Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop E-comic learning media using the Canva application on thematerial of the form of matter and changes in grade IV Elementary School that is Valid, Practical, Effective.The development model used in this development is the ADDIE development model. In the development ofADDIE there are five stages of procedures, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation andEvaluation. This study uses the type of research and development (R&D) research. The validity of E-Comicsthat have been carried out by the three validators obtained an average value of 93.4% with a very validcategory. So that the IPAS E-Comics have been said to be valid for use. The practicality of e-Comics that havebeen assessed from the educator response questionnaire obtained a value of 77.8% and The effectiveness of EComics that have been assessed from the results of student learning tests obtained a value with a completecategory of 91.67% categorized as very effective because they can facilitate educators in the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam memahami konsep matematikanya. Upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut membutuhkan model Project Based Learning (PjBL). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana model PjBL akan mempengaruhi pencapaian kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan post test only control group design.Seluruh siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 02 Koto Baru menjadi  populasi dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini sampel diambil secara purposive sampling dengan 26 orang kelas VII A dan 27 orang kelas VII B. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan post test berupa tes tertulis dengan jumlah soal esai sebanyak 6 soal. Berdasarkan hasil uji kondisional untuk kedua kelas, distribusinya cenderung normal. Hasil uji-t (independent sample t-test) menghasilkan nilai sig (two-tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05 H0 ditolak artinya ada pengaruh model PjBL terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas VII. Namun, indikator 1, 2, 3, 5, dan 7 model PjBL tidak ada pengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa,   indikator  4 dan 6 model PjBL ada pengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa

Abstract

This study aims to develop an electronic student worksheet (E-LKPD) based on project-based learning for IPAS (Integrated Science and Social Studies) learning in grade V at SDN 03 Koto Baru. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The study was conducted at SDN 03 Koto Baru during the 2025 academic year, with the research subjects being 27 grade V students. Data collection techniques were carried out through student and teacher response questionnaires, as well as validation sheets involving media experts, content experts, and language experts. The results of this study indicate that the developed E-LKPD is a valid learning media. This can be seen from the graphic expert validation score of 89%, categorized as very valid. The language expert validation scored 76%, categorized as valid. The content expert validation scored 82%, categorized as very valid. The module expert validation scored 75%, categorized as valid. The question expert validation scored 75%, categorized as valid. This means that the learning media is suitable for use by both teachers and students. The practicality results from the teacher’s evaluation showed a score of 90%, categorized as very valid, and the grade V students scored 89%, also categorized as very valid. In conclusion, the project-based learning E-LKPD for IPAS learning in grade V at SDN 03 Koto Baru, developed by the researcher, is suitable for use, as it meets the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the lack of engaging learning media at SD 04 Koto Baru, which has led to students showing low interest in participating in the learning process. An effort to overcome this issue involves the use of supportive learning tools that can attract students' attention specifically, the use of puzzle media. The objectives of this research are: to develop a valid puzzle media for early reading skills, to develop a practical puzzle media based on local wisdom to improve early reading, and to develop an effective puzzle media based on local wisdom to enhance early reading. This study is a type of research and development using the ADDIE development model, which consists of the stages: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The analysis stage includes needs analysis, curriculum analysis, media analysis, children's characteristics analysis, and material analysis. The design stage involves content design and media layout. The development stage includes validity testing; the implementation stage consists of practicality and effectiveness testing conducted at SD 04 Koto Baru, Dharmasraya Regency; and the evaluation stage assesses the overall results. The validation results from three experts indicate an average score of 91.06%, categorized as very valid. The practicality test achieved an average score of 100%, categorized as very practical. The effectiveness test, conducted with 25 students, yielded an average score of 81%, falling into the category of very effective. Based on the above results, it can be concluded that the puzzle media based on local wisdom for early reading supports students in better understanding the learning process. This research has produced a puzzle-based learning medium that is highly valid, highly practical, and highly effective.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of reading comprehension skills in Indonesian Language subjects at UPT SD Negeri 10 Pulau Punjung. Efforts to overcome this problem are by implementing the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model. This study aims to determine the Effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Learning Model on Reading Comprehension Skills in Indonesian Language Subjects at UPT SD Negeri 10 Pulau Punjung. This type of research uses a quantitative model, with a Two Group Pretest-Posttest Design approach. The population in this study were all students in grades IVa & IVb at UPT SD Negeri 10 Pulau Punjung. The sample of this study was 19 students in grade IVa and 19 students in grade IVb. The data collection technique in this study was a test in the form of essay and objective questions. The data analysis technique used was the normality test, homogeneity and hypothesis testing, namely the t-test. Based on the hypothesis test, the results obtained were 0.015 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on the Ability to Read Comprehension in Indonesian Language Subjects at UPT SD Negeri 10 Pulau Punjung. So it can be concluded that based on this research, the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model has a good influence on students' Reading Comprehension Ability in Indonesian Language Subjects at UPT SD Negeri 10 Pulau Punjung.

Abstract

Pendidikan matematika anak usia dini merupakan salah satu mata kuliah wajib bagi mahasiswa S1 PGPAUD Universitas Dharmas Indonesia. Peneliti sekaligus sebagai dosen pengampu mata kuliah ini, menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab pada pertemuan ke satu sampai dengan ke empat. Namun menurut pengamatan peneliti, mahasiswa kurang begitu aktif untuk bertanya dan mengemukakan pendapat. Disatu sisi penulis menyadari potensi yang dimiliki mahasiswa sangat besar karena mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah ini pada tahun ajaran 2016/2017, sebagian besar merupakan guru-guru PAUD yang tersebar di beberapa kecamatan di Kabupaten Bungo, Dharmasraya, Kerinci dan Sijunjung yang telah memiliki pengalaman minimal dua tahun mengajar. Penulis mencoba menerapkan model pembelajaran student facilitator dan explaining untuk pertemuan ke lima sampai dengan ketujuh, dan melakukan pengamatan untuk melihat pengaruhnya terhadap keaktifan mahasiswa. Desain penelitian menggunakan bentuk one group pretest-posttest design. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan paired sampel t test dengan software SPSS 20. Penulis menggunakan taraf kepercayaan 95%. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.01. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran student facilitator and explaining pada mata kuliah pendidikan matematika anak usia dini terhadap keaktifan mahasiswa program studi PGPAUD Universitas Dharmas Indonesia. Early childhood mathematics education is one of compulsory subjects for undergraduate students of PGPAUD Universitas Dharmas Indonesia. Researcher as well as lecturer this subject, using the method of lecturing and question and answer at the meeting to one to the fourth. However, according to researcher observations, students are less active to ask and express opinions. On the one hand the author realizes the potential of the students is very large because students who take this course in the academic year 2016/2017, most of the teachers PAUD spread across several districts in Bungo, Dharmasraya, Kerinci and Sijunjung who have minimal experience Two years of teaching. The author tries to apply student learning model facilitator and explaining for the fifth to seventh meeting and make observations to see the effect on student activeness. The research design used a one-pretest-posttest design. The hypothesis was tested using paired sample t test with SPSS 20 software. The author used 95% confidence level. From the results of data analysis obtained value of significance of 0.01. So, it can be concluded that there is influence of applying student learning model facilitator and explaining on early childhood mathematics education subject to the liveliness of PGPAUD students of Universitas Dharmas Indonesia.
