Abstract

Kinerja karyawan yang menjadi masalah pada PT. Fastrata Buana di Baturaja yaitu dalam melaksanakan kegiatan penjualan produk yang dilakukan oleh karyawan perusahaan kepada pelanggan tidak sesuai target yang ditetapkan sehingga berdampak pada kinerja karyawan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor individu dan pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Fastrata Buana di Baturaja. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu korelasi spearman rank dengan populasi sebanyak 30 karyawan PT. Fastrata Buana di Baturaja. Temuan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh signifikan antara faktor individu dan pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Bank Central Asia Syariah in Indonesia for the period 2015-2024 by applying the Du Pont System method. Financial performance is an important indicator for assessing a bank's ability to manage resources and generate profits effectively and efficiently. The Du Pont System method was chosen because it provides a comprehensive overview of financial performance through profitability and activity ratios. The variables analyzed include Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Return on Investment (ROI). The results show that the NPM value during the research period tended to increase and in several year entered the healthy category, indicating the bank's improving ability to generate net profit from income. The TATO value was in the very healthy category, but showed a downward trend, indicating a slowdown in the effective utilization of assets. Meanwhile, the ROI value tended to increase, but overal it was still in the fairly healthy category. This shows that although BCA Syariah's financial performance has experienced positive developments, the bank still needs to improve operational efficiency and asset optimization in order to drive more sustainable profitability. The results of this study are expected to serve as evaluation material for bank management and a reference for further research.

Abstract

This research discussed the influence of workload (X1), work environment (X2), and position promotion (X3) on employees' performance (Y) at PT Thamrin Brothers Baturaja 1. The population in this study was all employees at PT Thamrin Brothers Baturaja 1 totaling 39 people. This research was quantitative research with the analytical method used, namely Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using Validity and Reliability Tests. The results of the analysis showed that the variables Workload, Work Environment and Position Promotion influenced employees' performance at PT Thamrin Brothers Baturaja 1 both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) was obtained at 0.617. This showed that the contribution of the influence of Work Load (X1), Work Environment (X2), and Position Promotion (X3) to Employees' Performance (Y) at PT Thamrin Brothers Baturaja 1 was 61.7%, while the remaining 38.3% was influenced by Other variables not included in this research include work motivation, work discipline and leadership (Afandi, 2018:86).

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of work enthusiasm and work motivation on employee performance att he Lubuk Batang District Office,Ogan Komering Ulu Regency (OKU). The population in this study consists of 35 employees at the Lubuk Batang District Office, and the data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis method is using multiple linear regression, as well as t-tests and f-tests.The results of the analysis show that the t-values for the variables of work enthusiasm (X1) and work motivation (X2), indicating that both variables have a partial effect on employee performance at the Lubuk Batang District Office, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency (OKU). Simultaneously, work enthusiasm (X1) and workmotivation (X2) have a significant effect on employeeperformance. The coefficient of determination (R²)is 0.972, meaning that thecontribution ofwork enthusiasm and work motivation to employee performance is 97.2%, while the remaining 2.8% is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study, such as individual factors, psychological factors, and organizational factors

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of working capital management and Return on Equity (ROE) on the financial performance of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a 5% significance level. Classical assumption tests were also conducted, including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the 2019–2023 period. The results show that partially, working capital has a positive effect on financial performance, and ROE has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously, working capital and ROE positively affect the company's financial performance. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.880, indicating that working capital and ROE contribute 88% to the variation in financial performance, while the remaining 12% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
