Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims for determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of nurses at Harapan Bunda Hospital. Nurses who work at Arapan Bunda Hospital, the population and sample in this study were 116 people, using quantitative research methods and analysis, namely descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient analysis determination (R²), t test and F test using the SPSS version 25 program. Determination (R²) shows that the variables of this study are 50% of the nurse's performance. The results of multiple linear regression test showed that intellectual intelligence had an effect of 23.5%, emotional intelligence had an effect of 28.3% and spiritual intelligence had an effect of 21.9% on nurse performance. The t-test has the results of research on intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a significant and positive effect on the performance of nurses at Harapan Bunda Hospital. While the F test Intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of nurses jointly affect the performance of nurses at Harapan Hospital. So, Harapan Bunda Hospital should evaluate the variables in this study to improve the work of Harapan Bunda Hospital nurses. Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out whether there is an influence of discipline on employee performance at PT.JMS (2) find out whether there is an effect of training on employee performance at PT.JMS (3) find out whether there is an influence of discipline and training on employee performance at PT. JMS. This research is a quantitative research which is included in correlation research using survey method. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 171 respondents. Analysis of the data using multiple linear regression test, t-test and F-test. The results of the analysis obtained (1) the influence of discipline on employee performance with a significance value of 0.003 <0.05. (2) there is an effect of training on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. (3) Discipline and training have a significant effect on employee performance with a value of F_count>F_table of 13.743> 3.05 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted by multiple linear regression analysis methods and hypothesis tests with the aim of knowing the impact between price and quality of service on consumer buying interests. The population in this study is consumers who make purchase transactions at PT.Tri Mitra Batam with the determination of samples using slovin formula. The data collected in this study is from questionnaires that are disseminated through google form and processed using SPSS Version 26 software. Multiple linear regression analysis results show the value of Y = 30,014 + 0.109X1 + 0.303X2 + e. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.219. From the result t obtained t value count < t table is 1.76 < 1.98 which shows that the price doesn’t have a positif and significant influence of buying interest. For variable quality of service value t calculate > t table is 4,969 > 1.98 which shows positive and significant results between quality of service to buying interest. F test results show the value of F count > F table is 15,001 > 3.08 so it can be said that the variable price and services simultaneously affects the variable consumer buying interest in PT.Tri Mitra Batam

Abstract

An organization can be said to go forward or backward depending on its human resources. A way is needed so employees can improve their performance well in carrying out company activities. So that can increase employee performance, it is necessary to pay attention to job satisfaction and work motivation of employees. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at PT Global Welindo Batam. This study uses quantitative methods with the nature of development research. This study has a population of 110 people. And the sampling technique used in this research uses non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique, where the total population is the same as the number of samples. The results of this research indicate that job satisfaction and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at PT Global Welindo Batam with a determination coefficient of 62.9%.

Abstract

Human resources are needed in company's operational activities for achieving company’s goals. Employees assessment can be seen from their performance. Qualified employees can achieved the expected goals. This research aims to examine influence of communication and teamwork on employee performance at Asialink Hotel by Prasanthi Batam partially or simultaneously. Descriptive research design was determined using a quantitative approach. Data management and analysis tool used SPSS version 25. Sampling technique used saturated sampling, including all employees with total sample 104 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires via google form. Testing data using validity and reliability test. Classical assumption test using normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Influence test using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient determination analysis. Hypothesis testing using T test and F test. According to the results of statistical testing, variables of communication, teamwork and employee performance are normally distributed, the independent variables do not occur multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Results of the coefficient determination indicate that communication and teamwork have an effect of 33.8% on employee performance, while the rest is influenced by other variables. The conclusion from the results is simultaneously communication and teamwork variable has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This review plans to choose the effect of instructor ability and execution at the same time and somewhat on understudy learning inspiration at SD Negeri 001 Sekupang Batam City. Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic that is hitting the world, including Indonesia, has caused higher business competition, forcing every company’s management to prepare various strategies take practical steps to ensure the company's survival during times of crisis. One of the strategies used by the company is to manage human resources to support operational activities effectively and efficiently. This research aims to determine the effect of work stres, direct compensation, indirect compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Pionika Automobil in Batam partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this research were employees of PT. Pionika Automobil, totaling 150 people. The number of samples was calculated using the slovin technique which resulted in 109 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SPSS version 22 program. The tests in this study were data quality test, validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, T test and F test. The results of this research shows that work stress and direct compensation have a partially insignificant effect on performance, whereas indirect compensation has a partially significant effect on performance. The results of the f test reveal that work stress, direct compensation, and indirect compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Pionika Automobil.

Abstract

In this growing era, people do not only invest through savings, but many try to put their source of funds into stock investments on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. in BEI. The method that researchers use is a quantitative method. The population is consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 19 companies. The data collection technique uses the time series method and the data analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis which is assisted by a data processing tool, namely SPSS version 26. The results show that the exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, interest rates have a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns. , Inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously exchange rates, interest rates and inflation have a significant effect on stock returns. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 11% and the remaining 89% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan suatu perusahaan dapat direalisasikan tidak hanya tergantung pada kecanggihan mesin, tetapi juga pada sumber daya manusia yang ada. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan memerlukan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, baik untuk posisi sebagai pemimpin maupun karyawan produksi untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan hasil maksimal, sehingga perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuannya. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Disiplin Kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil Uji T menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dimana t hitung variabel motivasi kerja (X1) adalah 5,913> 1,977 (t tabel). Disiplin kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dimana t hitung variabel disiplin kerja (X2) adalah 7.267> 1.977 (t tabel). Hasil hasil uji F menunjukkan variabel motivasi kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y)

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi akar masalah dan penerapan meningkatkan kualitas produk CG200 dengan fokus pada proses perakitan. Data awal yang diperoleh dari bagian pengendali kualitas ditemukan bahwa beberapa reject produk seperti kesalahan penyambungan kabel, pemasangan baut tidak sesuai torsi dan ketidaksesuaian posisi komponen terjadi di bagian assembly. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengamatan, wawancara, dan melakukan analisis pendekatan PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act). Hasil dari penelitian ini menyampaikan bahwa setelah dilakukan perbaikan prosedur dan pelatiahn teknis, berhasil melakukan pengurangan jumlah cacat sebesar 21,5% dalam waktu 3 bulan. Dengan demikian, perbaikan system perakitan dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi produksi pada produk tersebut. Kata kunci: Pengendalian Kualitas, Process Assembly, Cacat Produksi, PDCA.
