix of Alliance, Tactics Objective and Recommendations) analysis tool. The research results show that there are three main actors in the development of the Sangiran Tourism Village, namely the Krikilan Village Government, Pokdarwis, and the Sangiran Tourism Village Management.

Abstract

Global economic dynamics encourage industry to excel and be competitive. This research aims to identify industry characteristics, measure the level of industrial competitiveness; and then provide strategy suggestions to increase industrial competitiveness. The Porter Diamond Model is used in this research to measure the level of competitiveness of the exhaust industry, where there are four indicators of industrial competitiveness, namely factor conditions, demand conditions, company strategy and competitive structure, as well as related and supporting industries. Using qualitative methods, data collection is carried out using questionnaires. The primary data used was taken from exhaust manufacturers in Purbalingga Regency totaling 67 respondents. Strategy recommendations for increasing industrial competitiveness are determined based on urgency-performance analysis. The results of the industrial competitiveness analysis show that condition factors provide the highest contribution to the competitiveness of the exhaust industry compared to other indicators. Urgency-performance analysis shows that 5 out of 10 sub-factors driving competitiveness have underact status. The strategy to increase industrial competitiveness focuses on competitiveness sub-factors with “under act” status. These strategies include: 1) Providing better business development systems and services, 2) Developing business capacity, and 3) Expanding industrial cooperation.

Abstract

Using 3R waste sorting, awareness literacy on waste management aims to raise public awareness on how to manage a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment. The community service implementation method consists of four stages. This consists of an initial stage, a second stage where coordination with waste managers is carried out, a third stage where everything that has been planned and discussed with waste managers is implemented to residents, a third stage where solutions to the most important waste problems in Sanur Kauh village are sought, and a fourth stage where evaluation is carried out. The results of the community service show that awareness literacy on 3R waste sorting is a very important step in creating a clean, healthy, and sustainable environment. This program can be very beneficial for the people of Sanur Village and the surrounding environment if it involves all levels of society.
