Abstract

The value of the company is the selling value of the company or the value of growth for shareholders, the value of the company is reflected in its share price. The main goal of the company is to maximize the value of the company. Increasing the value of the company can also increase investment opportunities by investors so that companies can get additional sources of funds. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity on firm value on the Indonesian stock exchange. The results of this study indicate that (1) liquidity does not affect firm value and (2) profitability affects firm value. Simultaneously, liquidity and profitability affect the value of banking companies listed on the IDX. Keywords : Liquidity, Profitability, Firm Value, IDX

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya perusahaan berlomba – lomba untuk menciptakan kegiatan CSR terbaik, hal ini terjadi karena banyak dampak positif yang didapatkan perusahaan dari kegiatan CSR seperti mendapatkan citra yang positif dari masyarakat luas, keberadaan perusahaan dapat tumbuh dan berkelanjutan, diakui keberadaannya di mata masyarakat sehingga suatu perusahaan mampu mempertahankan keberadaanya di tengah persaingan bisnis. Pizza Hut menciptakan Kegiatan CSR yaitu pemberdayaan petani lokal. Pizza Hut melakukan kegiatan CSR kepada petani lokal Gerbang Emas dan Lembang Agri di Bandung. Pada kegiatan CSR ini para petani diberikan modal dana dan diajari untuk menggarap sejumlah tanaman hortikultura yang hasil panennya digunakan untuk pembuatan makanan di Pizza Hut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility “Local Farmer Empowerment” terhadap citra Pizza Hut dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif, metode penelitian survei, Jenis penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah eksplanatif kausalitas. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Pizza Hut yang berjumlah 99 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kegiatan CSR “Local Farmer Empowerment” terhadap citra Pizza Hut sebesar 53,3%.

Abstract

Padepokan Sapu Jagat Sukabumi memiliki keterbukaan dalam menerima anggota seperti mantan preman agar konsisten dalam melakukan perubahan ke arah yang lebih religius. Padepokan Sapu Jagat menggunakan pendekatan religi yang terkandung pada Pencak Silat Kebatinan agar menjadikan mantan preman yang layak untuk kembali bergabung menjadi anggota masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendekatan religi dalam mengubah perilaku mantan preman yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memperdalam makna mengenai pendekatan religi yang diterapkan melalui Pencak Silat Kebatinan. Adapun metode studi kasus digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi fenomena pertaubatan mantan preman. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara kepada 14 informan yang pernah terlibat aksi kejahatan. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi NVivo untuk melakukan proses koding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Padepokan Sapu Jagat Sukabumi menjadi wadah bagi mantan preman memperbaiki diri dan mempelajari nilai-nilai spiritual melalui Pencak Silat Kebatinan. Hal ini kemudian menjadikan mantan preman yang bertaubat dan menjalankan kehidupan sesuai ketentuan nilai dan norma agama yang sejalan dengan aturan masyarakat.   Padepokan Sapu Jagat Sukabumi has an openness in accepting members such as former thugs so that they are consistent in making changes to a more religious direction. Padepokan Sapu Jagat uses the religious approach contained in Pencak Silat Kebatinan to make former thugs worthy of rejoining society. This study aims to find out the religious approach in changing the behavior of ex-thugs for the better. This study uses a qualitative approach to deepen the meaning of the religious approach applied through Pencak Silat Kebatinan. The case study method is used to explore the phenomenon of repentance of former thugs. Data collection was carried out by observation, documentation and interviews with 14 informants who had been involved in criminal acts. Data analysis uses the NVivo application to carry out the coding process. The results showed that Padepokan Sapu Jagat Sukabumi became a place for former thugs to improve themselves and learn spiritual values through Kebatinan Pencak Silat. This then makes former thugs repent and lead a life according to the provisions of religious values and norms that are in line with societal rules. Thus, the religious approach can be an alternative method in regulating its followers to obey and adhere to religious provisions.

Abstract

Sexual violence in Indonesia is one of the biggest problems that must be overcome immediately, especially in the campus environment. One of the attempts that can be conducted is to afford bystander intervention programs in psychoeducation training form. This study determines the effectiveness of the bystander intervention program called Do Something to reduce rape myth acceptance and increase empathy, assertiveness, and bystander intervention behavior. This research used a within-subjects design with four times measurements (before and after the first intervention, after the second intervention, and after two weeks of follow-up). The research participants were 14 students of Indonesia University of Education aged 18-25 years who had never participated in psychoeducation activities on sexual violence. The measuring instruments used in this study consisted of 4 measuring instruments, namely Illinois Rape Myth Acceptance Scale – Subtle Version (IRMA-S), Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI), Functional Assertiveness Scale (FAS), dan Bystander Intervention Behavior Scale (BIBS). The results of the study showed that the Do Something 'bystander intervention program' was successful in having short-term effectiveness in women in reducing rape myth acceptance, increasing assertiveness, and bystander intervention behavior. It is expected that this program would be beneficial training in preventing sexual violence in the campus environment.

Abstract

Perkembangan aplikasi teknologi baru berdampak pada sistem informasi dan kegiatan sehari-hari orang, termasuk interaksi manusia-mesin dan manusia-manusia. Salah satu aspek terpenting dari kehidupan sehari-hari kita adalah interaksi sosial. Dalam pekerjaan contohnya. Salah satu teknologi terbaik adalah layanan pesan instan, yang dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Hal ini membantu pengguna karena memungkinkan mereka menyelesaikan tugas dengan mudah dan cepat. Telegram adalah aplikasi pesan instan. Dalam aplikasi Telegram, ada bot yang disebut Bot Telegram (Botfather), yang membantu pengguna membuat bot. Pengguna dapat berinteraksi dengan bot ini dengan mengirimkan pesan atau perintah, dan bot akan otomatis meresponnya. Kita akan mengontrol bot ini dengan mengirimkan permintaan HTTPS ke API Bot Telegram. Dengan cara ini, kita dapat berbicara dengan bot dan permintaan akan segera diproses secara otomatis. Setiap hari, Telkom Akses, perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pembangunan dan pengelolaan layanan infrastruktur jaringan, memasukkan banyak data penting perusahaan. Namun, perusahaan ini belum memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi sepenuhnya. Sebagai contoh, sebuah bot di Telegram akan digunakan untuk digitalisasi dan memudahkan proses input data perusahaan karena karyawan masih melakukannya secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

The appearance of the dirty vote film has received public attention and went viral on social media after being released and watched by millions of people in a short time. The dirty vote film has become a topic of discussion, one of which is on the social media platform Twitter. This research was conducted to determine the views or tendencies of public opinion regarding dirty vote films on Twitter social media using K-Nearest Neighbor which will be classified into positive, neutral and negative sentiment. The sentiment data that was collected in the data crawling process was 4000 pieces of data. Then after preprocessing there were 3978 data. Labeling was carried out using text blob, it was found that the negative sentiment class was 3470 superior to the positive sentiment class of 451 and the neutral sentiment class was 57. The 10-fold cross validation test produced an average accuracy value of 87.5%. Testing was carried out with 80% training data consisting of 3182 data and 20% test data consisting of 796 test data. The results of sentiment analysis show that the K-Nearest Neighbor method can be used for sentiment analysis. The accuracy value obtained was 87%, precision was 87%, recall was 100%, and f1-score was 93%.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the types of ornamental plants in the yard of the Ujumbou Village community and produce learning media that are suitable for use. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using exploration method with free sampling technique. The results of the study obtained 76 types of ornamental plants from 37 families and 56 genus found in Ujumbou Village. Assessment of learning media in the form of pocket books conducted by each expert lecturer obtained a score of 82.85% material experts, 97.5% design experts, 69.23% media experts, and 92.25% student trials. The average percentage obtained was 85.45%. These results indicate that the pocket book that has been made is very feasible to use as learning media.

Abstract

The stock price has an important value for a company, the high value of the share price in a company provides an opportunity for the company to generate dividends or capital gains. The development of stock prices certainly produces different analysis results that affect the company's net income so that the purpose of this study is to obtain tested explanative findings about the effect of profitability and activity ratios on share prices in mining companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research design used is quantitative which is processed using secondary data. The criteria established from 2015-2019. The measures used in this study are Return On Asset and Total Asset Turnover. The research method is processed using descriptive test, classical test which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Another method used is the hypothesis test which includes the t test and f test with the results of the study showing that: the partial profitability ratio Return on assets has no significant effect on stock prices, the activity ratio partially Total Asset Turnover has a significant effect on stock prices and simultaneously. Profitability and activity ratios have no significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has accelerated media convergence, integrating traditional and digital media into a unified and interconnected communication ecosystem. This phenomenon not only transforms the distribution of information but also reshapes how individuals think, interact, and construct their identities, particularly among Generation Z. This study aims to explore the meaning of media convergence from the perspective of Generation Z students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UIN Sumatera Utara). Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with five informants selected via purposive sampling. The findings reveal that students perceive media convergence as a new normal embedded in their daily lives. Digital media are viewed not merely as tools but as integral spaces for learning, self-expression, and social interaction. Four major themes emerged: efficiency and accessibility of information, digital lifestyle transformation, creative and identity expression, and awareness of ethical digital challenges. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on the subjective experiences of students within a faith-based higher education setting. These findings enrich the discourse on digital literacy and offer strategic implications for educational institutions in cultivating a generation that is adaptive, critical, and ethically responsible in navigating the digital media landscape.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difficulties of students in the introduction of geometry material for grade 2 elementary school students. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique used is a test technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique and Rasch model analysis. The ability of students to answer questions is very high and it also shows that children's knowledge of geometry is very good. Among the difficulties in learning geometry that often occur in children are lack of understanding of mathematical language, difficulty understanding initial concepts in flat shapes and shapes, difficulties in visual perception and difficulty in distinguishing geometric shapes.
