Abstract

PT Menara Riau Perkasa is a company engaged in the rental of heavy equipment. The maintenance process unscheduled mobile crane heavy equipment is quite long within 5 days including overtime and rest hours and 1 day is inspection. Ordering heavy equipment for 6 days so that the company is often in a hurry for the maintenance process. Therefore, optimization of mobile crane maintenance is carried out by measuring the duration of each maintenance process using the Critical Path Method (CPM). This method is used to identify tasks needed in completing the project and determine scheduling flexibility. This method can complete the maintenance process with an effective time of 2.8 days with 8 hours of operation without rest hours and inspection for 1 day so that the total completion is 3.8 days. The use of the CPM method can reduce the maintenance process time because there are 2 main maintenance process activities that can be done at once with limited leeway time for the battery water process and hydraulic repairs.

Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan penyedia jasa logistik yang memberikan pelayanan jasa pergudangan. PT XYZ memiliki masalah dalam proses outbound terdapat kesalahan (error) yang disebabkan oleh manusia (human error), yang mana pada saat proses muat barang ke dalam container itu tidak sesuai dengan form muat, sehingga mengakibatkan penundaan barang yang akan dikirim. Selain itu, masalah ini juga berpengaruh terhadap proses produksi bagi konsumen sehingga ini menyebabkan terjadinya invoice problem. Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique (HEART) merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menghitung keandalan yang diartikan sebagai seberapa besar teknisi melakukan kesalahan dalam task yang seharusnya dilakukan. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 10 task kesalahan yang memiliki kemungkinan human error terbesar dengan nilai HEP 3, yaitu pada proses yaitu pada proses pembuatan nomor pallet, terdapat tugas yaitu mengganti nomor pemesanan sesuai order dan mengganti nomor palet berdasarkan jenis materialnya, Pada proses pengecekan material dengan menggunakan DN Check, terdapat tugas cek part number dan quantity material antara DN Check, proses penataan material, terdapat tugas yaitu penataan dan penalian pada material sesuai SOP, Pada proses penempelan stiker out sesuai part number dan quantity material, Pada proses cetak form muat, terdapat tugas yaitu pivot data barang yang akan dikirim, Dan terakhir yaitu pada proses driver forklift muat barang berdasarkan form muat.

Abstract

Pasar Pagi Arengka Pekanbaru menjadi salah satu pasar tradisional yang berada di Pekanbaru yang masih perlu perbaikan. Beberapa masalahnya yaitu kepadatan lalu lintas dipasar, kemacetan, tata letak pedagang yang tidak teratur, jarak yang sempit antar penjual, parkir tidak tertib, pasar yang kotor, basah dan berlumpur. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode Market Basket Analysis dalam memetakan hubungan asosiasi dari produk yang dibeli oleh pelanggan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengelompokkan kelompok dagang berdasarkan nilai confidence dimana diperoleh 5 itemset kelompok dagang yang memiliki hubungan kedekatan multak dengan nilai confidence 91% - 100%, terdapat 5 itemset sangat penting dengan nilai confidence 81% - 90%, 3 itemset cukup penting dengan nilai confidence 71% - 80%, 178 itemset biasa saja dengan nilai confidence 61% - 70%, 142 itemset kedekatan tidak diinginkan dengan nilai confidence 51% -60%, dan terdapat 101 itemset kelompok dagang yang memiliki hubungan kedekatan sangat tidak diinginkan dengan nilai confidence ≤ 50%.

Abstract

Kartini's Orthodontic Practice is a company engaged in the specialized services in the field of dental health. Service that offered by the Kartini Orthodontic Practice is to correct the position of the teeth irregular, monitor the development and growth of teeth and gums, as well as interpreting the results of examinations and existing diagnoses,dental care, such as scaling, overcoming cavities,tooth extraction, and others. The problem that occurs in this clinic is that doctors often experience complaints of pain in the neck, wrists, waist and legs. work posture analysis was carried out using the ROSA (Rapid Office Strain Assessment) method. Based on the results of the work posture assessment using the ROSA method, it shows that 3 of the workers, there is one worker who is found to be at high risk and must be studied further.

Abstract

Pada divisi Stone Crusher di PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa terjadi kondisi jumlah persediaan hasil produksi batu Splite yang sering kekurangan ataupun kelebihan karena batu gunung selalu melakukan aktivitas produksi setiap hari namun pemakaian pada aspal dan beton menggunakan sistem make to order, sehingga ketika pemakaian batu banyak, bisa mengakibatkan kekurangan. Dari pemakaian yang terjadi secara musiman, maka peneliti akan menentukan persediaan dengan metode Continuous Review System dengan model Q untuk menentukan jumlah biaya yang harus dikeluarkan agar lebih efisien. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode CRS dengan model Q, jumlah pemesanan optimal batu Splite 1/2 = 219 Ton, Safety Stock (SS) = 0, Reorder Point (r) = 4,313 Ton, dan total biaya persediaan = Rp. 15.106.391.598

Abstract

PT Indotruck Utama is a company that supplies and distributes heavy equipment, including Volvo trucks and construction equipment. One of the main problems this company faces is overstocking in the warehouse, which can lead to additional storage space, increased inventory costs, and the risk of damage to goods. This research aims to optimize inventory management by controlling stock at an ideal level and comparing the current total inventory cost with the proposed price. In this study, the Continuous Review System method is applied by first grouping spare parts using the ABC method. This method categorizes inventory items based on the contribution of fund absorption, where category A items absorb the most significant funds, category B is intermediate, and category C has the most minor fund absorption. A total of 24 spare parts items were grouped into these three categories. Next, inventory requirements were forecasted using historical data to estimate the number of spare parts required in the future. Based on the forecasting results, estimated inventory requirements, optimal ordering point (Q*), reorder point, and safety stock were calculated for each item. The results showed that the current total inventory cost reached Rp 343,368,047.63, while with the implementation of the Continuous Review System, the cost can be reduced to Rp 333,425,336.79. Thus, there is a savings of Rp 9,942,710.84 or about 2.90%.

Abstract

PT. Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Tbk is an industry in the field of paper and tissue production. The processing system is one of the factors influencing production results. Maintenance measures must be an important concern. Based on observations and looking at data on machine maintenance costs, it is known that the largest cost incurred by the company in carrying out JRT machine maintenance is IDR 256,000,000, which if it continues will be detrimental to the company. To minimize expenses and optimize component performance, it is necessary to analyze maintenance/replacement policies using the Age Replacement method. One component that is experiencing quite large costs is Unwinder 1, which will be determined by scheduling replacement and maintenance using Age Replacement. Based on the results of data processing using Age Replacement, a replacement schedule for Unwinder 1 components was obtained, namely 10 months with cost savings of IDR 248,444

Abstract

This study explains the redesign of the vendor layout at Panam Market in Pekanbaru using the association rules – market basket analysis method. The research aims to determine consumer shopping behavior patterns and to reorganize the vendor layout at Panam Market Pekanbaru. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the reorganization of the vendor layout at Panam Market Pekanbaru was carried out based on the calculation of the support factor with a minimum value of 3% and the confidence value with a minimum of 60%. From the data processing results using the RapidMiner application, it was found that several vendor stalls in the market need to be positioned closer to each other based on the level of association, categorized as absolutely related, very important, fairly important, neutral, unimportant, and very unimportant.
