Abstract

Perwalian dalam akad nikah merupakan syari’at yang harus dipenuhi. Ketiadaan wali menentukan sah tidaknya pernikahan, sebab wali adalah salah satu rukun nikah. Islam melarang pihak wali enggan untuk menikahkan atau ‘aḍal wali. Terkait ‘aḍal wali, artikel ini berusaha mengungkap permasalahan wali adal di KUA Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Kota Banda Aceh. Tujuan artikel ini yaitu untuk mengetahui sebab-sebab ‘aḍal wali, langkah yang ditempuh ketika ada ‘aḍal wali, dan mengetahui tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap ‘aḍal wali di KUA Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil analisa menunjukan bahwa sebab ‘aḍal wali ini yaitu kedua orang tua bercerai dan pihak ayah menolak menikahkan anak sebab rasa benci yang berlebihan, ayah tidak menyetujui pasangan pilihan anak,  calon laki-laki berasal dari keluarga miskin, dan karena tempat tinggal calon suami yang jauh. Langkah yang dilalui oleh pasangan yang ‘aḍal wali yaitu: Pertama, pihak perempuan memberitahukan permasalahan ‘aḍal wali kepada pihak KUA. Kedua, pihak KUA mengutus salah satu delegasi untuk memberikan nasehat kepada orang tua. Ketiga, pihak KUA menunjuk pengganti wali. Pihak KUA dapat menjadi wali nikah setelah sebelumnya pihak perempuan mengajukan permohonan kepada Pengadilan Agama atau Mahkamah Syar’iyah untuk ditetapkan wali hakim baginya. Dalam Islam, wali dilarang menolak (‘aḍal) menikahkan tanpa ada alasan yang dibenarkan syara’. Anak perempuan yang tidak mempunyai wali, maka hakim dapat menjadi wali nikah bagi anak tersebut.

Abstract

The title of this research is the traditional institution Tuha Peut as a village functionary in Meurah Mulia sub-district, this research is a field study (field research) using qualitative. the results of the study are as follows first, the function of the peut and the way the problem varies greatly according to the problems that exist in the community secondly, the function of Tuha Peut in the Meurah Mulia community is as the heart of the development of the Gampong community, where its existence can provide an inspiration, innovation, and mediation in educating the Gampong community.The progress of the withdrawal of the village greatly influenced the active Tuha Peut institution, Gampong Menasah Manyang, today many social activities have been carried out including.Election of Geuchik Gampong, Determination of people who are entitled to receive zakat and those who are entitled to give zakat, give warnings to guests, especially men who visit late at night at the homes of women who are not Muslim, Geuchik's performance controller, making gampong laws. Third, customary sanctions have not been implemented because Tuha Peut is less able to design customary qanuns to the maximum. Fourth, Tuha Peut has a very large role, in which its role as the Center of Share Idea in all dimensions or programs to be carried forward, both concerning development Irrigation and other social activities.

Abstract

Tulisan ini berusaha menjelaskan tentang epistimologi Dakwah dalam Ilmu Komunikasi. Hakikat ilmu dakwah adalah seuntai ilmu yang bersumber dari teks dan tradisi Islam. Ilmu ini dikembangkan oleh umat Islam yang berupaya mengembangkan dakwah Islam secara sistematis dan terorganisir. Manfaatnya adalah untuk memahami kebenaran dakwah sebagai bagian dari pelaksanaan tugas dakwah. Sementara komunikasi dakwah merupakan kegiatan penyampaian pesan-pesan ilahi (maddah) yang disampaikan oleh Da’I kepada mad’u dengan tujuan agar mad’u dapat melaksanakan pesan-pesan tersebut sesuai dengan alquran dan sunnah (amal shaleh).

Abstract

This study aims to understand how work discipline among Civil Servants (ASN) is developed and maintained within the Secretariat of the Aceh Regional House of Representatives. Work discipline is considered essential for creating a professional and integrity-based bureaucracy. Issues such as lateness, lack of responsibility, and weak supervision form the background of this research. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis related to disciplinary regulations. The findings show that ASN work discipline is generally adequate, although weaknesses remain in punctuality and compliance with internal rules. Factors such as motivation, leadership role modeling, organizational culture, and internal supervision significantly influence disciplinary behavior. This study highlights the importance of continuous coaching, effective communication, and exemplary leadership as strategic efforts to sustainably improve ASN work discipline.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of principals in promoting and sustaining a disciplined culture among teachers in vocational high schools within West Aceh District, Indonesia. Employing a qualitative, descriptive research design, the study focuses on three main objectives: examining the specific disciplinary programs implemented by principals, exploring how these initiatives are evaluated for effectiveness, and identifying the challenges principals face in ensuring consistent discipline among teachers. Data were collected through open-ended questionnaires distributed to teachers and semi-structured interviews conducted with principals, enabling a comprehensive understanding of both perspectives. Thematic analysis revealed that principals prioritize structured program implementation and regular evaluation as key strategies for managing discipline. Despite overall positive responses to the effectiveness of these initiatives, teachers highlighted several challenges, including inconsistent policy enforcement and varying levels of commitment, which hinder the establishment of a cohesive disciplinary environment. The findings suggest that while principals play a crucial role in shaping discipline, addressing specific challenges through additional resources and teacher engagement could further enhance policy adherence and effectiveness. This study provides valuable insights into the impact of leadership on school discipline and offers recommendations to strengthen disciplinary practices in vocational education settings.
