Abstract

Scientific article is a type of scientific text that cannot be separated from the students’ academic life, therefore students' understanding of scientific articles needs to be known clearly. The purpose of this research is to describe the students’ understanding of scientific article. The research respondents were PGSD students’ class 2018 class A, B, and C totaling 81 peoples. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative, that is, describing the results of data analysis based on carrying out of the data collection. The collected data used a questionnaire technique and the research instrument used a questionnaire sheet. Based on the data analysis, the results of the research showed that the students of class A, B, and C who answered YES were 45.11%, 52.38%, and 53.9%. The results of the response to NO are class A 54.89%, class B47.62%, and class C 46.1%.

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this research is to know the influence of emotional intelligent toward creativity through self confidence of under graduate student on subject “Pendidikan Seni Drama dan Tari SD”. The population of is 132 under graduate students of PGSD who learn “Pendidikan Seni Drama dan Tari SD”. Using proportional random sampling and Slovin, there was 100 sample in this research. The data analysis technique utilized is path analyze. After analyzed, it showed that 1) emotional intelligent has positive significant effect on self confidence 2) emotional intelligent has positive but not significant effect on creativity 3) self confidence has positive significant effect on creativaity 4) emotional intelligent has indirect effect on creativity through self confidence. Keywords: emotional intelligent, self confidence, creativity, traditional dance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap kreativitas melalui kepercayaan diri mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar. Populasi adalah mahasiswa yang menempuh matakuliah Pendidikan Seni Drama dan Tari SD yaitu sejumlah 132 orang, dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik sampling proportional random sampling didapatkan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik path analyze. Hasil penelitian menyatakan: 1) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan diri, 2) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kreativitas, 3) kepercayaan diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas, 4) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh secara positif tidak langsung terhadap kreativitas melalui kepercayaan diri pada mahasiswa PGSD yang menempuh matakuliah Pendidikan Seni Drama dan Tari SD. Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the Exploration method in improving Students' Psychomotor Development Learning in Dance Material through Audio Visual Media and Exploration Methods at SD 2 Dersalam Bae Kudus in 2020/2021 Academic Year. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK). This research was conducted in 2 (two) cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing actions, and reflecting on actions. The subjects of this study were 11 grade students of SD 2 Dersalam Bae Kudus consisting of 8 male students and 3 female students. Based on the results of this Classroom Action Research (PTK), it can be concluded that the increased learning of psychomotor development for SD 2 Dersalam students on dance material through audio-visual media and exploration methods for the 2020/2021 school year, this can be seen from the motivation to take part in learning through audio-visual media. as well as the exploration method used by the teacher in accordance with the learning conditions. The results showed that from the start of the pre-cycle, the results obtained were 30% of students who could imitate animal movements, namely 3 students. Then in the action cycle 1, there was an increase from 8 students to 11 students, the percentage of 70%. In cycle II, the research was said to be complete because all students, namely 11 students, experienced an increase in imitating animal movements, namely squatting, jumping, running which were presented 100%.

Abstract

Folklore is a cultural heritage that holds many implicit and explicit meanings. The Ministry of Education and Culture in 1982 published a book entitled "Bengkulu Regional Folk Stories" with 20 stories in it. This study aims to determine the content of the educational principles of Ki Hajar Dewantara in Bengkulu folklore. This type of research uses the literature study method. Collecting research data using documentation study techniques. While the analysis of this research data using critical analysis techniques. Folklore that contains many values ​​of human life, including educational values. Ki Hajar Dewantara is an Indonesian education figure who initiated five principles of education for Indonesia. There are 20 stories from Bengkulu folklore which contain the educational principles of Ki Hajar Dewantara

Abstract

The development of technology affects the use of learning media in primary schools. This research applies the method of a systematic review literature with the favored revealing things for orderly audits and meta-examination (preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA)) protocol. The research stages include identification, screening, eligibility, inclusion, and presentation of analysis utilizing the help of the Mendeley application, Publish or Perish 7, VOSviewer, and NVIVO 12 Plus. The main topic findings of the articles are multimedia in dance learning and applications in dance learning. Other themes that have a somewhat distant relevance are digital tools, design, computational thinking, elementary school dance learning, kinesthetic learning, dance art, digital literacy skills, children, creativity, dance, and choreography software. The 20 articles were analyzed using NVIVO 12 Plus, then the results were narrated by the research questions. The findings of the analysis state that multimedia-based dance learning in elementary schools uses digital media, social media, films, computer programs, digital dance choreography, and the support of various parties. Multimedia-based dance learning in elementary schools has an impact on competence, and physical and spiritual health in elementary school children. Future researchers need to explore multimedia-based dance learning in elementary schools according to the times.

Abstract

This article examines the meaning and value of the kupatan tradition for students. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach that aims to explain how the kupatan tradition has an impact on the value and meaning for students. The results of this study indicate that the kupatan tradition in several regions has its own characteristics. However, these characteristics do not eliminate the meaning of the kupatan tradition itself, which is a form of gratitude to God Almighty. Kupat as a regional specialty food has its own meaning for students. Kupat is closely related in terms of mathematics ketupat has a geometric shape that can be studied by students. Through civic education that reflects the attitude of mutual cooperation, togetherness, harmony and never give up. In the review of kupat language has a variety of meanings seen from the meaning and understanding. The conclusion of the research carried out that through the kupatan tradition can instill good and moral values for students in everyday life.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kajian ini untuk memahami seberapa baik Komik Pop-Up Book berfungsi sebagai alat bantu dalam pengajaran matematika di tingkat dasar, terutama mengenai topik pecahan. Dalam penelitian ini, tiga pakar (validator materi, validator media, dan validator bahasa) berperan selaku validator, yangmana mengadopsi pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Setiap ahli menggunakan instrumen lembar penilaian berbasis skala Likert untuk menilai aspek kelayakan isi, desain visual, kejelasan bahasa, dan kesesuaian media dengan proses pembelajaran. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media memiliki tingkat validitas yang sangat tinggi: 95,7% dari ahli materi, 86,7% dari ahli media, dan 91% dari ahli bahasa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media Komik Pop-Up Book tergolong "valid" dan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Siswa dinilai lebih tertarik dan memahami konsep matematika abstrak jika elemen naratif digabungkan dengan visualisasi 3D interaktif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media ini adalah alternatif yang menarik untuk media pembelajaran dan merekomendasikan uji efektivitas lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui bagaimana media ini mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

This study aims to test the validity of the SmartBox interactive learning media developed to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of the human sensory system. SmartBox is an innovative media designed to present information through visual displays, audio, and direct interaction, thereby increasing student engagement and understanding of abstract material. Validation was conducted by three experts: a subject matter expert, a media expert, and a language expert, using a Likert scale-based assessment instrument. This study is a developmental research with a descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection techniques included observation sheets, questionnaires, and validation sheets. The validation results by the language expert showed a score of 100% (very valid category), The validation results by the language expert showed a score of 100% (very valid category), the subject matter expert obtained a score of 72% (valid category), and the media expert obtained a score of 88% (very valid category). The overall average validation score for the SmartBox media was 85%, indicating that this media falls into the ‘valid’ category and is suitable for use in the learning process. Thus, the SmartBox media has been proven to meet the aspects of content, presentation, and technical feasibility, and has great potential to support student learning outcomes in the material on the five senses. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for further development and implementation of interactive media in thematic science learning in primary schools.

Abstract

Education in primary schools aims not only to develop students' academic abilities, but also to shape their character and skills. One way to shape character is through extracurricular dance activities. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of extracurricular dance activities in developing students' skills in wiraga (movement), wirama (rhythm), and wirasa (expression) at SDN 2 Plawangan. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study include the teacher-mentor as the coach and the students participating in the activity. The study indicates that through this extracurricular activity, positive contributions can be made to the development of the three aspects of dance skills.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the practicality of the parasis pepama media in improving IPAS learning outcomes in the respiratory system at school. Learning at the primary school level plays an important role in shaping students' scientific thinking. One of the materials that poses a particular challenge because it contains abstract concepts that cannot be directly observed by students is the respiratory system. Therefore, appropriate learning media are needed to overcome this challenge. This study employs a quantitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through a practicality questionnaire administered to teachers and students. The practicality test results indicate that the instrument was rated as highly practical by teachers at 91% and by students at 87%, with an overall average of 90.5%. These findings indicate that the Parasis Pepama media in improving IPAS learning outcomes on the respiratory system is easy to use, efficient in implementation, and attractive and adaptive for users in the elementary school environment. In conclusion, the Parasis Pepama media has a very good level of practicality and can be an alternative learning medium. This media has the potential to support student engagement and facilitate teachers in managing classroom learning.
