Abstract

This study aims to design a digital cooperative application prototype using the Design Thinking method and evaluate its usability using the Single Ease Question method. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach consisting of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test stages. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires distributed to cooperative members. The findings revealed several problems, including slow administrative processes, lack of data transparency, and the absence of payment reminder systems. Based on these findings, a prototype application was developed featuring login, digital payment, financial reports, loan applications, and profile management. Testing involved 100 respondents using the SEQ method and produced an average score of 6.4 out of 7. The results indicate that the application is categorized as easy to very easy to use. Therefore, the Design Thinking method effectively produced a user-friendly digital cooperative application prototype that meets user needs.

Abstract

General Background: The rapid evolution of social media platforms has transformed commercial communication, requiring businesses to adapt their promotional frameworks to maintain relevance. Specific Background: PT Alkahfi Supply Chain, an importer of household and electrical goods, faces the challenge of penetrating the highly competitive local consumer market. Knowledge Gap: While the theoretical benefits of online promotion are recognized, there is limited operational understanding of how targeted content optimization on platforms like TikTok and Shopee specifically converts visibility into tangible sales within the imported goods supply chain sector. Aims: This study seeks to formulate and evaluate a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at maximizing brand awareness and stimulating retail sales for PT Alkahfi Supply Chain. Results: Using descriptive qualitative analysis of e-commerce metrics and social media engagement data, the research reveals that consistent, high-quality content integrated with competitive pricing significantly elevates consumer interest; however, current conversion rates indicate a need for improved interactive features and targeted promotional discounts. Novelty: This study provides a granular assessment of social commerce metrics (such as Gross Merchandise Value distribution and specific product trend analysis) linked directly to inventory management within a non-restricted import supply chain. Implications: Enterprises should prioritize dynamic content creation, proactive customer engagement strategies, and data-driven inventory selection on digital platforms to foster brand loyalty and ensure sustainable market profitability. Highlights: Strategic optimization of e-commerce product displays directly correlates with improved consumer conversion rates. Integrating social media engagement with localized supply chain operations strengthens retail market positioning. Discount-driven promotional tactics remain essential for accelerating inventory turnover in competitive digital marketplaces. Abstract

General Background: Digital transformation in the modern professional landscape necessitates that universities cultivate innovative, skilled, and technologically adept graduates. Specific Background: PT. Madina Mentari Teknologi, a provider of fintech and payment system solutions, requires a robust digital presence to improve product visibility and client engagement. Knowledge Gap: While the company offers sophisticated financial technology services, it lacked a comprehensive, interactive, and aesthetically intuitive e-catalog to effectively showcase its product portfolio to potential clients. Aims: This internship project aimed to develop a professional e-catalog and an intuitive user interface (UI) for the company's web platform, madinapay.co.id. Results: Utilizing Figma and a prototyping development method, the project successfully delivered a minimalist, flat-design-based e-catalog and a fully optimized website interface that integrates consistent color palettes, strategic typography, and responsive grid layouts to enhance user experience and engagement. Novelty: This study integrates modern UI/UX design principles with practical business requirements by creating a standardized design system that facilitates seamless navigation and improves information accessibility for fintech products. Implications: The developed interface and e-catalog serve as a strategic asset for the company, streamlining the browsing experience for clients, reducing information search time, and reinforcing the brand’s professional digital identity within the competitive technology sector. Highlights: Prototype development using cloud-based collaborative design tools significantly streamlines the iterative interface refinement process. Minimalist design principles and intuitive navigation structures are pivotal for improving information accessibility for fintech clients. Standardized design systems guarantee visual consistency while optimizing front-end development efficiency for complex web platforms. Abstract

This study addresses the challenge of email deliverability in the implementation of email blast as a digital marketing strategy for promoting online HRD certification products at CV. ABC. Despite its operational efficiency, email blast campaigns often fail to reach recipients’ primary inboxes, reducing promotional effectiveness. This research aims to describe the preparation process, implementation, and effectiveness of email blast strategies applied by CV. ABC during an internship period. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through direct observation and documentation of email marketing activities, including database management, platform usage, content delivery, and inbox placement outcomes. The findings indicate that email blast campaigns conducted using automated platforms such as kirim.email and Jagoan Hosting were not fully effective, as a significant portion of promotional emails were classified into spam or promotional folders. The results suggest that overly promotional content characteristics and the use of mass-sending platforms influenced email filtering systems. As an alternative, manual email delivery with limited recipients demonstrated a higher likelihood of reaching the main inbox. The study concludes that while email blast enhances efficiency in promotional activities, its effectiveness depends on appropriate content design and delivery methods, requiring strategic adjustments to improve email inbox deliverability.

Abstract

General Background The rapid evolution of information technology fundamentally transforms modern commercial activities and online marketing strategies. Specific Background Infrastructure service providers like PT Sixma Mega Utama require optimized internet presence and accurate administrative systems to secure client trust and manage field logistics. Knowledge Gap Manual material recording triggers severe inventory inaccuracies and financial risks, while the absence of professional online profiles severely restricts market visibility and client acquisition. Aims This project develops a comprehensive company profile website, establishes an active social media account, and creates a transparent material monitoring system. Results Qualitative observation confirms the successful deployment of a Google Sites profile providing accessible corporate information and an Instagram account visualizing project portfolios. Furthermore, replacing manual logs with a multi-access online workbook establishes real-time, transparent logistics tracking for all field supervisors. Novelty This intervention uniquely integrates external visual marketing mechanisms with internal internet-based inventory administration to simultaneously resolve market visibility limitations and internal data bottlenecks. Implications Infrastructure enterprises must adopt transparent administrative tools and active online portfolios to secure market competitiveness and prevent financial losses from inventory mismanagement. Highlights: Social media portfolios successfully display service capabilities to potential market clients. Real-time material monitoring eliminates manual recording inaccuracies and inventory losses. Dedicated profile websites establish professional credibility and facilitate external communication. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of affiliate creator activity, affiliate conversion rate, and the number of active creators on the sales performance of the Pilotter Brand on TikTok Shop. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The data used are daily secondary data obtained from the TikTok Shop dashboard of the Pilotter Brand for the period from August 23, 2025, to February 28, 2026. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, supported by classical assumption tests, t-test, and F-test. The results show that affiliate creator activity has a positive and significant effect on sales performance. The affiliate conversion rate also has a positive and significant effect on sales performance. Meanwhile, the number of active creators does not have a significant effect on sales performance. Simultaneously, affiliate creator activity, affiliate conversion rate, and the number of active creators have a significant effect on the sales performance of the Pilotter Brand. These findings indicate that improving sales performance is not solely determined by the number of creators, but is more strongly influenced by productive creator activity and the ability to convert creator activities into transactions.
