Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to empirically determine the effect of the LDR, CAR and NPL on ROA at private foreign exchange banks listed on the IDX. In addition, this study also empirically examines the effect of LDR, CAR and NPL on ROA simultaneously at private foreign exchange banks listed on the IDX. This research uses quantitative research methods with the type of causality research. The population was 30 and the sample amounted to 27 with a study period of 4 years from 2016 to 2019. The sample selection technique used the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, the statistical test consists of the t-test to test partially and the F-test to test simultaneously. The classical assumption test consists of the normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity test. The t-test results indicate that the LDR has no significant effect on ROA. Meanwhile, CAR and NPL have a significant effect on ROA. The results of the F test conclude that the LDR, CAR and NPL simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA. The R2 test results show that the LDR, CAR and NPL variables affect ROA by 28.5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job stress, training and education on employee performance of PT Karyasindo Samudra Biru Shipyard. The method used in this research is quantitative causality with multiple linier regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The sample in this study using saturated sampling with the total sample is 106 people. The result show partially the influence of job stress variables is 3,504 greater than t table 1,983 with a significance of 0,001 less than 0,05. the influence of training variables is 6,807 greater than t table 1,983 with a significance of 0,000 less than 0,05. And the influence of education variables is 3,694 greater than t table 1,983 with a significance of 0,000 less than 0,05. Then simultaneously job stress, training and education have an effect of 52,329 greater than 2,69 F table with a significance 0,000 less than 0,05 on employee performance at PT Karyasindo Samudra Biru Shipyard. Conclusion, the job stress partially has a significant effect, the training partially has a significant effect, the Education partially has a significant effect and job stress, training and education have a significant effect on employee performance of PT Karyasindo Samudra Biru Shipyard.

Abstract

At this time the competition in the retail business world is getting tougher with the increasing number of shopping centers. The retail business is a business that continues to experience development and is in great demand. Competition makes companies in the retail sector strive to become the retail choice for consumers and to retain their consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, satisfaction, and trust on consumer loyalty at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. The method used is quantitative with the design of causality using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study were 135 consumers of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. The data were processed using the SPSS version 23 program. Simultaneously service quality, satisfaction, and trust have a positive effect with F count 101.260 > 2.67 F table and a significant 0.000 < 0.05 on consumer loyalty PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. The results of the determination test state that service quality, satisfaction, and trust have a correlation with consumer loyalty by 69.2%, while the remaining 30.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work environment and training on employee performance in PT Indo Batam Ekatama. This research method is using quantitative research method. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires to 107 respondents. Data were analyzed using test of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heterokedastisitas, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. Test results of coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square shows that workload, work environment and training variable are together providing 0.00 percent influence on employee performance variable. The results of this study indicate that partially workload has influence on employee performance, seen significant value 0.001 smaller than α value 0.05 and t value 3.417 bigger than t table 1.982 (H1 accepted), work environment has influence on employee performance because its significant value 0.000 smaller than α value 0.05 and t value 5.136 bigger than t table 1.982 (H2 accepted), training has influence on employee performance because its significant value 0.007 smaller than α value 0.05 and t value 2.763 bigger than t table 1.982 (H3 accepted), while workload, work environment and training are simultaneously has significant effect on employee performance because its significant value 0.000 smaller than α value 0.05 and f value 62.217 bigger than f table 3.08 (H4 accepted).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online service facilities and product quality on customer satisfaction. A Case Study of the Batam City Tiban Buying and Selling Forum using simple random sampling technique. Test the quality of research data using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, effect test using multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), hypothesis testing using research (t test) and (f test) using the SPSS 25 software program. determination (R2) shows that the variable of online service facilities and product quality is 60.4% of customer satisfaction. The results of multiple linear regression tests show that online service facilities (X1) have an effect of 34.1% on customer satisfaction (Y) and product quality (X2) have an effect of 36.0% on customer satisfaction (Y). From the results of testing and testing the output that online service facilities have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while online service facilities and product quality together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability (ROA), liquidity (LDR) and company growth on the value of the banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population in this research have 45 banking companies and the sample selected according to the criteria was 24 banking companies with using purposive sampling method. The data source used is secondary data and the type of data is quantitative data. Banking company financial report data used in the period 2015-2019. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression, t test, f test and analysis coefficient of determinant (R2) by using SPSS version 25. The results of the research showed that profitability (ROA) and liquidity (LDR) have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, company growth has a positive and insignificant effect. And simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (LDR) and company growth have a positive and significant effect on the value of the banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to elaborate the effect of the quality of product and Brand Image on buying decisions to Cap Kaki Tiga drinks at PT Anugerah Perkasa Sejahtera. Quantitative research is this type of research with a population of 106 people by employing a saturated sample technique. The data was cultivated utilizing SPSS version 26 with the research result known that Product Quality owns t count > t table that is 7.979 > 1.98326 with a significant value at 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, product quality owns a positive as well as significant impact on buying decisions, t count Brand Image is known > t table that is is 5.471 > 1.98326 with a significance of 0.000 3.08 (F table) with a significant value at 0.000 < 0.05, and the R Square value is 0.758.
