The main purpose of the implementation of Lean Six Sigma in this study is to improve the graduatesâ quality of PPs. MMP UKSW. Although PPs. MMP UKSW hasÂ an A accreditation, there are some graduates that graduated through a long studyÂ period that exceed the ideal standart. The method that used is DMAIC methodologyÂ (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improvement, Control) with the quality indicator based onÂ accreditation assessment of master degree. The data is collected by FGD (Focus GroupÂ Discussion) and analyzed by fishbone diagram and 5Whys. The result showed thatÂ beside the length of study period, the main problem of graduatesâ quality of PPs. MMPÂ UKSW is the lack of alumnisâ participation. The root problem of study period is focusedÂ on how the student are wasting the time to wait writing the proposal or thesis, while theÂ root problems for alumnisâ participation is because of their busy job. Based on those findings, there are 7 strategies for institution to improve the quality of graduates.

Akreditasi Sekolah/Madrasah merupakan suatu kegiatan penilaian kelayakan satuan pendidikan secara komprehensif dengan indikator berdasarkan standar nasional pendidikan, dan hasilnya dalam bentuk pengakuan. Hasil dari akreditasi sekolah mencerminkan mutu proses pendidikan yang terlaksana di satuan pendidikan. Sehingga, semakin baik hasil akreditasi yang dicapai maka dengan kata lain semakin baik juga mutu pendidikan yang diimplementasikan di satuan pendidikan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan sejauh mana kesiapan sekolah dalam menghadapi visitasi akreditasi menurut 4 standar dalam IASP2020 yang terdiri dari: 1) Standar Mutu Lulusan; 2) Standar Proses Pembelajaran; 3) Standar Mutu Guru; 4) Standar Manajemen Sekolah. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjeknya adalah 1 SMP Negeri dan 1 SMP Swasta di Kabupaten Jayapura. Sekolah dipilih berdasarkan status sekolah yang dalam waktu kurang lebih 1 tahun akan menghadapi visitasi akreditasi. Penelitian dilakukan sebelum proses visitasi akreditasi di sekolah untuk melihat kesiapan sekolah dalam menghadapi kegiatan visitasi tersebut. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan mengacu pada Instrumen Akreditasi IASP2020. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah-sekolah yang dijadikan subjek penelitian belum sepenuhnya siap menghadapi visitasi akreditasi menggunakan Instrumen Akreditasi IASP2020.

In today's digital era, social media has become an important communication tool for educational institutions to build and strengthen the school's image. The purpose of this service is to help one of the public high schools in Jayapura City optimise the use of social media for their branding. The school was newly inaugurated in 2024 as a result of the merger of two schools. The method used in this assistance is the classical method, where the service team consisting of students of the Education Management Study Programme assists the school's social media team, with the output target being an active and attractive school social media. The results of the service showed an increase in social media management skills and optimisation of school branding and communication. In addition, the community's response to the existence of school social media is very positive, where in a short period of time the number of followers, viewers and likes on school social media has increased.

This study examines the practice of academic supervision, its effectiveness in enhancing learning quality, and its impact on educational excellence in secondary schools in Kota Jayapura. Using a mixed-method approach with a sequential explanatory strategy, the research collected data from 138 respondents through surveys and in-depth interviews. Results show that academic supervision practices vary between schools, with systematic and collaborative approaches yielding better outcomes. The overall effectiveness is high (28.32 out of 30), positively impacting teachers’ and students’ learning quality, student achievement, and psychological-emotional well-being, though implementation challenges persist. The research introduces an integrated framework combining adaptive and collaborative supervision approaches tailored to Kota Jayapura’s local context. This study enhances understanding of supervision implementation in regions with significant socio-cultural diversity and provides recommendations for improving supervision effectiveness in diverse educational settings.

Layanan khusus UKS (Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah) seyogyanya menjadi katalisator meningkatnya status kesehatan anak usia sekolah sehingga dapat mendorong peningkatan mutu pendidikan dan prestasi belajar peserta didik dengan menerapkan PHBS. Tujuan, Mengidentifikasi implementasi program layanan khusus UKS pada indikator pendidikan kesehatan. Metode, Penelitian ini menggunakan design penelitian survey dengan pendekatan deskriftif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan intrumen stratifikasi UKS/M jenjang SMA. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariate mengacu pada indikator startifikasi UKS/M SMA dengan kategori Minimal, Standar, Optimal, dan Paripurna. sampel penelitian 25 meliputi SMA negeri dan swasta di wilayah kota jayapura. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa implementasi layanan khusus UKS SMA se- Kota Jayapura berdasarkan stratifikas UKS pada indikator pendidikan kesehatan mayoritas pada Strata Standar. Kesimpulan implementasi layanan khusus UKS SMA se- Kota Jayapura pada indikator pendidikan kesehatan menujukkan kategori kurang baik.

The Covid-19 pandemic resulted in the emergence of accelerated learning that was previously carried out attractively to be courageous in order to suppress the increase in cases of the Covid-19 virus. This study describes what learning problems are faced by students and also lecturers in the Department of Education, Cenderawasih University. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with indicators including, encouraging learning strategies and clarity, quality of learning materials, student involvement and activeness in the brave class (student engagement) and achievement of course learning achievements (CPMK) as a form of evaluating brave learning during the Covid pandemic -19. The results showed that from a student's point of view, learning courage during the Covid-19 pandemic at JIP Cenderawasih University was still not effective and efficient. Some of the reasons behind this are that there are still many students who do not have gadgets as learning media and it is difficult for students to get internet access.

This service aims to enhance teachers' knowledge and skills in designing innovative learning using the Canva platform as an engaging teaching tool. The method employed in conducting this service was training based on participatory approaches and individual communication. The partners in this service were 35 teachers from SMP Negeri 1 Depapre, Jayapura Regency. The results of this service showed that the teachers possessed knowledge and skills in operating the Canva application.Â ItÂ was evidenced by the outcomes of activities such as designing learning media such as student ID cards or creating math problems using Canva. Throughout the training, there was a high level of enthusiasm from the school staff in learning the Canva platform for teaching purposes relevant to their subject areas.Â It is hoped that inÂ the future, teachers will continue to develop their abilities in applying Canva to aid in the preparation of teaching materials.

SD Negeri Inpres Kampung Tiba-Tiba, Abepura merupakan salah satu sekolah SD yang berlokasi di Kota Jayapura yang belum secara maksimal mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam proses pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan platform Powtoon ke dalam pembuatan media ajar di pembelajaran abad 21. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi para guru-guru sekolah dasar dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi di bidang digital menggunakan platform Powtoon. Metode pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan tiga cara yakni ceramah, drill practice dan evaluasi pelatihan. Adapun subjek dari pelatihan ini adalah guru-guru sekolah dasar. Kegiatan ceramah dilakukan dengan memaparkan materi singkat Powtoon melalui PPT. Selanjutnya, tim pengabdi melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan media belajar berbasis platform Powtoon. Terakhir, dilakukannya evaluasi guna mengukur pemahaman guru dari kegiatan pelatihan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah peserta merasakan kebermanfaatan dalam menggunakan Powtoon sebagai salah satu media alternatif membuat bahan ajar. Selain itu, guru merasa terbantu dan terfasilitasi dalam menggunakan Powtoon untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan keterlibatan siswa, serta membantu memvisualisasikan konsep pembelajaran yang kompleks dengan cara yang mudah dipahami. Dalam jangka panjang, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong guru-guru sekolah dasar untuk mengadopsi teknologi pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar sehari-hari

This study explores the latest trends and insights on digital literacy in education through bibliometric analysis. Using data from the Scopus database and VOSviewer software, the study analyzed 3,386 publications on digital literacy in educational contexts from 2015 to 2024. Qualitative content analysis methods were used to code and interpret text data. Findings show a significant growth in the number of publications, with the highest peak in 2023. The United States led the research contributions, followed by Spain, the United Kingdom, and Indonesia. The dominant field of study was social sciences, followed by computer science and engineering. Lead authors include Makhachashvili, R., with affiliations at Universidad Salamanca and Monash University. Significant trends identified include an increased focus on digital health, information accuracy, and online learning in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The study emphasized the importance of digital literacy as a critical skill in a digital society, and identified gaps in the existing literature. This encourages further research to explore the impact of digital literacy on student learning outcomes and education policy. These findings can be a guide for developing a more relevant curriculum by integrating local cultural and technological elements, as well as improving the quality of education.
